So for the second quarter in a row, my daughter made honor roll at her school and she asked could we have a family dinner out, and of course we were happy to oblige. We got there was seated immediately and our drinks orders were taken. After that, our appetizers and shortly thereafter our main dishes are ordered. Our waiter Amajai was incredible. He was attentive, apologetic when our mains took a little longer than normal to come out, and he served us with a smile the entire time. He was not flustered; he was not overwhelmed. He managed our table of six flawlessly. He not only ensured that we had what we wanted, but he made sure we had what we needed. He commandeered our table like a consummate professional. I haven't had service that well in a very, very, very long time. I would go back and ask for him to be our server again and again and again. I am so glad that our large group was assigned to him. The food was good. Everything came out hot and fresh and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. My daughter was given a complementary dessert to end her meal (because Amajai cared enough to ask if we were celebrating anything special that night) and although she had it to go, she could not have been more pleased with her special outing. Thanks again Amajai for such a wonderful experience.

I frequent this location at least once a week. This week I went twice. During lunch on a weekday and Saturday afternoon. I had to return during the week because I was served expired green beans. The manager was more confrontational than comforting. She replaced the side and that was it. On Saturday, I dined in and the food was incredible. The waitress took so long to greet me but she apologized and provided excellent service for the remainder of the day. My spinach dip, salmon, wine, sides were all delicious!! The leftovers were still divine the next day.

I'm not sure how Outback steakhouse always manages to prepare my steak perfectly but they do. I eat my steak medium rare. It's always juicy, tender and flavorful down to the last forkful. Although it's delivered through GrubHub, it's always at a safe temperature. I miss the wonderful ambiance that Outback offers, but right now I'm recovering from multiple surgeries so I have to enjoy their wonderful delicacies at home!! Thank you Outback steakhouse for bringing me comfort from "Down Under"!! P.S. The Sweet potatoes are the best EVER!!

This was a lazy Saturday lunch outing where we didn't want to spend a whole lot of money but wanted variety and something that would fill us up. We were not disappointed! For starters, the service was great, our server was super attentive (I forgot her name). However, she was super polite and was never gone for long. It wasn't super crowded but it was a decent amount of people but still not too loud. We got the wings in the hot flavor with ranch and blue cheese, the blooming onion, the blooming shrimp and a side of veggies. I also had a rum punch and he got the new old fashioned which was very good. We were 100% satisfied. I was super surprised at the number of shrimp we got considering you only get about 8 or so with the coconut shrimp. I would definitely recommend dining at this location especially over the Waldorf location. I'll be back soon!

Definitely not rare and too thin for bone in ribeye.
    Al G.

Don't order to go as they don't care to get orders correct or fix them. I ordered this $35 bone in ribeye and asked for rare. They provided a steak that was thin, tough, and more than well done. The salad was mostly center chunks from iceberg lettuce which is almost inedible. I have tried ordering to go multiple times and each time they prove they don't care about to go customers.

We both had salads and sweet potatoes for our sides. The wife ordered a mocktail. Heineken 0.0 for me. The food was good for the price. We both really enjoyed the bread. Our chicken were tender. The BBQ sauce was different but I enjoyed it. Their BBQ sauce does not taste as strong as other offerings. I like the sauce because it was different. It was a nice mild taste. We like coming to Texas Roadhouse for a change of pace. If we both ate steak, we would come here more often.

Waiting for our food, we heard the booth behind us yell and ask for a manager. When we looked around to see the source of commotion, the gentleman behind us pointed out there was a cockroach on the wooden partition beside our table. We moved away from the wall and partition until the manager came. By the time he got there it was by our table, the manager asked me to move so he could see and kill it. He then proceeded to go to the table that pointed out the roach and apologized profusely. He comped their meals, offered dessert, and even two double shots of Jack Daniels...and then walked off. I didn't really care about the comps, but a quick, "hey, sorry that happened" would have been nice to our table, since I had to move to let him observe and kill the roach. We finished up sitting away from the wall area in case the roaches friends wanted to come out and play too. Hopefully it's not a more widespread issue.

As we pulled into the parking lot, it looked very busy. There were a lot of people standing outside and several near the entrance. As we got closer, we realized most of them were actually leaving, which was a good sign. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated right away. As it turned out, the gentleman who seated us was also our server. He brought us water and an iced tea while we looked over the menu. We decided to start with the fresh baby kale salad from the specials menu. It included fresh apples, pears, blue cheese, pecans, and a delicious vinaigrette. Shortly after, our server returned with bread and took our dinner order. My wife ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and I ordered the Lamb Ragu special with homemade pasta. The salad arrived looking beautiful, and it tasted just as good as it looked. The apples and pears were fresh, sweet, and cut perfectly. The vinaigrette complemented everything without overpowering the ingredients. It was a great start to the meal. One thing I really appreciated was that our entrées didn't come out immediately after we finished the salad. We had a chance to relax and enjoy the evening. Sometimes a salad can fill you up, so it was nice to have a little break before the main course arrived. When our meals came out, both dishes looked amazing. Our server offered additional cheese for the pasta dishes. My wife added a little to hers, but I wanted to experience the Lamb Ragu exactly as the chef intended. The Fettuccine Alfredo was excellent. You could tell they use fresh cream, cheese, and butter to make the sauce. It was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. My Lamb Ragu was outstanding. The lamb was incredibly tender, and the sauce paired perfectly with the homemade pasta. I cleaned my plate. For dessert, we shared a slice of lemon cheesecake. My advice: don't share it--get your own slice. It was that good. The coffee was excellent as well and was the perfect way to finish the meal. We can't wait to return. The food here is consistently amazing, and the service is top-notch. What really stood out was the teamwork among the staff. You don't just have one server taking care of you. If our tea or water was getting low, someone was always there to refill it. Excellent food, excellent service, and a wonderful dining experience from start to finish.

So my fiance tells me to get dressed and let's go get some good food. The ambiance was lovely. I do love having a reason to dress nice and it felt romantic. Even in a room with other tables and people, it wasn't overly crowded. It was extra nice to have our server take notice of the effort I put in. I wish I knew her name because I would absolutely share and recommend her 100%. She, plus the food, really cheered me up that day and that's kind of rare. It's rare to go somewhere new and fully have your spirits lifted. We tried the crab balls, the surf and turf with steak, added scallops and some sides. It was so good. The seafood, the steak, everything was cooked to perfection. It was very filling too. I think my favorite side was the rice. I did like the macaroni but I was unexpectedly blown away by the rice. I cannot wait to go back and share the experience with my daughter. I was eyeing the lamb and from how tender the steak turned out, I will definitely order the lamb next time.

When we arrived, the hostess flat-out denied ever receiving it, then casually assumed we'd "be there in a few minutes" -- as if she knew exactly who we were and what had happened. That's not a system glitch, that's negligence. What made it so much worse? Not a single apology. Instead, we were met with outright rudeness from the staff. And the food? Horrible. Not "disappointing" -- genuinely bad. To top it off, the restaurant has a noticeable unpleasant odor that made it impossible to enjoy even being inside. This place has had every opportunity to make things right and has failed spectacularly each time. The staff is rude, disorganized, and completely indifferent to customer experience. I politely asked if I could sit at one of the two-top tables, but she said no because they were for reservations. I explained that I preferred not to sit at the bar. Looking back, I probably should have left then, but I was hungry, so I stayed. Once seated, I asked for the crab dip, only to find out they no longer had it. I then ordered the lamb chops, which I had enjoyed during my previous two visits. This time, however, they came out extremely pink and undercooked. I was shocked. The waitress told me they "don't cook them well done," but offered to take them back and have them cooked a little longer. Unfortunately, when they returned, they were still pink/red and literally bleeding. The waitress then said she was going to get "Mama" from the back. I told her that wasn't necessary if the restaurant simply does not prepare lamb chops well done anymore. I was very disappointed and didn't realize things had changed over the last few months. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the food quality was nowhere near what I experienced during my previous visits. The pictures shown are from when she brought them back to me.

When I brought this to the server's attention, she went back and talked to the manager who also agreed the broccoli was overcooked so they comped the meal. The initial rating was going to be 2 stars but 9 times out of ten, this place makes really good food and the fact that the Customer Service saved them from losing a regular customer stands out over one bad meal. The server herself was embarrassed when I brought this up to her and I had to advise her this was not her fault, as she was always within reach and not hard to get the attention of. The wife had ordered a salad with chili vinaigrette and bleu cheese was initially brought out in a separate container. When we brought this to the attention of the server, she immediately corrected it and brought out two containers of the vinaigrette. The ambiance of the place was like a family owned establishment and all of the staff were on point and available at all times. It was cozy and didn't feel like we were being rushed while the place was hopping, the parking lot was full and the turnover was very quick. Still one of the best Italian restaurants in the area, which says something for a business that looks like a hole in the wall from the outside.
