Well, I went to Outback yesterday and today, what a difference a day makes. I got the same thing I ordered yesterday, mild wings they were golden brown, probably the best ones I have had from there. today they were literally dark, and the taste was terrible. I guess I have to take a break from going there again.

Hold time waiting for a manager that never came.

Thank you for the free bloomin onion card and gift card as reimbursement for our missing items . Appreciate the management response to our bad experience.

A supposedly "medium" Bone-in Ribeye

I placed a significant sized order online...enough to feed a family of 5. So I cannot speak to the ambiance or service. But the burger and steaks were HORRIBLE. I ordered two medium ribeye steaks. Both of them were overcooked. Same was true of the medium-well burger it was also dry and thrown together rather sloppily. My advice if you're going to risk ordering online, then order under your desired temperature because it will be severely overcooked, almost inedible. Even the side dishes were poorly prepared. The asparagus was also overcooked, as were the baked potatoes. The saving grace was the lobster tail, wings, and blooming shrimp (which were tiny but flavorful) and the salads. I have ordered Outback online from other locations, but this by far was the worst food experience I've had with Outback. Very disappointed.

That's the sweet potato.

We do take out. This the second time my husband got a baked potato instead of mashed potatoes, We also got a sweet potato that looked like just the skin or a roasted banana (it's ok to laugh, we did). I suggest you not do take out from this restaurant.

Classic bistro setting selling classic favorites: burgers, cheesesteaks, meatball subs. Spacious…read moreand stylish interior with a full bar, booth, and table seating. I'll commend them on the meatball sub. They avoided the critical mistake of putting too much bread into the equation and losing the flavor. This was a very meatball-forward experience with a beef and pork blended meatball, seasoned with Italian spices. Highly recommend! Service was unreal. Career first where I couldn't keep up with drink refills. They had a new lemonade on the table after a couple sips each time.

What a neat place. Came in for a business lunch and can't wait to get back. Had an opportunity to…read morechat with the owner and got the whole lowdown on the farm to table concept. They use this location to butcher the meat, and then sell it through the restaurant. To buy cuts of beef to go, you need to go to their Akron store (which I will go out of my way to find soon). Big display case where they have sides of beef hanging, coolest thing I've ever seen! Well almost....the coolest thing I've ever seen is the wall of bourbon behind the bar. I like bourbon, and I've NEVER seen a collection this vast. Good thing I live on the other side of town, or I would go broke coming into this place daily! Learned they make road trips to KY for taste tests. Most recently, they went to Buffalo Trace and sampled several different barrels of Blanton's Gold. Found one they liked and had the whole barrel bottled up for their exclusive sale. At $11/ounce, that's a great deal! They also have a nice retail selection of wines, priced at reasonable prices. There is a day each week when they sell them to the restaurant patrons at retail price which is a bargain considering most places mark them up 2-3x. For lunch I had a blackened chicken salad of some sort. The chicken was a nice amount and was simply delicious! Need to come back again when I'm not cutting calories for the beef!

A coworker and I were at one of our facilities nearby and were looking for a decent place to get…read morelunch, neither of us being from that part if town. I always seek out the locally owned, non-chain spots with a lot of cars in the parking lot when not in a familiar place, and Glenwillow fit the bill. We walked in and were a little surprised by how fancy the dining room was - white tablecloths and a very nice ambiance, I almost felt underdressed - but there were guys in work uniforms at a table, and we made our way to the equally impressive bar area. I can only speak to the lunches we had and what we saw some out of the kitchen, but I'd love to go back for a dinner date. Lobster bisque was delicious and came in a large bowl. We both had salads, he the greens and I the Caesar "side" salads. They were huge - these weren't the lunch menu salads, mind you - just supposed sides. I'm not sure I could've eaten anything other than soup with a salad that size! We saw burgers (also massive) and "Flatbreads" that were more the size of a medium pizza delivered to the patrons around us and all appeared excellent. Definitely recommend for lunch, and hope to experience a dinner there soon!

The Happy Hour menu had a nice selection of light and non-alcoholic beers, special drinks and some wine. My Pinot was $5. The only food item for Happy Hour is the flatbread of the day. Today the choice was Margarita with pepperoni. $7 got you a large flat bread, enough to share. I ordered from the main menu the Bubba Gump shrimp wrap with one side. Was delicious. French fries were good. I took half home. Service was a little slow. We were glad the orders were taken at once, the food arrive all together and we got separate checks. Was very enjoyable.
