Sat for an hour. This bread is all I got to eat. Ordered my food. The people behind got theirs to go they've been sitting here longer. Restaurant wasn't even busy. We requested to cancel our food and the cook came out with the AUDACITY to try to belittle my friends and family for being inconvenienced. My buddy Jerry started to cry and legit had to wait outside with his daughter. I will not be back. Cooks should stay in the kitchen they have NO customer service skills and the waitress did NOT care at all. Then the manager came to smooth stuff over

I went there on a Saturday evening and despite being busy we were still sat right away. Our waitress was very kind and quick and courteous getting us refills and giving us ample time to decide and being sure to check on us often enough and not over bearing. My dad got the Chicken Alfredo as his entree and I got the Grilled Chicken and asparagus. We also got the seared ahi tuna and fried mushrooms for the appetizer. The chicken was well seasoned and hot. Tuna cooked really nicely and mushrooms were piping hot. The Alfredo was decent, not the same as it usually is, but still not terrible. We did get a small plate of ribs that were awful and we ate one rib off the whole plate. The waitress was very kind and took it off our bill and apologized. I thought the portions for the food was very good and again tasty, except the $1 extra they charge for asparagus. Usually I'm okay with that except I got 4 pieces. 4 measly pieces of asparagus. But other than that. Very good stop.

It's a hit or a miss here. Depending on your server you'll either love it or hate it.. also it depends on the time of day too considering the cooks all make the steaks different. I've come in a few times and when I don't have Marissa as our waitress we hate our visits. This last one we did not have her as our waitress and it was awful. We had brought 3 guests to dinner and it made it a 9 top(9guests). Considering this and the fact that it was a new server I specifically requested that the meals come out when they are done so that they don't die in the window waiting to serve everyone at the same time.. We had steaks, ribs, sandwiches and salads.. So my request was completely ignored and literally 7out of the 9 meals were cold and or incomplete (surf and turf had no lobster) (steak salad had no steak). Overall the manager did take care of things however we left hing

Amazing, fresh food. Steak, Baby Back Ribs, and Baked Potato

Eating and having a nice view of the golf course feels very swanky for little ol' Mansfield, OH. I would happily come back as everything on their normal menu looks great!

Having grown up in Youngstown, OH, and having lived near New Haven, CT, I have eaten a lot of wonderful Italian Food. We didn't want to wait for a table to open up in the regular restaurant so we decided to eat at the GASTRONOMIA Italian Deli (same kitchen as the back restaurant). My wife is handicapped and some very kind ladies moved to a "high" table so we could sit at a lower table. We ordered from a young lady with the most amazing blue eyes and she brought our food when it was ready. My wife had the Muffuletta Sub and I had the Mighty Meatball Sub. My wife could only eat 1/4 of her sandwich and I could only eat 1/2 of mine. If you have ever lived in one of the two places I mentioned, you know good Italian . This was WONDERFUL Italian. My Old Fashioned was sickly sweet and my wife's Rocking Chair was definitely missing something. I asked for an up Manhattan and we all ordered. Mom a Country Fried Steak, my wife their version of chicken tenders, and I a Grilled Chicken Salad. My up Manhattan came out in a rocks glass missing sweet vermouth. Was there bitters? I sent it back and asked hope a Sam Adam's. The SA was perfect! Our meals came out perfectly from the kitchen and were totally delicious! I can honestly recommend the Grilled Chicken Salad! It's like she would run away pretending they were busy becuase she knew there were issues . Bartender was good. About 4 other people eating at this time. About 6 other people at bar drinking . So bartender can handle 6+4 and all happy but kitchen, host, and server staff can't handle 9 people eating at once ? Kinda hard to run a restaurant like that. Maybe should try being a bar. Got 3 steaks all ordered medium . One was medium , one was well done, one was just burnt . The wagyu sushi was the most overcooked meat I have ever eaten. Was in Japan less than month ago and ate wagyu every day ; this was not Wagyu . Was not sushi . Was just scrap burnt meat piled in seaweed. This is not maki. The table was not set . For the pricing , I would expect the table to be set . Drinks were wrong and never refilled in a two hour dinner . This is a random small town, but based on pricing you'd see in Boston, Atlanta, New York - it is not the quality they are asking for . Especially not the service . Every menu item didn't match the descriptions Plating was well done , thats about the only compliment . Place is tacky inside , stairs to go to bathroom, weird temu valet light spinning at host stand , weird Star Wars stuff and other weird stuff mixed into decor . Kitchen looks angry , stares at you when you walk by Fish overcooked and dry McDonald's level cooking execution of what seem to be well made recipes , plated like fine dining , and in the setting of a dive bar , and prices of Morton's , and the taste worst than any restaurant I've eaten at on a 30 day road trip including chain restaurants . Need new FOH and BOH manager , and all new kitchen staff, need to redo decor and pick a theme, need to fix menus to match dishes , and get new servers . I mean that leaves almost nothing work keeping except the dishes , the presentation , and the bartender that were actually good and worth keeping

We have been traveling north to Lexington, Ohio from Columbus to this local butcher for about a…read moreyear. Its free standing white buidling set up on a sloped parking lot. Super cute, clean, has a nice case that offers a large variety of cuts. We like that the meat is locally sourced. We like how friendly the staff is. Usually the meat we get is excellent. However, the last trip wasn't perfect. we came up on June 2nd, purchased two large racks of beef ribs, 9 pounds of pork butt, 6 bacon burgers. and some beyond spicy jerky. Total cost 191.14. Kind of felt that was a bit high tbo but this was my husbands order so i just stood there observing. Now I expect some fat on ribs. When the man that handled our order he said "i took off some (meat) off the top before you came. Here they are". I thought.. "thats weird. Why would u trim off meat." But again said nothing. We will get to that in a bit.... We get home. Cooked the six bacon burgers which were crazy good. They grind bacon into the beef and form a patty for you. They were very nice. Would drive up get again. My son next cracks open the jerky. Spicy is an understatement. Its super duper crazy spicy. Now, I like spicy, so does half my family. Fair warning this may of been the spiciest Ive ever had. It was right at the edge of ohhhh this might be too spicy, but didn't quite cross that line. Make sure you like spicy. It was good. I think they make it themselves. Thats a plus in our eyes. But half the family wouldn't eat it -it was that spicy. Lol. (Whimps) The next night we have our BBQ. The pork was good. Nice marbling. Smoked up nicely but for this cut alone it wasn't really worth the miles and time up there as the price of it was a bit high. Now to the ribs.... This was the item that we were driving an hour to get. All the rest were add ons. These were to be the main feature of our BBQ. Total disappointment. Not sure what was trimmed off before we got there, but it must of been most of the meat... As what we went home with was almost mostly fat and bone The ribs also were what cost the most and wow... I am shocked that they sold us those and even more shocked my husband (who is a great BBQ guy) weirdly accepted them. My point with this review is, as a customer--check your slabs of ribs. If they are fatty... and your gut say too fatty-- speak up! as this shop usually sends you home with perfect meat. Im sure there are more in the back and if Im sure they are great at suggesting a plan B. This time they missed the mark with us, but again, I have faith that if we ever go back it should be a better experience, as the other two experiences were amazing. I want to emphasize-- This isnt a place that should be skipped cuz of the rib issue. There is always a line in the shop.its a good place. However, I would recommend as a customer--check the cuts that are presented without worrying about offending the clerk if you feel the meat needs to be swapped out - if you feel its fatty or not a great cut for price, advocate for your own purchase. I feel the rib disappointment was as much our fault for not advocating as theirs for presenting that flawed slab. Sometimes you just make a mistake. We both did that day. I know we will be back for the burgers. Those were crazy good. I dont even like hamburger and I really liked the flavor of them.
