I recently learned via Tik Tok That Outback had wings. So like any other human I had to try them! It was a rainy night so I ordered online. There are special prices and combos if you order via the app versus just the site so I downloaded the app and ordered the wing special that came with a side; a roll and veggies and ranch. I chose a baked potato as the side and added the mozzarella sticks. The pickup process was seamless and super convenient. The app sent me a a text when my order was almost complete and when I arrived there was a very well lit side of the parking lot for to go orders. Once you add in your spot number two minutes later a bubbly personality appeared with my hot order and went over everything in the bag with me. The food was hot, my order was correct and this was the easiest to go process that I never had to get out of the car for. I highly recommend trying the wings and baked potato!

This was probably my third time at this location and our waiter. Peter was awesome! We went very late on a Thursday night. We had less than an hour before the kitchen closed. He was super friendly and did not rush us at all. He even told us we could stay as long as we want it because they had a few other parties in there anyway lol. The food came out great and we enjoyed ourselves.

I didn't even know Outback Steakhouse still existed. I've only eaten here like twice because I always forget about it! My friend was really wanting a Blooming Onion and so we went for that. I got to try the Blooming Onion and it was delicious! I also go the Blooming Burger and it was delicious. We also got a Carmel cookie skillet and it was delicious. I couldn't finish everything but it was great. Our server was super sweet and very attentive to us and had a great personality! I wish I remembered her name! The ambiance was good and I love how it was decorated. I would go back!

Had to run it back to my younger days as a foodie! I received an @outback giftcard and I was pleasantly impressed with my togo order! I got the Sydney Shrooms (5/5) a whole box of flavorful mushrooms battered to perfection with a side of ranch, house salad (basic salad with onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and croutons 3/5) with blue cheese vinaigrette (my personal fav 5/5), baked potato with everything on the side (4/5) and chicken tenders (they changed the tender but still good 4/5). And great curbside service and well lit and clean curbside waiting area.

Not one for chain restaurants but it was my niece's birthday and that's where she chose. We were seated quickly for a Saturday night and greeted immediately by our server. Drinks came quick and the kangaroo punch was a hit! The food was prepared as we expected and we had a great time. Again, service was great! The environment was the only downside. There was a table of very loud teens next to us that felt yelling was appropriate. Kids will be kids. It didn't ruin our evening too much ‍

Honestly wouldn't normally review an Outback but this was such a pleasant experience. We were early for an event so we popped into Outback to grab and drink and an app to kill time. We sat at the bar and the bartender was so personable and fun to talk to! Auspaceous, the bartender guided through the apps and recommended the bang bang shrimp and ahi tuna and both were delicious. Overall this was just a nice experience so it deserves note.

    Nasty napkin

We get we get to outback steakhouse we sit down in there as a family trying to enjoy a meal. The civil is nasty and dirty. They don't give you no straws for the cup. They want you to take it to the Head over top of that the servers in the waiters is rude and L Manor I detected highly much attitude because I asked them nicely. Can you please give us some more silverware? He said I promise to myself like bugging him and then we're ready to go. The manager is trying to persuade us to stay And then we ask for some more bread she fix the break down and then she takes it to go leave us starving out and there would be an expert out like what is that?

Even after it filled in (we were there for 3+ hours), it still had great acoustics. Easy to carry on a conversation. We got a few things before the mains - shrimp cocktail (4 to a serving), prosciutto wrapped mozzarella (amazing), chopped wedge (very good just needed a little more blue cheese dressing). For the mains, we both got the ancho rubbed cowboy ribeye and I got the broiled blue cheese add on (yes, love blue cheese). The steak was AMAZING!! Cooked perfectly and incredibly flavorful. I strongly recommend the fromage topping!! For sides, we got portabella mushrooms and the Brussels sprouts. The mushrooms were fantastic. The sprouts were not very good. Tasted boiled and no flavor. All in all... highly recommend this place. Keep in mind, it's pricey. Our bill was $400 and all I had was water. My friend had 3 old fashioneds.

Tucked away on a quiet street, Old Original Bookbinder's welcomes guests with a charming entrance illuminated by warm fairy lights. The historic building exudes a timeless elegance that feels a little like "old money." From the moment we were greeted by the host to our interactions with the waitstaff throughout the evening, the service was exceptional. I have to give a special shoutout to our server, Matthew, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our experience. The outdoor space was a lovely surprise. There's a beautiful koi pond that we enjoyed on the warm evening we visited, adding to the restaurant's unique atmosphere. While I didn't personally try it, the seared Cajun tuna appetizer received rave reviews from our table. I enjoyed the clams and oysters on the half shell, both of which tasted exceptionally fresh, and the Indigo Sour was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend Bookbinder's for a date night, celebration, or any special occasion. It truly feels like a place designed to make an evening memorable. Parking can be a bit challenging, and you'll want to be prepared for fine-dining prices, but for us, the overall experience was well worth it. I'll definitely be returning.

Noise level can be challenging so we try to go in the early side when possible. Went for our anniversary in during Richmond restaurant week in October (they gave us a complimentary glass of bubbly to celebrate) and again with the kids in December. They always have amazing cocktails. Their mixologist is on their game with so many choices! For our anniversary, we got Cloud Boat and Apartment in the City, and we loved them both. Both were completely as described, light and ez in the palate which is a skill for whiskey. For apps we got the PEI mussels and the smoked fish dip. Again both were delicious. I particularly love my fish dip - the groom focaccia was done beautifully in the dill was a nice compliment to the flavor. For entrées, we had the catfish sandwich and the Arctic char. The catfish sandwich was good, but nowhere near the quality of the Arctic char, which was savory and delicious and elevated by the brown butter and golden raisins. Since it was restaurant week the dessert was included in the price so we got the apple cranberry fry pie And the chocolate ganache bar. Both were a nice way to end the meal. Tasty but not mind blowing. With the kids we ordered Gnac attack, Proper Dose, American Love Call, and Bebot. Again they were all so good but for me the Proper Dose and Gnac attack were the best. For apps we got the fish dip and one of the specials and loved them both. Entrees were the Spanish mackerel, the arctic char and a special that was a gumbo and rice. We ate everything and had no room for dessert. Can't wait to go back.

We went to Alewife during restaurant week. I sometimes think restaurants just phone it in for that…read moreweek, but Alewife was all in. The service was a little too leisurely for my temperament, and the tab did arrive at the table on one piece of paper when we had clearly requested that there be a separate tab for each couple, but those would be my only complaints. We all had cocktails, one from their specialty list and three that were standard issue. All were delicious and had an appropriate alcohol content for cocktails. The restaurant week menu provided a good variety of choices. Everything we had was really delicious. Portions were generous, so I could not eat more than about half of each course and not get overly full, but I assume they are sized for all but the hungriest diner. The venue's sound level was pretty high. I could have left my hearing aids at home so I wouldn't hear as much of the background noise. Noisy restaurants are pretty standard, I guess. We will definitely be returning to Alewife. It will probably take the place of Grisette in the rotation, which has been dropped because of institution of a fee for reservations canceled less than 24 hours in advance. (I don't think it should be treated as a privilege to dine somewhere when you have so many equivalent choices, but I guess they want to decrease the number of people who try to make them their dining choice. Objective accomplished.) The Hemingway quote at the bottom of the tab was a little weird. Not a Hemingway fan, but I guess it was an interesting thing to do. If you have read other reviews of mine, you may be aware that basically non-alcoholic cocktails that should have alcohol in them are reason enough for me to never return to a restaurant.

The mac & cheese, unfortunately, was not good at all. On the plus side, the hot cider was delicious. Desserts were a bit of a mixed thoughts. The bread pudding was definitely the best one we tried and really enjoyable. However, the chocolate peanut butter pie was a big disappointment.
