My wife and I had a wonderful experience tonight. A waitress was in training and she was very attentive to when we needed refills along with not leaving us wondering where she got off to. All courses were spread out nicely, so we didn't feel rushed to get out the door at the same time we weren't waiting just wondering if they had to raise the cow and slaughter it. The manager, Jonathan, stopped by and was very polite and offered to refill my beverage as I had just finished my beer. Now the food was great. The Bloomin Onion wasn't greasy which was nice, and our steaks were cooked to perfection. Not only was the food good, but it was nice and hot, so it wasn't sitting there. The most impressive thing in all this was how busy they were and yet were still able to deliver great service and great food. I highly recommend! read more

Bad experience all around When we first got there, we asked to switch tables due to an obnoxious guest next to us. They were very good with getting us moved. I honestly think we should have taken our chances in the other section, our new waiter was terrible. We asked for just a few minutes to finish looking at the menu, and he gave us over ten. When he finally showed up to take our order, two of us had empty cups. He didn't even touch them. Another server brought put our appetizer, he came by checked and dashed off before I could even ask for a refill. He brought out the food, and I was finally able to ask for a refill on, now, all of our drinks. Apparently he forgot, he came back and forth to the kitchen 3 times before stopping back by, realizing he forgot and then bringing back one drink, instead of 3. I got him to bring back one more, but he never remembered to refill my son's drink. I ordered a steak, medium rare, that came back overcooked. Almost medium well. I usually don't send food back, but as this was a $20 steak, I wanted something close to right. The 2nd steak was well done. The 3rd was the rarest steak I have ever seen. Even the manager agreed that it barely looked cooked. At that point I gave up, telling them to just take it off my order all together. The manager was very nice, trying to fix it and begged for one more chance to make it right. I told her to go ahead, even though I was just ready to leave. I will say the 4th one was perfect. It's sad that it takes 4 tries to get a steak right. I mean, they have the term steakhouse in their name. Their other food is alright, but don't come here expecting a good steak. read more

After church lunch = a good fit. My wife and I came by for a late lunch and were promptly seated. We indulged in some of their amazing bread and butter. It's always a winner and even better when it was warm and fresh. I had a chicken and swiss sandwich... It was a good sized sandwich and apparently 500 calories (Not too sure about that!!). It had good 'wood-smoked' flavor which makes any meat better. My only gripe about the sandwich is a the cheap-o bacon... I've had better bacon at Arby's.. It was thing and most likely cooked in the microwave.. Give me some thick cut, yummy bacon cooked in grease!:) I opted-out of the fries as a side and got rice.. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it wasn't bad.. Just wasn't great either. It served its purpose. Our service was adequate.. nothing amazing, but they did the job.. The grub here is barely tolerable. But my first complaint wasn't the food. It was the unpleasant smell that seemed to be coming from ... well ... out back. Smelled like a sewer back up. It wasn't an overpowering smell but, in a restaurant, even a mild whiff of shit is too much. At first I thought the smell was localized to where they seated me. I relocated to another table. I could still smell it. Other than that, they should cut back (way, way back) on the amount of salt they put into their foods. I've never tasted any restaurant food as salty as what they serve here! This may just seem like another Outback Steakhouse but the service here is great. They let me order a Sydney's Sinful Sunday even though it was not on the menu. The Alice Springs Chicken was not as big as I remember and the menu seems to have declined since I ate here 20 years ago but that is not meant to be disparaging. Everything in life is in decline except the service at this restaurant. So good infact I'm still going 5 stars. The food is the food. You want a bone in, tomahawk ribeye go to Maestro's. Enjoyed a steak and shrimp lunch, the steak was trimmed perfectly with nothing that needed to be trimmed on the plate, as well as juicy and tender. I've been dining at this Outback for over 15 years and unfortunately it's not as good as I remembered. The food is a bit too greasy for me, although I love their signature salad with ranch dressing. The greens are always crisp with the perfect amount of dressing. Margaritas and mixed drinks are pretty sweet for my tastes. My mom loves the Alice Springs chicken which is grilled chicken topped with mixed cheese and bacon. On this last visit, we had to flag our server two times after waiting 15 minutes for our drinks and at the end of service waiting for the check. The bathroom had toilet paper on the floor in numerous spots and used paper towels on the counter. One of the pleasantries that they always nail is greeting us as soon as we enter and holding the door for us as we leave. read more

Let me first start by saying this is no fault of our waiter. He was very nice and so apologetic compared to the male manager (Jason) on staff. My husband and I order each a bone in ribeye meal and the waiter asked if we wanted to add the garlic butter on top, being the my husband nor I have ever tasted their garlic butter sauce we specifically asked if they could add it on the side which the waiter said of course they could. Once our meal came out both our steaks were covered in the garlic butter sauce which he then explains that the kitchen had made a mistake and instead of putting the butter to the side they had put all our topping to our baked potato instead. We both said it was fine since it was already out we would try it ( we are not picky at all) however the butter sauce was just too strong with the garlic taste that my husband did not like it. Trust me it took everything in him to return it since he's not that guy who usually does. So he return his steaks and explains that he did not like the butter sauce and that is why he asked for it on the side to avoid this. The took his steak and within a min or two the came back with a dry steak. I looked at it and I could clearly see it was the same steak since it had a missing small piece to it. He took one bite and spit it out saying it was disgusting ( the steak tasted straight like propane fluid or somehting similar). He then asked for the manager (male) and he told the mgr did he serve him the same steak. What the mgr said after that I was stunned according to the mgr they had rinsed and scraped the steak and threw it back on the grill for a min to reheat. We were shocked. My husband told him we were not paying for that steak and just give us our bill. The manager never apologized or even had the courtesy of taking care of our bill. He just removed both steaks from the bill ( I did not like the garlic butter as well) and still charged us for our soda drinks, daughter meal, and appetizer. I would never ever go back to a restaurant that thinks it's okay to rinse and scrape your food and act as if it was a new steak. Again they were at fault in the first place by not serving the garlic butter sauce on the side. Why would you think rinsing a steak and serving it back to a paying customer is okay? read more

I ordered chicken and it came out uncooked so they sent it back and the waitress asked if I'd like something else instead so I ordered a sirloin that I didn't want to begin with and they still charged me for it when it's not want I wanted in the first place. I've always been an Outback fan but sometimes the food/service can vary from one location to anoher in a negative way. However this location was on top of their game as far as food and service goes. Mercedes was our server and she was very nice, kept our drinks full and checked on us periodically to make sure we didn't need anything. We ordered a Bloomin Onion and the Cheese fries as our appetizers that came out in no time and they were both delicious. Then our salads came out with just the right amount of their delicious House Ranch dressing. Everything came out perfectly timed and everything was delicious. There were four of us, we all ordered sirloins and every single one was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. We've been coming here for years, at least 6 or more times per year. For some reason it's been over 4 months since our last visit, and unfortunately every thing our group ordered was nowhere near as good as they have been. The chicken tortilla soup, one of my go to starters, had a major recipe change. Perhaps some would like it but my wife and I hated it. The chopped salad dressing changed for the worse as well. The picture of the new chicken Marsala dish showed it with a lot of sauce and mushrooms but it came out with little sauce and one mushroom. The chicken was tough as well. The steak medallions used to come with a nice side of tasty rice. It now comes with a bland side of brown rice. The server said that was changed by corporate. I got the prime rib dip sandwich. The roll was about the total size of a hot dog bun with very little meat. We all were very disappointed. Our 10+ year history with Outback has died with a sigh of disappointment. I haven't been to a Outback in a long while and after eating here I remember why I haven't. I ordered the Steak medallions and added the grilled shrimp with the order. When the waiter brought only the medallions and I asked him where the shrimp were he told me " I don't know why they are taking so long on the shrimp" and then he walked off I assume to check on my shrimp order. After about 10 min he came back and told me the shrimp still were not ready and asked if I wanted to take them to go. I pretty much assume he forgot to place that order but chose to blame the chef! Wow! The once hard to get a table steakhouse has apparently been reduced to buying their baked potatoes from the same miniature farm of lilapution farmers that Red Lobster gets there's. Can you say potato the size of a small dinner roll? We went there on 9/11/2021 and we placed our order. Our food came out before our salads so if you wanted to eat your salad first then your food got cold. When I mentioned it to the waiter that we thought we would get our salads first he just said you should of gotten first and went about his business like we werent even there. My steak was so tough I was scared I was going to choke on it and my granddaughters chicken was so dry she could not even finish eating hers. The service was not good at all. My granddaughter went into the bathroom to change her 1 year olds clothes and the changing station had dried urine all over it. It was disgusting not to mention very unsanitary. Terrible! 10 of us dined there last night and I had the coconut shrimp and bloomin onion. First the onion was SO SO SO salty I almost couldn't eat it. And there was this skin like stuff on the bottom of it that kept coming off and I felt like I was chewing wax paper (maybe it was?) and had to keep spitting it out.The coconut on the shrimp was blackened to a crisp. The shrimp part was OK but seriously not the norm for this dish. One diner had his order screwed up by the waitress and then had to almost tackle her to get the beer he ordered! I won't be going back and this tells me why so many locations have closed....this one should be next. I order my meal through Uber. My bag was not sealed. I was missing the bread and the toppings for my baked potato. So disappointed.

We had not been to outback in over a year but found ourselves in the mood for it a couple of weeks ago. We where very surprised when we looked at the menu, their prices increased by about $2-3, ok no problem. Except for the fact that the portions are smaller and our dishes come with only 1 side now (and a salad) which it used to be 2 sides and no salad. The green beans are not the delicious green beans we remember from before, they where not very seasoned and bland. My chicken on the Barbie was small, dry and tough. My wife's sirloin was small, dry, and tasteless. The mashed potatoes where OK I guess, that was the highlight of our dinner. They now use these very cramped small fancy wanna-b plates which helped their transition to smaller portions no doubt. Overall we are EXTREMELEY disappointed and we will not be dining at any outback again, not with the plethora of dining options around the area. Outback needs to step it up or they're going to burn out. read more
