My husband and I came here for dinner as a late 50th birthday treat. We were seated quickly, with hardly any wait time. Our server, Jayden was friendly, professional and provided excellent service. For an appetizer, we ordered the Aussie fries, which were hot, fresh and just yum! It was my first time trying them and they did NOT disappoint. We both ordered the sirloin cut for entrees and my husband added BBQ ribs as an add on. We both had baked potato soup for a side and I added a sweet potato with everything. The food arrived hot, fresh and was delicious. The steak temperature was perfect for both of us. The manager, Emma, visited our table and was graciously pleasant and professional. We both had a truly spectacular visit, we would recommend to our family and friends. We would also return again even with the 90 minute drive from where we live. Well it's an Outback Steakhouse and the food is similar to other Outback Steakhouse's. The good thing is that they never over cook my steak so that is a huge plus in my book. What a disaster. I usually never say this but I want a refund and I would love to speak directly to a manager or DM. I brought my wife and kid here for lunch, shed never been to an Outback so I thought it would be a treat... We ordered our drinks which took some time to arrive at our table. Which is fine. I worked in service for almost 2 decades. Im patient and understanding. The server was not attentive at all and very unapologetic about our wait times, no apologies, not one. We finally got our app which was fried mushrooms and we ordered entrees. I got a burger and my wife got a chicken casesar salad. My kid got chicken fingers. We waited for about 40-45 minutes. The only meal which ever arrived at our table was my child chicken fingers. My burger never came and my wife's salad never came. I was embarrassed but my wife was gracious about it. We had things to do after this (which is why we dined out for lunch) so we were getting tight on time. So we did wait but now we were out of time. The server did not care at all. Not apologies. She asked if we wanted our food to go, i hesitantly said yes. This was a mistake. The food sat in the car and went bad. A caesar salad with the dressing on It is NOT a to go item. No apologies, none. If I was the server of this table I wouldve been so embarrassed and very much apologizing. The server did not care at all. That was upsetting. I should have canceled the order when she brought it out but I didn't. This was 66$ in watsed food and one of the absolute worst experience I've had as a customer in a restaurant. I just love this place! It's so warm and cozy. Last time I went there was a server at the entrance holding the doors for us, which was lovely. I always go to this vestal Outback every year on Black Friday. Since my grandparents live in Owego. The chicken tenders, burgers, and fries are the best! I love their kiwi strawberry lemonade. Last Monday evening we went to Outback for dinner. We hadn't been there for a couple of decades, and were inspired to give it another go. We were seated immediately and greeted by our friendly server. She took our drink order and eventually brought the drinks. She apologized for the delay. Someone had spilled something, and caused a disruption. The drinks were excellent. We then ordered, and the food came in the expected time-frame. The onion soup and shrimp salad were good. The blooming onion and fried chicken were somewhat lacking. I felt that the frying grease was a tad long in the tooth, leaving a musky taste and a way too crunchy crust. They were unpleasant and we did not finish either. Wait staff gets a big thumbs-up, but the food remains the reason we stayed away for nearly twenty years. I recommend a short drive east to the next plaza, to find a delicious meal. read more

Service was very slow. We both ordered off the 3 course menu. My burger was well done and had been ordered medium rare. They also forgot the onion petals. My uncle ordered the 6 oz steak medium, and it came out like it was the end piece and was hard as a hocky puck and well done. I use the app to be put on the wait list for 7:30 walk in about five mins before hand and get told it's going to be another 25 mins........ I thought the whole point of being put on a list ahead of time was so you didn't need to wait. Outback Steakhouse needs to step up and fix this problem. Had my mouth all ready for garlic parmesan French fries. We changed restaurants enroute and ended up at Outback Steakhouse. So Ashley gets a huge shout out for getting super creative and making it happen! The servers we had were on the ball. Wait time without reservations was minimal. I've never reviewed an outback, but it's always a reliable favorite. Nothing fancy, but decent food at a decent price. I also love their rewards program. I was in the mood for steak tonight, so I decided to try this location. Sat at the bar, greeted by a friendly bartender and ordered a Diet Coke. I told her I was following a strict low-carb diet, and did not want the bread, even though I would've loved the bread! LOL I started off with a house salad, no croutons with blue cheese dressing. It was good, but they always give you just a little less dressing that would be perfect for my taste. It was good though. Had the 6 ounce sirloin, with broccoli, grilled shrimp and I decided to add a lobster tail. I always love the sirloins here at outback, always tender and just a really good beefy flavor to them, almost like a good roast beef. The grilled shrimp were cooked perfectly and had a very nice spice to them as well, they came with some sautéed grape tomatoes with garlic, tasty. The lobster tail came out a little after the entrée, but that was fine, it was a nice big tail perfectly cooked and really made the meal. Also the broccoli is really good at outback usually. All in all it was a great visit, it's a chain restaurant, but sometimes there's something to be said for that because you can get the same thing whether you're in Los Angeles or a little town like Binghamton New York. I got the porterhouse steak I thought it came without the bone for $30 it should of came with 4 sides and my driver forgot my niece's drink which made her cry so we had to go out and get a drink and utensils all cause I didn't give a tip I did last time and they forgot half my order so I am not ordering from here cause A isn't not the drivers fault but they should of checked. Food: I tried the appetizer, split fried onion with dip, which tasted pretty good. As a main entre, I ordered a steak here. It was pretty tender and very juicy. However, it was not evenly tasty throughout the steak. Some parts were tasty, but other parts tasted, unfortunately, bland. Also, though the steak was tender, there were some parts that were too chewy which was starting to cause my jaw to ache. Price: As expected of a steakhouse, the price is pretty high, well, at least for me. I haven't really been to a steakhouse so I'm not a good judge on average steakhouse prices. Expect $$ lol. Atmosphere: It's pretty casual; as people eat, music was playing in the background. Also, despite being pretty busy, it wasn't so loud that I could not hear my friends talk to me. Service: The waiter who served us was pretty decent. He gave us time to decide on what we wanted to order and refilled our drinks. I went to Outback for the first time with my friend a few nights ago. The restaurant was very serious about COVID precautions, and they were not filled. Additionally, they used disposable menus, which ensured that each guest wouldn't be spreading germs to the next. My waitress was very nice and caring, as she wanted to make sure I had an enjoyable first experience at Outback. My friend and I ordered the center-cut sirloin, and it was cooked exactly how we both requested it to be. However, we did think it was way too salty and overly seasoned. The sides we got were tasty and simple. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I don't know when/if I'll return. read more

Jamie the manager is a horrible representation for this restaurant. I usually love Outback, however this experience was so degrading. He came to our table with our party of ten and grabbed my daughter's beer and without explanation stormed off. I never seen a manager so openly disrespectful in my history of dining out. I definitely took offense because we were the only black people in the restaurant and his hostility was reminiscent of racist behavior. At that point we all left which was his hope! He certainly needs racial training and diplomacy etiquette. Our server was Lizzy W. She was definitely one of the best servers we have had in along time!! The others in the party didn't arrive for another 15 minutes. Finally seated. Waited another 10 minutes for service. Forgot soup for one person. Filet for another came out 15-20 minutes after rest of entrees. And they mixed up salads as well. The food was good. If you can overlook these issues, go here. The 2 stars are for her, the minus 3 stars were for the poorly cooked food and less than stellar cocktail. For $20+ dollars, they should be able to cook a decent steak. It's a steakhouse for heaven sake! We had a medium-well filet steak which was cooked all the way through to complete dryness. My "special" seasoned and seared prime rib was ordered medium, but came out medium well-bordering well done. That's pretty horrible. Sounds like their chef was off their game because we heard similar complaints from the table around us. I can't imagine if everyone sends their dish back. Green beans came out looking beautiful, but looks are deceiving.. overcooked and soggy. We had one of two drinks be drinkable. The holiday mule was Christmas in your mouth. The huckleberry hooch tasted like an expensive Capri-sun. I had to ask our server to add more club soda to tone down the sugar punch. The meal cost $80ish plus tip, which was completely not worth it.
