We also have a bunch of home furnishing items that we need to put the finishing touches on a remodel of a 5,500 Sq ft home. When walking into the place, there were five people who appeared to work there. Not one got up to greet us!! Not one came to ask us questions or help us!! When I finally went to one of them to ask for a price on something that we wanted to purchase she told me to take my phone and go scan it for the barcode information and wasn't interested in helping me. I spoke to her because she walked from one desk to another and was the only person standing in the store! She actually literally sat down in the middle of telling me to go find the information myself!!! These people are completely unconscious to how they come across - like a den of socially maladjusted teenagers who are focused in on their video games and don't want human contact. Supporting customers like adults is not something that they have grown into. So, instead of buying the new home furnishings that we wanted (clearly seeing that the customer service we would get would be like pushing a rock) we walked out the door and will go elsewhere. This is a really neat shop, product selection wise, but who cares if you can't even get any help!

Because the cost was likely to be high, I emailed Daniel to ask for the range of the cost. He then offered to come to my house to give me a free estimate. If you have ever called any electricians, you should know most electricians bill based on trip charge (basic fee) plus labor time and material. Even they do nothing, they still charge for just showing up at the door. I was very happy that Daniel was willing to come out to give me a free estimate. This just makes him distinguishable from other electricians. He gave me a very detailed estimate. The price was reasonable, so I accepted it. Later I told him that I might need to replace an indoor outlet as it's loose. He offered to do it for free! What a wonderful customer service! Moses was the one who actually showed up to do the work. He's very polite and friendly. He explained to me his work. He was very patient with me when I didn't understand his explanation. He was great to work with. He also cleaned up after his work. Over the past several years I've worked with them on the installation of an outdoor sound and video system as well as installation of outdoor shades for our upper and lower decks. They've done those jobs professionally and to a high level of quality, but you'd expect that working with a high end AV company. Recently while cleaning out an IT closet, we came across a number of items that were ordered on our behalf but ended up not being used during our installation. They had been sitting in our closet for the past four + years. Initially I was upset about why we had purchased these items if they weren't going to be used. During the course of the install parameters changed and I guess they became unnecessary. When I reached out to the company, even with the amount of time that had lapsed, they gave me full credit for these items and gave me my money back. Says alot about the company to me.
