Gave me a Nissan pickup when smaller car reserved they should have given it to me at lower price. They blocked off a little I think but not much. Also nearly no gas. I had to put gas in it. Tre assisted me in receiving my temporary car rental mean while my insurance was investigating my car settlement. I must say he was absolutely amazing to make business with him. As rental management trainee, my question is why hasn't he been promoted as Rental Manager yet? He made me feel a lot more valued then other rental car companies that I've work in the past, not to mention, this company even drove to my apt complex without any additional service charge, but only to check on me after my auto accident. March 6 I was expected to pay a ridiculous amount of $3**.** i returned rental today 3/7/22 with a new amount of $4**.** . After Tre inspected the rental and said it was "PERFECT " and returned it a 3/4 Full of gas as when i received it. To the look of my concerned eyes, Tre went above and beyond to set the bar high to assist me yet again. Definitely, will be returning and referring others to this branch mainly to request for Tre for his remarkable experience and work technique he has with working with individuals like myself in need of kindness. Pretty terrible experience for a customer. my vehicle was wrecked so I had to rent onsite from my insurance who goes through enterprise I had the car for one night and returned it in the morning which I decided to go to this location to drop off. upon inspection the technician tells me a clip is broken and missing and wasn't marked in damages. phone call back to insurance, the reps talk to each other and sort out the clip will be replaced with no cost to me, thank god because there's no way it broke while I was driving on the freeway and parked in my driveway. I get home to find out the rental policy charges me for 2days rent. I had the car for 26hours. and no onsite representative told me or showed the invoice until I received it in my email. (shady hiding behind the counter fraud employees) although I could have had the car another 20 hours that I paid for (NOT KNOWING) I contacted customer service reporting I was never showed my invoice until it was too late or I could have kept the vehicle longer and all they said is to contact the facility rented from, and NO I will not do that because I will not return EVER. useless service. subpar employees. it's a scam. stay far away. I'll rent with another company i the future. over a measly $25 these guys are a joke. and lost a very loyal customer. read more

Deplorable experience. Staff wanted me to drive a vehicle that was too large and unsafe. Finally, they decided they could put me in something else, and upon getting to work, I noticed there were still fries on the floorboard from a prior rental. The car is not appropriately cleaned before handoff, especially appalling since we are in a health pandemic. Billing also a nightmare. I paid a deposit, and three days later, they charged me additional funds on top of that deposit that I did not authorize. The agreement was that any extra charges would be resolved upon returning the rental when I picked up my car from the shop. I will never do business with this unethical pushy lying rental company. They have no care for the customers they are there to provide services for. read more

Prescheduled a pickup/reservation. Was told to call and confirm pickup time 30 minutes prior. An hour later and I'm still sitting here waiting, when I called back to verify they were asking if I was at the car shop (after they verified my home address for pickup when I called previously) and was told "someone was sent out prior and should be there shortly". I had a reservation to pick up my car before going to get my mother from the airport. When I show up in the morning I was told that someone had been in a wreck and that my car was given away. While I was very frustrated and upset the man at the counter was being patient and trying to explain the situation. Then the Assistant Manager Carmen Salazar cut in. Carmen raised her voice and said she wouldn't explain why no one called us to inform us that they were giving away our reservation. Carmen then flatly told us there's nothing we can do, told us to leave and said "she wouldn't argue with us" even though we still had questions. (We were told at different points in the conversation that it was a walk in that took our car and then that it was someone with a reservation in front of us then finally that the person had gotten in a wreck that morning and was dropped off after going to the mechanics - so you can see the confusion) . After Carmen told us to leave she turned and walked away. My mother-in-law and fiancé were completely shocked by how this woman was treating us. After calling the Branch Manager Hannah - Carmen finally acknowledged that she never contacted us about giving away our car. But she never apologized for not contacting us, giving away our car or for her behavior. If you can help it do not rent from this location. Assistant Manager Carmen Salazar compounded an already stressful situation & we never ended up getting a car. Due to her rude behavior I'll never rent enterprise again. Information in regards to extra insurance for the rental car is falsely proclaimed. Gabby (Who started my rental procedure) 1st associate, explained to me that the $16.99 per day insurance is incremental. For example, a whole day of insurance for the rental car is $16.99 and if I was to return the car in a half day, I would've of been charge $8.49 instead of $16.99. However, that was not the case. Upon arrival at the collision repair store a Enterprise associate was there with a rental car. We do a walk around when I noticed under carriage damage. She said that it's already noted and that she wanted to give me a commuter car because of how much I drive to work. So basically I can drive 80 miles a day on a freeway with a compromised car with undercarriage damage with my toddler. Thinking this lady is out of her mind trying to save her company money by giving me a car that's damaged because she doesn't want me to have miles on a car that's not damaged. She also will withheld previous damage information from me till I showed her and she's like oh we know about it... really!!! I told her ummm I will get the insurance because it's not that I don't trust me, it's that I don't trust you or your company. She said great that the insurance would cover any broken windows or if the keys were bad. Sue enough 2 miles down the road I noticed a dime size rock chip, then when I got home I realized the key wasn't working the same two items she looks me that I would have to pay if they went bad if I didn't get the insurance. Scammer alert! Summary- they knew the car was compromised with an accident with undercarriage damage and rented it to me so me and my toddler in my car were compromised She knew about previous unfixed damage and didn't notify me or give me a way to document it and would of charged me for keys, windows and undercarriage all previous damage. Thank god I got this scammer insurance. (So weird she listed window and keys and they were damaged that were there). When I went into drive it smelled like cat piss and cigarettes but I think the cat piss was their cleaning solution but no worries a soccer ball mud sized dried mud was on the seat! Great job cleaning the carpets Covid but you missed like the whole entire seat! I wouldn't be so upset except purposefully gave me a bad car to avoid miles on a good car, compromising me and my daughter with undercarriage damage and knowing about the keys and the window which I would of been charged for. This morning at 7:30am, my Mom and I went to this particular Enterprise location. Our Service Advisor Lawrence, had arranged for us to pick up a vehicle as my '09 Chevrolet Cobalt was in the Titus-Will Service Department getting work done. When we entered, there were three women and one man typing on their computers. The women all looked at one another and then turned to the gentleman and without even looking up from his computer he said "We will be with you in just a minute, we aren't open yet." All four Enterprise employees kept typing and seemed irritated that we were interrupting them. The gentleman stood up and walked over to the windows and opened the blinds and proceed to say how they weren't open yet. Finally one of the employees (a short Caucasian women with long hair, wearing a cream colored coat) asked how she could help us. We stated that we were there to pick up a vehicle that our Service Advisor had arranged for us. She asked our name and told us that we weren't supposed to pick up the vehicle until 8am and that she could get started in the paperwork but didn't have any vehicles to give us at the moment. My mom let her know that she had told Lawrence that we needed a vehicle first thing in the morning since I had to be at work and he said that wouldn't be a problem. The women stated again that she could start the paperwork but wouldn't be able to give us a car until 8am. She went on to say that all the drivers had went out to the different locations to pick up vehicles for the day. We asked about how long that would take and she said that she didn't know because they had just opened up and the drivers had just left to get vehicles various other branches. My mom let her know that, that was unacceptable as Lawrence had assured us that a vehicle would be ready for us. She went on to say that our Service Advisor had given her that time (8am). My mom asked if it was Lawrence and she said yes. Another employee (an African-American woman) looked up from her computer and stated that Lawrence had told her that we would be arriving between 7:30am-8am, but he had never given an exact time. We let her know that, that wasn't the information that was provided to Lawrence and she just looked at us as if we were stupid and went back to typing. My mom turned to me and asked what I wanted to do and I told her that I wasn't able to wait since I had to be at work. We left and none of the employees said anything to us. Such horrible Customer Service! We used to rent vehicles from this location quite often and now it looks like we need to find a different company to rent from.... read more

Customer Service is terrible they never enough a variety of cars unless u want to upgrade, they tried to put me in a car with no license plate in the front and was dirty and dusty in the inside with cigarette burns. They ask you to do a walk around and check out the dents in the whatnot but where is the original report of what been on it! This is my first review on Yelp ever; tells you just HOW satisfied I am with this company, oh no wait, that's a joke. I made a reservation yesterday because the location I normally go through was out of the vehicle that I needed, I called this morning to schedule a pick, you would think with the astronomical price I'm paying already, this company would work with you, for $55 a day for a kia, I would expect some higher level of customer service, instead I was met with unwillingness to provide any sort of customer service, I was told I was 30 to 40 minutes from their location and they would not pick me up, let me tell you, I am EXACTLY 25 minutes from the location, I have the screenshot in maps to prove this, so without any research of location I was lied to and met with complete unwillingness to help and utter lack of customer service. I come from a sales background, and I've always been taught to bend some to meet a customers needs, not to meet them with indifference and frankly what I saw as laziness, this is now the second time I've had an issue with Enterprise, last time my husband got to enjoy a nice 5 mile walk home because it was too close to close and no one could be bothered to give him a ride home. Suffice to say, our business will be going elsewhere from here on out, and if you expect any kind of customer service from this company or location, you are going to be sorely disappointed when you're met with their complete lack of professionalism. Stay far, far away from this branch of Enterprise. Go to the Lakewood branch or any other branch, because the Parkland branch employees do not communicate to each other, especially to the customer. If it's on a Friday and past 4:30 and cold outside, you are definitely out of luck!!!! The manager is young and a joke, who doesn't have a clue on how to manage this business nor how to handle clients. Look at other people's reviews about this particular branch and you will see how bad the Parkland office employees and the managers treat you. Go to the Lakewood office you will be so much happier and I had been a client for over 15 years, but as of yesterday I am done with this business. Brian and Casey were amazing! I was the worst customer, I showed up right at 6:00 p.m. I called and spoke to Brian explaining that I was running late and he assured me that I would be ok with returning the car. When I got there he and his team were very friendly, especially considering that I was showing up right as they were trying to leave. The car being returned I walked outside and realized that I had not arranged a ride home. So I frantically call everyone I know who lives nearby and my cousin says he will come to my rescue. Casey noticed me hanging around outside and asked if I had a ride. When I told him my ride was on the way and would be there soon, he did not hesitate to open the store back up so that I could wait inside as it was 30degrees out. Amazing customer service! JUST AS PROMISED We rent a car regularly here when we visit Tacoma for family reasons. We have yet to have a bad experience. This most recent trip was at the high end of a series of positive experiences. We use this location to dodge the airport fees- to save money- and for the convenience of pick-up and drop-off in Tacoma. We have always saved considerable $$$, and had a positive experience. Typically, we call from our hotel, and they pick us up, we get the car, and drive away. We drop the car off, and they take us to the transit station to get the bus back to Sea-Tac ($3.50). Friendly, fun. positive, efficient. We will continue to frequent these guys- they take ownership in the transaction, and bring their personalities. read more

I couldn't believe the poor customer service I received. They called me the Friday of memorial weekend to tell me that my car rental was not being taken care of by my insurance and the rental exceeded the limit 4 days prior and that I needed to pay around $600 before they close that day or return the car even though my insurance was suppose to be taking care of it. It took many phone calls to get it straighten out. The guy Justin that I spoke to many times was a prick. I would never recommend them to anyone. read more
