The establishment is called BUFFALO Wild Wings. Now, don't get me wrong, the wings were great, but they were not BUFFALO wings. I mean, with a chain this size, surely (if they don't already have locations there) they could visit some of the landmark locations in Buffalo, NY, that are famous for...BUFFALO wings. The one thing that has become popular down here in the south is HOT wings. Which are great, but not traditional, original, BUFFALO wings. And, no, that doesn't mean that they're the same as Nashville Hot Chicken. You can keep that. I just want BUFFALO wings. One day, somewhere down south, someone is going to make the BUFFALO wing. Sadly, the only place even close...is Chili's! That's just crazy. If someone out there knows a restaurant in Memphis that can make the BUFFALO wing....for the love of all things holy....tell me!!!!!
