He walked me through all of the features, and let me know that they delivered. So perfectly convenient! I couldn't ask for more. When delivery day came Jamal and his assistant pulled up exactly on time, and went about removing the old washer and setting up the new one. Jamal explained everything that we needed to know about the new machine, and checked to make sure that all the connections were secure and that it was cycling correctly. They didn't show up to deliver then scheduled the next delivery for 2 days later when I wasn't available. All phone calls are routed to the Philippines and no one was able to help me. I cancelled that order and went to MD Appliances. I went in feeling so angry and frustrated with this situation and was treated with such kindness, I left feeling so much better and I also left with a new washer/dryer! They were even able to arrange same day delivery because I live so close. Their prices are the same as the LG site. The store is very clean and welcoming. Definitely a high end appliance store but with reasonable prices. The delivery guys are GREAT too! Super professional, knowledgeable, and fast.
