Excellent service. I've been dealing with a lot of different repair people recently and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I spoke to Eloy, the technician, directly and he gave me a very specific (and very narrow window) for when he would arrive, which was amazing and almost unheard of! (Every other company has made me take off an entire day of work and often showed up hours after they said they would.) Eloy was punctual and came exactly when he said he would and he even brought the part that he thought he would need based on our phone consultation. (Every other company has needed to make separate trips to get the part, stretching the whole process out, wasting hours and sometimes days.) His diagnosis was correct and he was able to repair the washing machine immediately. It's so hard to find honest people to fix appliances these days. I was recommended to them by a family friend and the service was very professional. They're a family owned & operated local business. The best part is they general answer in home repairs within an hour or less fir same day service. My wife called bc our drier was heating up intermittently & they came out with a 1/2 hour, check & diagnosed our problem. Being it could be a number of items & repairs were done; the service didn't charge us & just basically asked if we would call them for future repairs. Who does that?! He came out same day and was initially here because I thought it was my igniter, turned out to be my control board, luckily for me the part was in stock, he repaired it the same day! I was recommended by two people to call Bañuelos to fix my oven. On the call, the lady who answered was friendly and told us that bc one of our contacts had recommended us they wouldn't charge us their $25 fee to check. On the day of, the technician who came over was there for less than 10 min, diagnosed the repair needed by not fully inspecting it, and charged us the $25 even tho we were told we weren't going to be charged. I had Eloy come out to check my washer, and he came the same day. He found a part that went out and looked it up for me. The part was on back order, but he ordered one for me.
