Personal conversations between servers should be done on their own time, not when there are customers waiting to be served. When you have to say "excuse me" three times to a waitress, when they can obviously hear you, that's bad service. She could have at least said "One second, I'll be right there" but as your surveillance tape will show, we weren't even acknowledged. We were not disrespectful, your waitresses were.
