I experienced what feels like blatant disrespect dealing with a salesperson here. After days of back-and-forth, he refused to break down numbers his own team had thrown out at their own discretion. He then stopped communicating altogether, claiming his managers were at a "stalemate" with me until I came in for an in-person appraisal for my trade-in. When I called out multiple discrepancies and questioned the dishonesty in what they'd told me up to that point, I was left with no response. The following day, a male family member of mine reached out to the same salesperson and told him I had an offer from a competitor. Suddenly, after allegedly being in a "stalemate" until I showed up in person, he had a deal proposed within an hour or two. From that point on, they only communicated with him, despite having my number and knowing I was still the one actually purchasing the vehicle. It took one final deception for me to walk away completely: they claimed they'd matched the competitor's financed price on a "better" Santa Fe Hybrid, even though my salesperson had the direct listing link to my desired vehicle since the beginning of our discussion. Only for us to discover, it was a vehicle they'd previously tried to pitch to me, the caveat being that this "new" car had 4,574 miles on it. Earlier in the week, they'd tried to lease me this comparable version of the vehicle I was originally looking at. It had been used as a loaner at one point, and, in his words, "it's never been sold before, so it's still 'new' and can be sold on a lease," quotes around "new" included. It took multiple demands for numbers on paper before we confimed this was the same vehicle now being presented to us as the "new" financing option that we were getting a "better" deal on, compared to what the competitor was offering. After I told my family member to finally cut off the deal, he was the one graciously thanked for his time, while I am still left with no response. We've purchased multiple cars from this dealership, and I went out of my way to make this work with them, including sourcing a vehicle from another property to give Henderson Hyundai my business. Between the persistent deception, lack of real transparency, and blatant disrespect shown toward me as the actual customer, I won't be returning. I had an appointment for Tuesday at 7 am for service. I was told the diagnostics were a two-day turnaround. It's now Thursday afternoon (3 days), and I've heard nothing. I called but cannot speak to a live person, so I went to the location. I was told by Roy that my car did not yet have a technician assigned in their system. The advisor I worked with initially had gone on vacation and neither he nor anyone else moved it forward in the process. Roy further explained to me that the original advisor should have explained to me that it can take 4-5 days after dropping it off to be placed in service. I asked why when I had an appointment that my car would sit on their lot waiting for up to 5 days. It's my car! I need it for transportation. This is ridiculous! While I waited to speak to Roy, I listened to his 10-minute conversation with someone else on the phone where he repeatedly said bring your car in tomorrow and we'll get you in a loaner. No one offered me a loaner and now we're pushing a week, their fault! So, my car sat there on their lot, no one aware for 3 days that it hasn't been assigned to a technician or didn't care. I had to jump through rings of fire to ask a simple question between 4 different people. All I wanted to know was if I could just bring my vehicle in the put nitrogen in the tires. This review is based on the help I got from a Service Advisor named Ace. I bought a used car from this dealership and cost over 20k. So with that being said I was excited to have it. I drove off the lot and then all of a sudden the low pressure tire light came on??! I thought oh no it must be a flat with a slow leak or they never checked the tire pressure while it was parked on the lot for probably a while. Anyway, I drove back and the salesman who helped me with the purchase filled the air but I thought it was very quick and brief. I trusted him and drove off after he told me everything is perfect with all 4 tires and the light should go off by itself after driving for couple of minutes. I already knew this is how it works since I had the experience before with the low pressure light in which it does go off once you fill the tire with air. However, this time it didn't go off even I drove over 30 minutes to get home. I called the salesman but he said they can't do anything for the next few days and I need to bring it in on a Friday morning which I thought that was very inconvenient for me especially I would have the vehicle for the next 3 days with the light on? It bothered me so much that I drove back again and this time I walked straight into the service dept where a young service advisor immediately helped me without any hesitations. He went outside and measured all 4 tires with a new guage and made sure they were all accurate then calibrated so the light went off immediately. I was very grateful that he took his time to step out into the 100 degree temperature and helped me for over 20 minutes to solve this issue. I attempted to purchase a car from Henderson Hyundai in Nevada after my bankruptcy. Upon arriving at the dealership, after I provided my information and bankruptcy discharge via text with the salesperson a few days before, I test drove the car, and inquired about various details. The website listed the car at $29,999, but the initial deal sheet was almost $6k over that. The second deal sheet was less favorable due to manipulation of the numbers. Initially, I was informed that Hyundai would finance the purchase. However, at the sales desk, I was told that Hyundai financing was not available. Additionally, the car was a demo model. I was assured this would not affect the service warranty, but according to Hyundai's website, the warranty starts on the day the car goes into service. The sales manager claimed the car was never placed into service. Ultimately, the financing was offered through a different lender. I informed the salesperson that I would not proceed with the deal, as I had been deceived. The salesperson tried to salvage the sale with the finance manager, who insisted I accept the deal due to my bankruptcy. I decided to leave and scheduled an Uber while the finance manager continued to stress the benefits of the offer. After considerable research on EVs, my partner decided on a Hyundai Ioniq. He contacted this dealership and exchanged texts with a salesperson, ultimately arranging an appointment to meet and test drive a particular vehicle. The salesperson sent several texts to confirm the date and time of the appointment. We arrived at the dealership 15 minutes early and were greeted coldly by a salesperson who brusquely ushered us inside. Another person came out to inform us that the salesperson with whom we had the appointment was not there -- and that the car that we were supposed to test drive was "in transit." No apologies. No offer to test drive another vehicle. In fact, all the Ioniqs were sold. Again, no apologies. Nothing. In other words, horrible treatment. After we left, I called Hyundai of Las Vegas. They, too, were sold out of new Ioniqs, but the salesperson offered to let us test drive a used vehicle and order a new one, which we did. Bottom line: Henderson Hyundai lost a $50,000+ deal, which turned out to be Hyundai of Las Vegas' gain. DO NOT GO TO HENDERSON HYUNDAI PARTS AND SERVICE CENTER! My wife and I dropped off our car for service due to a check engine light and a few other minor concerns. The Service Advisor, Ace, helped us during check-in. We clearly informed him of the issues and requested a quote for the additional minor concerns. He said he would follow up the next day since it was a drop-off. Surprisingly, he called us just an hour later with a text-file listing over $9,000 in recommended services. We immediately declined all the suggested repairs through the app and made it clear we only wanted the $750 repair related to the check engine light. When we arrived to pick up the car, Ace was unavailable, and another service advisor assisted us. He told us the total was $1,136.85 -- my wife and I were in complete shock! We reiterated that we only approved the $750 service and declined the rest. He went to speak with Ace in the back office and returned saying, "That's the total." We were then told we were being charged $230 per concern we mentioned during check-in -- just for having them look at the problems, even though we never authorized those diagnostic fees in a clear and transparent way. To be fair, we did sign the pre-service paperwork, but we did so without a proper explanation or clear understanding that each concern would cost $230, and it was never communicated in good faith. Ultimately, we signed off on the $1,136.85 charge at checkout -- not because we agreed with it, but because we were caught off guard, overwhelmed, and felt we had no choice. We left filled with regret and disappointment. We felt completely disrespected, taken advantage of, and robbed! To add insult to injury, the advisor made a comment like, "Well, our guys have to take out a lot of stuff to find the problems." Meanwhile, Ace sat nearby, looked over at us, and said absolutely nothing -- no apology, no explanation, and no care. We felt hustled! After years of being loyal customers with Henderson Hyundai parts and service, we will never return! Their concern for customers has completely disappeared -- especially after the dealership remodel.
