They made an appt for my car at 9am on a Thursday only to tell us they couldn't get to it until Tuesday. Maybe if they had been more upfront about this, we would've gone elsewhere. After my car had been at the dealership for a day, I learned that my car wasn't locked, and it was in an area that's easily accessible by the public. I had to drive 30 min to the dealership, with my sick grandson in the car, to handle this. Nobody's car should be UNLOCKED where the public can get to it!! Especially a new looking car that's parked at a car dealership. WELL, the supposed "manager" was very unprofessional. He didn't like to be told how I felt about them leaving my vehicle unlocked for anyone to access, so he got aggressive and inappropriate with me and then told me to "get the f out of here" and told me to take my car elsewhere. They didn't do anything to fix my vehicle. He made me leave with my vehicle, knowing the brake lights didn't work, turn signals didn't work, headlights, cameras, speedometer, driver assist, AC, basically the entire electrical system, as it is in these pics and vids. (Mind you, this is the 4th time my 7 month old 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy has been in the shop for this same issue. The issue is getting worse and Hyundai can't fix it and they don't even care to fix it. I will never buy another Hyundai. This is my first and my last. We went to test drive the Ioniq at this dealership. While it's a pain to get in and out because of the construction on Boulder Highway, it was a good choice. We had no appointment but we were greeted and had Alexis as our sales person. She arranged a test drive for me with no issue and my mate and I were able to make some choices about having an electric vehicle. Alexis was very helpful when it came to stats on the vehicle as she was very knowledgeable. We even met the Sales Manager, Jimmy, who helped us as well. Well, mom was told that she was paying an extra amount of money for a plan " you won't have to pay for any repairs", at around $350 a month. When she called them about an oil change they said you already used your oil change credit. She had used it once. They are still saying there is nothing left on this plan. Yet they are still charging her. To be clear: she has not had anything done except the oil change. No call for months. I just called today, and they cannot find any information. They need the recall number on the mailer, but I did not keep it. After considerable research on EVs, my partner decided on a Hyundai Ioniq. He contacted this dealership and exchanged texts with a salesperson, ultimately arranging an appointment to meet and test drive a particular vehicle. The salesperson sent several texts to confirm the date and time of the appointment. We arrived at the dealership 15 minutes early and were greeted coldly by a salesperson who brusquely ushered us inside. Another person came out to inform us that the salesperson with whom we had the appointment was not there -- and that the car that we were supposed to test drive was "in transit." No apologies. No offer to test drive another vehicle. In fact, all the Ioniqs were sold. Again, no apologies. Nothing. In other words, horrible treatment. After we left, I called Hyundai of Las Vegas. They, too, were sold out of new Ioniqs, but the salesperson offered to let us test drive a used vehicle and order a new one, which we did. Bottom line: Henderson Hyundai lost a $50,000+ deal, which turned out to be Hyundai of Las Vegas' gain. If I had continued to wait for Henderson Hyundai, my SUV would still be un-drivable (9 months after bringing it to your service department). I purchased my 2021 Hyundai Venue new in 2021 - I also purchased the Platinum maintenance package at the time as I did not want to be cheap with the vehicle, I wanted it to be covered from A to Z. The first couple years everything went great, every other oil change was free and they were $59 at the time. Then Lithia took over and I saw a note stating the Oil change program would be ending - I think it was August of 2023? Not sure. But now it is $99 for oil changes - however I paid for the "platinum package" which was added to my car loan, shouldn't I get a prorated amount back? Each time I ask about that I am given the run around. I do want to make a note that Jalen is amazing, I try my best to always make my appointments with him, he's great! Disgusted would be the best way to summarize my feelings for Hyundai, their customer service, and the service department. I have a 2022 Hyundai Elantra with roughly 35,000 miles on it. The air-conditioning has ceased to work three times in the span of a month. My vehicle is currently sitting in their service department right now. When I dropped it off for the THIRD time, I was met with the same speech. We are four days behind in diagnostics. Every single visit, they are running behind schedule, and I'm without my vehicle for four days, minimum. No loaner, no, we will make it a priority, and no, offer for any type of reimbursement. In fact, the last time I picked my vehicle up, they left an electronic diagnostic tool still attached to my vehicles computer. After getting my car back this time, I will drive the extra distance to go to another Hyundai dealership. If the problem persists, I will trade in my car for a completely different manufacturer. I attempted to purchase a car from Henderson Hyundai in Nevada after my bankruptcy. Upon arriving at the dealership, after I provided my information and bankruptcy discharge via text with the salesperson a few days before, I test drove the car, and inquired about various details. The website listed the car at $29,999, but the initial deal sheet was almost $6k over that. The second deal sheet was less favorable due to manipulation of the numbers. Initially, I was informed that Hyundai would finance the purchase. However, at the sales desk, I was told that Hyundai financing was not available. Additionally, the car was a demo model. I was assured this would not affect the service warranty, but according to Hyundai's website, the warranty starts on the day the car goes into service. The sales manager claimed the car was never placed into service. Ultimately, the financing was offered through a different lender. I informed the salesperson that I would not proceed with the deal, as I had been deceived. The salesperson tried to salvage the sale with the finance manager, who insisted I accept the deal due to my bankruptcy. I decided to leave and scheduled an Uber while the finance manager continued to stress the benefits of the offer. In the waiting room, I texted the salesperson to thank them for their efforts, but I just couldn't afford the payments and the interest rate. DO NOT GO TO HENDERSON HYUNDAI PARTS AND SERVICE CENTER! My wife and I dropped off our car for service due to a check engine light and a few other minor concerns. The Service Advisor, Ace, helped us during check-in. We clearly informed him of the issues and requested a quote for the additional minor concerns. He said he would follow up the next day since it was a drop-off. Surprisingly, he called us just an hour later with a text-file listing over $9,000 in recommended services. We immediately declined all the suggested repairs through the app and made it clear we only wanted the $750 repair related to the check engine light. When we arrived to pick up the car, Ace was unavailable, and another service advisor assisted us. He told us the total was $1,136.85 -- my wife and I were in complete shock! We reiterated that we only approved the $750 service and declined the rest. He went to speak with Ace in the back office and returned saying, "That's the total." We were then told we were being charged $230 per concern we mentioned during check-in -- just for having them look at the problems, even though we never authorized those diagnostic fees in a clear and transparent way. To be fair, we did sign the pre-service paperwork, but we did so without a proper explanation or clear understanding that each concern would cost $230, and it was never communicated in good faith. Ultimately, we signed off on the $1,136.85 charge at checkout -- not because we agreed with it, but because we were caught off guard, overwhelmed, and felt we had no choice. We left filled with regret and disappointment. We felt completely disrespected, taken advantage of, and robbed! To add insult to injury, the advisor made a comment like, "Well, our guys have to take out a lot of stuff to find the problems." Meanwhile, Ace sat nearby, looked over at us, and said absolutely nothing -- no apology, no explanation, and no care. We felt hustled! After years of being loyal customers with Henderson Hyundai parts and service, we will never return! Their concern for customers has completely disappeared -- especially after the dealership remodel. After having multiple bad experiences with the service department, I decided to stop going back to the dealership for my services. A couple months later I take my car to a different auto shop for an oil change, only to find out that Henderson Hyundai never put back on my lower skid plate. Currently, the engine of my vehicle is exposed to rain and rubble that can damage the entire engine. I called Henderson Hyundai to ask them about the missing part and it took them weeks to get back to me only to tell me that they are not responsible for not returning my skid plate. This dealership was the only place I took my car before finally finding a new mechanic. Not only that, but they did this to another customer around the same time I took my vehicle in. There are many other Hyundai dealerships in Vegas that will respect your time and money. I would highly recommend going to those places over Henderson Hyundai and I ask everyone to heed my warning. The car was only a "fair" deal on cargurus with absolutely no mention about an additional 2000 "we are weaker than crap , and we can't be transparent fee" I am filing a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General and the Nevada DMV, these people are downright criminal and deceptive. They know if they advertised the real price , their sales leads would be non existent. The guy says , well the 1995 is right on our website. Well , it's not online at Cargurus where I found the vehicle listed . And to make it worse , it's not in plain sight, you have to click a little "pricing details" icon . She directed me to the service counter were I met my service advisor, Peter Sabatini. After explaining my service issue he advised me of the approximate wait time and I must say, he was spot on. I received my car back washed and I was out the door. Peter was great. He truly understands the importance of good customer service and how to treat customers. A long time ago (August of 2019), I needed to buy a paint pen for a Hyundai car. I checked the hours for Henderson Hyundai on Google Maps. It said it was open until 9 PM. Back in 2019, the hours for the Henderson Hyundai Parts Center weren't shown separately on the Google Maps listing, so I didn't know that the Parts Center would close at 6 PM. While my mom shopped at the nearby Albertson's, I walked over to Henderson Hyundai around 8 PM. A salesperson working there told me that the Parts Center was closed, so I started walking back toward Albertson's. I was about to exit the Henderson Hyundai parking lot to the southeast when a security guard pulled up in car. He asked me what I was doing. I said that I was walking to Albertson's. He said, "Albertson's is that way!" and pointed in the southeast direction. "Yes, I know," I replied. After all, I was already headed in the southeast direction. I realized that he might have seen me walking toward Henderson Hyundai from the southeast before I found out that the Parts Center was closed or maybe someone reported me walking toward Henderson Hyundai. I said that I had just tried to go to the Parts Center, but it was closed, so I would return the next day. He asked me what part I wanted to buy. I said I wanted to buy a paint pen. He said I shouldn't try to return the next day and that I should go to AutoZone to buy the paint pen. I said, "OK." I went to AutoZone and asked them if they had a paint pen that matched the paint on this particular Hyundai car. They said no. I returned to Henderson Hyundai the next day and bought a paint pen with the matching color. I thought it was weird that the security guard told me to go to AutoZone. I would never recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go to this dealership. They don't smog the car before they sell it. The engine light came on not even a week that we had the car. They give you a week with the temporary plate and tell you that it takes a month for them to get the EDRS from the dmv. I said so we ride around with expired plates and the general manager said yes not his problem. Not sure what my rights are but add $2,000 to the sticker price for there hidden fees they don't tell you about. No customer service at all. They told me they had to keep it for 2 days to do the inspection. Called me that it was ready next day. I get there and they wouldn't give me my car back unless I paid over $200 for the inspection, which was supposed to be free. They said well they did more than the coupon called for. Only thing listed on the paperwork was brake inspection. Asked why we weren't told of the cost before or called about there being a cost associated now and we were told "they don't have to do that." What a joke of a company and poor, very poor customer service. We are on a set income because my husband hasn't been working and my dad had to use his credit card to help pay for it.
