My wife and I have been watching closely to see when this would open, and it was worth the wait! She had the grilled pork Banh Mi sandwich and I had the small #16 rare steak and meatball Pho Bowl. I love Pad Thai and other noodle dishes, not sure what happened here, but the shrimp, crab and noodles had flavor, but it included 4 shrimp and 2 crab claws, Pad Thai was just not Pad Thai that we've had, and made for 20 years. Luckily, I chanced upon this place and was peasantly surprised. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by fantastic aromas. I had the rare steak pho and it was absolutely delicious. Anyone familiar with this retail plaza knows that this restaurant space has been through a couple different businesses/owners. This one is my favorite so far. I eat lunch here about once a month and really enjoy the grilled beef short rib combo. Staff is friendly and speed of service is fair. Pricing is "meh" but justified by the food quality. Some history on the location: I was a regular at Rice Paper Bistro that occupied this same location. It had excellent food and I was sad when it closed (apparently due to unexpected hardship). However this new restaurant and ownership (since mid August 2019) are just as good and serve quicker than Rice Paper Bistro! Came here with my wife and got the large rare-beef Pho and Chicken & vermicelli bowl. First off, the "large" Pho is enormous - as in it comes in a bowl that's 10" in diameter. The steak was a little bit tough (fully cooked by the time I ate it), but overall it was good Pho and came with lots of fresh basil, jalapeno slices, shoots, and chili and hoisin sauce. My family and I ordered food from Ovasians on the way home from the pumpkin patch and we were so satisfied!! We ordered pad Thai, bun bo hue, garlic noodles and chicken pho. My kids are usually picky and loved the food, which is always a plus for me. The food only took 15 mins from initially ordering and everything was delicious. Would DEF order again. This restaurant opened about 2-3 months ago. Looks family run. The waitresses were very friendly. Ordered the grilled pork with egg rolls, which is a pretty safe dish. Been here a few times now for lunch and have been pleasantly surprised by the delicious food & good service. The grilled pork has a great marinade and the shrimp has excellent texture. Seafood Pho broth is excellent and is served with a giant sea scallop, Yum! One thing that stands out to me over other pho spots is the plating of their vermicelli combos, it not in a huge bowl with a bunch of lettuce/bean sprout filler on the bottom. The plates are well portioned and arranged neatly so you can get that perfect bite of all the components together. Definitely worth a look. read more

My family had a great time, while I do recommend checking the ingredients because most eastern countries use fish sauce and peanuts just in case anyone has any food allergies.
