One of my favs in Dobson Ranch. This bright-colored diner is always a great way to start my day. I order the same thing every time- the portion pancakes. You get your choice of 1,2 or 3 pancakes and honestly 1 is big enough but I always go for 2 since they are sooo yummy. You get the choice of vanilla creamer or plain with your coffee, and of course I always get both. I also really enjoy the juice shots, great way to get your vitamins in. This place is normally packed, so you may have to wait a few minutes, but I have never waited too long. Service is hit or miss but normally pretty good. Lots of seating and they have a patio for the days you want enjoy the weather. Always a great vibe! read more

The moment I walked into Over Easy, the yellow decor brightened the rainy day. It took awhile for service, but was finally able to order my favorite for breakfast. Ngl, we came here because Bisbee Breakfast Club on the other side of the parking lot was a 30 minute wait and we were starving after our hike haha I loved the interior of the restaurant. The blue and yellow colors were bright and inviting. The menu has a variety of omelettes, pancakes, burritos and eggs benedict. They also have several coffees, teas and fresh squeezed orange juice. The prices were reasonable and the food was pretty good. I was a little let down by the potatoes O'Brien though. There were only a couple dices of pepper and I saw one dice of onion in the whole thing. I would have just ordered hash browns instead if had known there wouldn't really be any pepper and onions in the potatoes O'Brien. I have to say that the service was just ok. Nothing terrible but our food took a while to come out and the toast that came with my order was not the kind of bread I asked for. The waitress forgot my husband's drink and we had to flag her down the ask for it. Again, nothing terrible, everyone makes mistakes sometimes. The food taking so long was the bigger annoyance. I was looking for a place close to home to fill my brunch desire. Up popped Over Easy on my Yelp search. I've wanted to try this place and the mimosa flight lured me in! Upon entering the place is bright and wide open. It was fairly busy. There are seats at the counter where the action is happening, as well as tables and booths. We were seated very quickly which was surprising for 11am on a Sunday morning. Drinks were ordered first and I heard all about the mimosa flights. They were all delicious but my favorite had to be the Mango and the Prickly Pear! YUM!!! The other choices are peach, strawberry, raspberry and classic orange. They also have a menu full of Brunch'tails as the call them and I look forward to trying another one on the next visit. On to the food ~ they have a fairly extensive menu, offering everything from traditional breakfast items with a few nice variations, salads, sandwiches and a nice selection of healthier options. I chose the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and they were huge. It was presented with berries on top. Since there were 3 of them it was enough to fill up and take some home for tomorrow's breakfast. I would have liked a bit more of the lemon flavoring to come through. One of my son's ordered the two egg breakfast which satisfied his big appetite and my other son chose the Crying Pig omelet minus the onions, so . . . I guess it was the non-caring pig this time! The omelet was filled with all the delicious meats but could have used a bit more Swiss cheese to balance it out. It came with a side and he picked tots which were nice and crispy. Every Over Easy location I go to is consistent in providing delicious food and a welcoming environment. However, this location is by far my favorite. Plenty of parking, lots of space and outdoor seating options. Pancakes are some of the best, and the biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash are always a hit. Pro tip, the green Cholula sauce, which I haven't seen before at any restaurant, is great on eggs and gravy. Uncomfortable seating as the tables are fixed with certain booths. After I switched from that to booth I found myself never really comfortable. I struggled to find the right combination on the menu. Lots of items, but the idea of getting something sweet & savory was a challenge. Went with the build your own omelette and was able to swap out the potatoes for a pancake. That saved the day. Another person mentioned the layout, and yes, I completely get it, not ideal at all!!!! Alcohol is available which may be a saving grace for some looking for Brunch, but I wasn't blown away with anything special. read more

The 2 egg breakfast was good. They even gave me their in house jam for my biscuit and it was delicious. I really like how they give you a choice on what kind of potatoes you can get. I like how sweet potato tots is a thing here at Over Easy! Great service and I love how this place is so bright and cheery with yellow and teal colors. I dig it. My boyfriend and I did get a side of pancakes but I wasn't a fan of them. They're very thick and heavy and I prefer light and fluffy buttery pancakes. This location has an open area, so it can get very loud during busy times which I found myself over stimulated and having a hard time staying engaged in conversation with my friends. The place is spacious and bright. Just good vibes overall. I got a mimosa flight and the 2 egg breakfast (over medium eggs, sourdough, chicken sausage, and sweet potato tots)- lot of food for a good price. My friend got the steak and eggs either O'Brien potatoes and 2 coffee drinks. The mimosas were perfectly made-lots of champagne, little juice. My food was good, it just needed some salt and the breakfast sausage seemed like a frozen patty, not a house made patty so the texture was weird. My friend enjoyed her meal. This is not a complaint about food or service. Food was good. Our waitress was amazing. This is about the disgusting layout of the restaurant. The place was busy and we were given a 2-seat table in the back...by the toilet. I'm sure if we had asked we would have been moved. Then someone else would have been given those seats. The problem is, nobody should be given those seats. At first, I thought it was a minor inconvenience. But after looking at the toilet every 4th or 5th bite; it just felt gross and unsanitary. This is not a hostess or waitress problem; this is a manager problem. You know this exists and you keep putting customers there. The very least you could do is install some swinging doors to hide the fact we're eating next to the crapper. And who designs a restaurant like this? This is your livelihood. Do you really not think through these details? I wish I could have enjoyed the very good food more than I did. read more

I ordered avocado toast with fake eggs. I specifically asked if there was an upcharge for the fake eggs. I was advised there is not. My order was made incorrectly and came out with real eggs. They took it back and remade it correctly. And they charged me $3 for the fake eggs. I would have just not had eggs. read more

For no crowd, food came out longer than I expected, but when it arrived it was excellent. Hatch 505 Benedict with slow cooked pork smothered in hatch green chile on a bisquit with hash browns was amazing. Green Chile was very flavorful. My wife had the southwest scramble with no chorizo. A cute breakfast spot! Came around 9am on a Saturday morning and I think we beat the breakfast crowd because it wasn't too busy! I ordered the mimosa flight (you pick 4 flavors) and i appreciated that they weren't overly sweet-- I like the enjoy the champagne too :) my husband ordered the breakfast sandwich--I loved the aioli that came on it. The tots were perfectly crispy too! I opted for the protein bowl which was a nice serving of quinoa, eggs, and chicken sausage! It was very good and flavorful, especially with the broccolini and cherry tomatoes. I think if it had some sort of crema it would elevate it even more! My wife and I stopped by Over Easy on Guadalupe Road for a late breakfast. We arrived at 1:45PM on a Sunday, just before the 2 PM closing time. The staff took our orders for the "2 egg breakfast" and brought the food quickly, but did not rush us. The were also attentive in refiling our drinks, and gave us to go cups with ice as well. This was our first time trying Over Easy and we enjoyed it! My husband got the Waffle Dogs with a side of tater tots. I got an order of biscuits and a side order of gravy (if you do go this route make sure you get two orders of gravy because their biscuits are huge!). I also got a side of sausage for us to share and an order of their hash browns (I love that they have the option to have it made crispier than normal, which is what I asked for). All the food was flavorful and well cooked. My only issue was that my biscuits were a little dry which wouldn't have been an issue had I ordered more gravy. Flavor wise, everything was great.
