Nice spot for Breakfast, decent prices for the portions. Smaller mom & pops style dining so prepare ahead if you do not like to wait at all. I will say we had three parties in front of us, but do to the hustle of the Staff, the wait was exactly what we were told (about ten minutes on a Sat). Friendly Staff, easy menu with enough options for everyone in your party. Overall everyone enjoyed thier choices, I loved the way they do the hash browns. The pancake was not my favorite (but I ate it) - -LOL, it was not bad, just not my favorite. The burrito was good and stuffed with steak, mushrooms & cheese. Not a bad choice for brrakfast/brunch when in the area.

Delicious fluffy omelet and French toast! The woman who helped me on the phone was incredibly kind and so was the young man when I picked up!

The best homemade corn beef hash we've had!!!

Perfectly little quaint diner that reminded us of our Aunts house. Food was spectacularly good and fresh and the service even better. Great portion sizes and lots to choose from in their primarily homemade menu. We will eat here again when we're back in town.

I had ate half my plate when I took the picture. That's how much was on my plate. Great service and great food. We definitely will be coming back.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating with menu changes. Biscuits and sausage gravy are delicious and savory! Sausage patties are fresh cooked to order and amazing flavor. Pancakes are excellent, spongy NOT soggy.. the way they should be!! Wish we lived closer but we'll be back for sure.

Getting service, this place was recommended.

Definitely good food, large portions & hot coffee. Little corner spot on Chandler BLVD, you can get a great parking spot under the trees if you're early. 15 tables inside, 5-10 outside.

    Coffee was decent.

OMG This is a hidden gem if you like old school , homey breakfast places. We had the country omelet and the special "cowboy skillet " All was delish! We can't wait to return. They told me they make their own corned beef hash! The negatives are that they have Pepsi products and the restroom says employees only? Not sure what that is about!

We got the banana fosters French toast as well as the breakfast nachos (Chilaquiles style). Both were absolutely amazing! This was some of the best French toast I've ever had. It was stuffed with a cheesecake filling and had a great outer crust. The nachos were also delectable, the tortilla chips were crisp and homemade and the pork was trendy and delicious. Service was good. It's a small place in a strip mall, but they have great decor and murals on the wall. I'd definitely recommend coming here!

Tried the strawberry colada mimosa as it was the special of the month. I only tasted champagne with hint if strawberry no coconut. Name felt slightly misleading. Food: I got the banana foster French toast - this was really good not to sweet, nice crunchy ends with soft middle. Per usual no combo for French toast so a side of bacon was $4 and so are potatoes. They do offer a platter for $7 but it includes eggs which i did not want. We ordered side of chicken it needed seasoning bad. Service was okay I feel our waitress tried to connect with us but she was a little awkward. Slightly overpriced for food that is pretty simple in my opinion.

My husband and I enjoy kicking off our Sunday close to the opening hour at 7am. We eat a delicious breakfast option inside first. My husband orders a breakfast sandwich while I don't just like but LOVE the avacado toast. If available, we take our coffee and sit outside on the patio. The coffee is full bodied and delicious. My husband is a hot mocha guy. They have ice water at the front and in their spacious backyard seating area. It is a dog friendly destination. We enjoy seeing the wide variety of furry regulars. There are free treats for them. The service is consistently friendly and on top of their game. They really know how to move a line but you never feel rushed. They offer a points/ reward program for purchases which is always nice. When I asked my husband about cost he said it is so good he didn't even look! I checked our transaction history. For both of us including tip it was around $44- very decent in this day and age for such high quality. What a gem in Downtown Chandler!

My friend and I both ordered mediums with 75% sweetness, and it was the perfect drink for a hot, humid summer morning. Sweet enough to feel like a treat without being over the top. We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte.

They used to be a food truck and then opened their brick & mortar back in 2020. Not only knowledgeable about their products but helpful and so friendly! I chose the Monterray Burrito with Carne Asada along with a cold brew and wife had the Country Sausage Burrito and a large hot chai. The burritos are huge! And chock full of savory meat, eggs, cheese, seasonings, and fried tots stuffed in a big flour tortilla that is locally made and so tender and good by itself! It was kinda later in the morning so my daughter and I decided to share something. It came with a piece of breaded chicken, two smallish waffles and a hefty portion of scrambled eggs. There was syrup, some butter, and the description said it came with a side of chipotle aioli, but that was not in the bag. The chicken was super crispy and tasted as expected. The waffles were tasty but my daughter said they were crispier than she would prefer. The eggs were bland and boring and we didn't end up eating them. The tots, were the best thing we ate to be honest. They were crispy, and seasoned well with what tasted like a variety of spices. I wish now we had ordered totchos instead, maybe I would have been wowed like so many of these reviews. I was a little sticker shocked too. For the one meal, with the small side of tots was approximately $21. That is pretty hefty for a fast casual restaurant. I may give them another try but will not order the same thing.

They have a larger patio space outdoors, which I asked and discovered they are dog friendly so happy to find another venue we can bring the girls to. The patio was still shaded when we left about noon so it's a good spot for pups. Two of our group was already seated when we arrived so we joined them upon arrival. Lisa, our server, immediately came over for drink orders and confirm we were still waiting for others to join. Lisa, was so patient and friendly while the group gathered and decided what to order. I asked for a glass of O.J. which was sans pulp for those who don't like it in their O.J. I prefer some to jazz it up but it was a good glass of juice. They have a good sized menu with both breakfast and lunch offerings, and it took a bit to decide on what we were eating. I decided on the Corned Beef Hash with two eggs over-medium and a pancake. I asked for it on a separate plate and she said no worries, that's how it is served. The hash was sooo good! Cooked to a crispy crust and so flavorful and not salty at all, which I loved because sometimes hash can be salty. It also came with hash browns, which were cooked perfectly and not greasy in the least. I asked for my eggs over-medium and they too were cooked to perfection. It came with one pancake (I chose this in place of toast) and it was good size cake, with a nice malty flavor. It's sprinkled lightly with powder sugar and a dispense of warm syrup was provided as well. Really good breakfast! Wife went with the 2 egg breakfast with bacon and sourdough toast. They serve a wonderful homemade blackberry jam with the toast, which was really good and jammy. She also had her eggs done the same way as me and they were cooked to perfection. The bacon was perfect and she commented about the hash browns being cooked to a crunchy outer and tender on the inside. Everyone else said their meals were just as good and everything looked delicious. Great breakfast find and we will be back! Thank you to all of the staff and cooks!
