The overlook grill had the best food I tried in Vegas! I loved the avocado toast Benedict. I paid a little bit more for smoked salmon and lemme tell you I did not regret it! That was by far the best breakfast I've ever had. I also had a smoothie there and it reminded me so much of Peru! It tasted so fresh and natural. The service was great and the restaurant was nice! I loved how aesthetically pleasing it was. I can't wait to go back just to eat there!

Surprisingly delicious! Our large group ate here while we waited for our hotel rooms to be ready. It was conveniently located by the Cosmo hotel pool. I loved my Iced Ube Latte. Food was better than I expected for a poolside restaurant. Service was great. Waitress was friendly and patient with us.

For all the times I've spent at Cosmo, I've never knew about Overlook Grill. You could say that I've overlooked it. This place popped up in my search results when seeking vegan-friendly places near city center. I appreciated that the menu here clearly marks vegan options. Wandering around Cosmo to find this place, I took a journey up the escalators to the pool area. This indoor/outdoor cafe has a relaxed vibe and it was the perfect place for a relaxing lunch. The California Chilaquiles have really good flavor! It came with tofu scramble, beans, salsa, green onion, and avocado. I do wish the amount of toppings was more proportional to the amount of tortilla chips. About 1/3 of the chips didn't have a lot of toppings and I ended up pushing those to the side to prioritize the chips that did have toppings. That said, I do appreciate that the overall dish was a generous amount of food. It was very filling even after not eating 1/3rd of the chips. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/overlook-grill-las-vegas?select=dDo2RXKaPOTeKbfDzQeFNA The service here was excellent! The waitress was extremely friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her about the good vegan spots around Vegas

went to brunch on a Weds with a friend & really liked the experience! Natalie was an amazing server & had great recommendations. i got the churro waffle & crab rolls. both were 10/10. i also loved the "Living My Best Life" spritz. it was really refreshing, summery cocktail with passion fruit flavor. brunch is served daily & last seating is at 2:30pm.

This cute little grill in the Cosmopolitan resort in Las Vegas has a fun California vibe to it. Lots of healthy choices and gluten-free options were available. The service was very good, prices were reasonable, and the food was tasty. It was also on the quieter side, which is nice when you are in a busy place like Las Vegas.

Breakfast and brunch Café located on the fourth floor at the cosmopolitan. The restaurant is in the pool/ice skating rink area. If the escalator is closed, you will have to take the elevator up. We chose this location because it offers bottomless mimosas every day. There is a 1.5 hour limit. The restaurant does close at 2 PM so last call is 1:45 PM. You have the option of orange or pineapple juice for $27 a person. There was a selection of brunch dishes, but we opted to go with the lunch menu. I had the hamburger which was very good and came with fries. My spouse had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which definitely had a kick to it. There is indoor or outdoor seating options. We opted to sit inside, since it was a little cold. The staff was very friendly.

Great Location in the Cosmopolitan hotel building next to the beautiful pools and hot tub. The chillaquilles were excellent with the most flavorful beans. The Avocado toast benedict was amazing, fresh, and flavorful. What stole the show was the sourdough rye toast that was definitely made by an artisan. It was fresh, robust, chewy and full of flavors. I will be back !

Overlook grill is the poolside restaurant in the boulevard tower at the Cosmo. We arrived early and chilled here for breakfast while waiting for our room to be ready. The staff was so helpful by letting my charge my phone! The food here was ok - not worth the $100 price tag for breakfast, but it's Vegas pricing; the pinkies up cocktail was delicious! I'd pass this up for room service or another place in the Cosmo due to prices, but I will say that the people watching here was priceless.

On each of my three days having breakfast at the Overlook Grill I had their delicious Overlook Omelet, OJ and coffee. This is one of the 3

I was staying at the Cosmopolitan for several days back in October. I mentioned to the concierge that I was looking for a place that served a good, hearty "American" breakfast, someplace relatively quiet - but I didn't want to travel too far. She recommended the in-house Overlook Grill restaurant located on the fourth floor of the hotel, overlooking the pool area (hence the name). She said the restaurant tended to be less crowded and much quieter than the restaurants inside and closer to the casino - exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived, I asked for an outside table, as far away as possible from others, and the hostess obliged. Server Mikayla greeted me with a big smile and was super pleasant, friendly and attentive - the sort of server you hope for anywhere you might eat out. The food was so good and Mikayla's service so excellent, I wound up eating breakfast at the Overlook Grill each of the three days of my stay. On all three of the mornings I ate there, I ordered the Overlook Omelet ($20), coffee ($6), and orange juice ($6). The Overlook Omelet is described on the menu as "honey cured bacon, tomato, avocado, jack cheese, served with breakfast potatoes and country toast." Total bill with tax and tip: $40.68. The portion was large, the breakfast was delicious and - again - the service was excellent. I was able to linger at my small table as long as I liked without being rushed. It was the perfect place to start each day of my Las Vegas stay. If you find yourself at or near the Cosmopolitan and you are looking for a good, hearty "American" breakfast, I highly recommend the Overlook Grill. My own photos of the menu and photos of two of my breakfast omelets prior to being devoured are attached.

Great brunch spot, came with my husband on a Sunday around 12:45pm, seated right away. Clean and bright environment with chill vibes ordered the Eggs your way and I must say the eggs was delicious to the max.. it's hard to get perfect scrambled eggs. I also had the mimosas 37$ option for 75 minutes which was perfect and I had enough to take to go.. our server Donald was awesome on all levels, great experience will definitely come back on my next visit

    Omelette, eggs Benedict

We booked this restaurant for breakfast since it had good reviews. We had reservations and were seated right away. We ordered vanilla lattes, which were not good at all. We got an eggs Benedict and an omelet to share with fruit instead of breakfast potatoes. The omelet had parts that were very salty. They should have just not added salt on top. The fruit cup was great! The bacon we asked on the side instead of in the omelet. That was perfectly cooked. The eggs Benedict were okay. Overall not the greatest of foods, which I would have expected at Cosmo.

Was craving bloody Mary's and this was the place! They have unlimited mimosas too, but didn't want to kill myself for the day. I wanted something refreshing so opted for the açaí bowl, which was delicious! My friend ordered the French toast, which was super heavy and sweet. It can get packed, but there's seating outside also. I would come back if I'm staying at the Cosmo again.

Enormous disappointment…read more We were so looking forward to our meal here. I'm in my "seafood period" right now and I was excited at the potential I saw in the menu here. It's beautiful. But you no doubt know that from all of the Insta pics. Plan on some extra time to allow all of the wannabe influencers that are staging photo shoots at the entrance, which is famously decked out in fake flowers and pretty vignettes. It's all downhill from there. We were about 10 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation and the hostess told us she would seat us "closer to our reservation time". OK. That is sort of unusual since the restaurant seemed empty but sure. 5:30 came and went. We went back up to the hostess stand... apparently there was some shift change that was holding things up. Again, that's OK. But there was an attitude about it all that wasn't very friendly. We were shown to our table soon and it was a nice curvy booth. We both noticed pretty quickly that the music is too loud. That makes everyone have to talk loudly so you will be surrounded by tables of people yelling at each other. Our server seemed distinctly unimpressed that we didn't order any alcohol. You could see the moment he lost interest in us. When my partner asked about the chicken he sort of menu shamed us. We ordered expensive food so his attitude was unnecessary and he did warm up a bit after that. I had the seafood tower for one. This is $68 a person. When they put it in front of me, I was honestly confused. I couldn't hear a thing our server was saying over the loud music so I missed his descriptions of the items. There was something so bizarre on this seafood tower - something that looked like an oyster shell full of whipped cream. What in the world? Oh it's so much worse than that. To my horror, I tried it and found this is some sort of absolutely foul lemongrass cream or some nonsense like that. It was an enormous amount of it - a full mouthful and at the bottom of the shell was supposedly an oyster. I didn't find it and I wouldn't want to eat an oyster that had been sitting in that offensive pool. Wow. That is so amazingly bad. Nowhere on the menu do they warn you what they are going to do to your oysters. It's truly appalling - so bad in fact that I just had to say something to the waiter. He seemed surprised but I don't buy it. This cannot be popular. Anyway, rant over. The rest of the seafood tower was just OK. The lobster was tiny and not super fresh. The shrimp were sort of "meh" but the hit surprisingly was the scallop ceviche... very nice and bright. Note there is no bread either offered or on the menu. Felt weird. It's needed. For our main course, my partner got the filet mignon and a side lobster tail. His lobster was also of the "wee" variety and a bit tough. Steak was nice though and cooked as requested. I had the Truffle Mushroom with Spaghetti and added the jumbo shrimp. This was also terrible. I thought I liked truffles - but I bit into something in this dish that again I can only describe as foul. And the sauce was just too much and overwhelming. I ate about three bites and just gave up. We spent about $260 before tip. With no drinks. This was a pretty stunningly bad meal.

We had reservations, noted that we were celebrating the kids last day of school, no comments made by the staff to them. No big deal. Sat for 10 minutes before anyone came over to offer water. When we ordered I repeated 3 times, clearly and simple how my daughters meal should be "no cheese, no toppings, no bun, just meat" It came out wrong. I let the guy know who brought it, he took it back to correct it, when it came back out Pedro said "I didn't know you didn't want it on buns". No apology or accountability, ok. It was busy but not packed, other tables seemed to be getting the normal service I'm used to here. Service to our table was slow, my mom was never offered another drink. After our meal I asked Pedro to pack the two slices of pie to go. 15 minutes later he comes back and says "here's your desserts". I asked where the kids sundaes were and he said in the bag, I told him we wanted to eat those there, he said sorry and left. Instead of offering to make the sundaes for us to enjoy we pulled them out of the bag to eat at the table and realized they don't give you ice cream to go.. so we had to ask for that and Pedro still didn't think it would've made sense to have them made properly. He had multiple opportunities to turn our frowns upside down but instead looked irritated to serve us. I'm a local that dines out often and this server really makes me feel it's better to take my money and recommendations elsewhere. Joe would be ashamed.

We waited outside the restaurant and after the 15 minutes had elapsed, we noticed the same tables were still unoccupied. From the moment we were seated our server, Silva, seemed intent on turning the table as quickly as possible. This was truly strange as there were four open tables during the hour we spent there. She came to the table THREE TIMES to ask us to order; when we did order, the entrees came out within 10 minutes and the appetizer was served after the mains. The food was absolutely terrible. The Beef Pho was flavorless, there were 4 pieces of overcooked beef (literally like leather) and not a hint of spices, no ginger, onion, nothing that gives pho its depth of flavor. For $26.88 it was a watered down bowl of noodles. The Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice ($24.88) was just as disappointing. It was so dry that we asked for spicy mayo after the soy sauce on the table failed to revive it. (The teeny tiny condiment cup came half-filled with the spicy mayo, which didn't improve the taste of the rice anyway.) The Crab Rangoon appetizer (served 10 minutes after our mains) tasted like every Crab Rangoon you'd get in any Chinese restaurant but at $14.88 this was considerably more expensive. Hot tea and a diet soda were $6 each and yes, we realize this is Vegas and everything is obscenely expensive, but this place was very overpriced for the quality of the food we received. As someone who has worked as a server I can state that there was no excuse, nor any reason, for our server to rush us through our meal. As I said, there were empty tables when we were seated that remained empty during the hour we were there. Our server came to our table SIX TIMES after we were served our food to ask us if everything was ok. Her behavior was unprofessional, rude and contributed to the miserable experience we had at this restaurant.
