Looked up this place while trying to find a spot to get a quick brunch in before a pool party at Marquee. This place was perfect! It also happened to not be completely full during Sunday brunch hours. Our server greeted us promptly and informed us of the bottomless mimosas ($30). How can we say no to that? For our entrees we had blueberry pancakes and a chorizo burger. Both were huge portions! But they are perfect if you are preparing for a whole day of drinking like we were. Bottomless mimosa prices seemed higher than other brunch places but they had unique and delicious cocktail options as well. We got the loco moco and it was DELISH. My umami bowl was just 'okay'. From the hostesses to the management and everyone in between I love this place. I stay at the Cosmopolitian a lot but I oddly had never been to the Overlook Grill. I would encourage making a reservation, being connected to the pool keeps it busy. When I checked in for my reservation my table was ready. The menu isn't extensive but has breakfast, brunch options. The hostesses were lovely both days I went and the waiter Conrad literally makes the BEST lattes. Chefs kiss! Also Natalie who had waited on be on my last trip, remembered me, came over to say hello and chatted for a few minutes. And the manager Michael stayed on the floor, assisting the wait staff, talking to tables, and if you've read my reviews you know seeing management on the floor and not hiding in an office is an expectation that Michael met. Food was great and the Nutella toast is rich, more of a dessert, treat yourself! Overall this is a great place, nice workers, attentive management and awesome food. Though I've only been here twice over the years, this is easily my favorite brunch spot in town. The food is amazing, the views of both the Strip and the sunbathers are a treat, and the overall vibe and professionalism of the staff are impeccable. At $27 the unlimited mimosas may be a little pricier than other brunch spots around town but only by a $1 or 2. Our waitress saw that our first glass was going quickly and quickly brought us two premixed carafes which was very thoughtful of her. All of our food (Brazilian Acai Bowl, Chicken Banh Mi and Fries, and Avocado Toast Benedict) were all amazing, with a special props from me going to the fries. Great food, check. Great drinks, check. Access afterwards to the Cosmo pool, check, check, check. Instead of having to pay for pool entry and then additional for food and drinks at other hotel pools, just come here and combine it all! I love this place but for me personally, it is a bit too expensive. That being said, this is definitely a "hidden" gem that not a lot of people know about and I will surely be back. read more

I made reservations at the Overlook Grill for a large party about a week in advance. They sent me a confirmation text message the morning of to confirm we were still coming and reminded me that they hold the table for a maximum of 15 minutes. My group of 9 arrived, checked in, and were guided to our table. The table was clearly too small, only had table settings for a maximum of 7 guests, and it was odd that we had to point this out to our host. We stood there awkwardly until we were about to get the host's attention and she brought over another table and a couple extra chairs. Our waitress was really nice, made sure our waters were always full (Vegas is hot...make sure you hydrate)! Our food came out really quickly and considering this is on the strip, everything was reasonably priced. The only thing I would probably forego next time is the mimosa flight. It was $28 for like 6 small shot glasses worth of different flavors of mimosas. I think for the same price, I could have done the bottomless mimosas. The juices in the mimosas tasted like mixers (not fresh juice) and were overly sweet. My friend ordered the ube latte and raved about it and it seemed like it was a popular drink. Overall, the Overlook Grill was convenient for us as it is located inside the Cosmo (Level 4 of the Blvd Tower next to the pool) and the food was decent, service was quick. read more

I got brunch at Overlook Grill specifically wanting to get the Veuve mimosas which were an amazing deal for $40 (1.5 hour limit). My waiter, Alec, was amazing. He was completely fine with me ordering a mimosa to start (juice on the side) and viewing the menu leisurely. I ended up settling on the Avocado Eggs Benedict with a side of bacon. It was all amazing. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the side of potatoes were really good. At the end of my meal, I knew my husband was going to be hungry soon (if he wasnt already). So, I had to guess at my meal option for him. I got the 3 eggs with bacon, toast and potatoes to go. Alec timed everything perfectly so I was able to pay my bill and immediately leave with the to go order. Husband loved everything (enjoying on our Cosmo terrace) and said how good it was. One week later, my husband woke up and said can we have that for breakfast this morning? (We're back in Texas). A quick staycation at the Cosmopolitan started at the Overlook Grill and it was a great start.. Ambiance & Service: BFF and I walked in with no reservations and our friendly hostess got us seated immediately. Alec was our server and he was friendly and most importantly kept our bottomless mimosas, bottomless. He kept the carafe full throughout our brunch. Staff was wearing masks and the cafe grill was spotless. Glass windows give you a good view of the happenings in the boulevard pool. You scan a QR code to download the menu to your smartphone. Fantastic. Overlook Brunch eats: The BFF and I shared their fresh guacamole and chips and I was very impressed. The guac was extremely fresh, tasty and exceeded my expectations for a pool cafe grill. I went with the Cuban sandwich to give me that vacation vibe and it worked. Fresh ingredients and perfectly toasted bread made for a great sandwich to pair up with bottomless mimosas and great conversation. The BFF enjoyed her pork bowl as well. I ordered the egg white omelette which was packed with spinach and feta. SO darn good! It was served with turkey chorizo and a heaping pile of fresh fruit. Located right next to the boulevard pool, this place is sunny with indoor and outdoor seating options. The vibe was really fun as you can hear the music from the pool. I wish Vegas resorts had more restaurants like Overlook Grill. Casual vibe right by the pool area. This is a full restaurant...this isn't your pool side stand with only finger foods/apps. Reservations aren't recommended but it's always nice to secure. It's not right by the pools so no worries about getting randomly splashed. There's indoor and outdoor seating so it will be pretty hot during the summer months. Restaurant is open air so I doubt the AC system would be cold. It's pretty hidden since it's located at the Boulevard Pool level, don't even bother roaming around the hotel/casino level....just follow the signs and take the elevator to the Boulevard Pool. We ordered the shrimp tacos and breakfast plate. Eggs your way, choice of sausage or bacon and breakfast potatoes. Comes with a side of toast/jelly. The winner of the meal were the shrimp tacos!!!!!! There's two tacos and they're a pretty good size too for us females. Much bigger than your normal street tacos. But these aren't your normal shrimp tacos....what made these tacos stand out were how they combined the hard taco shell wrapped in soft tortillas. The sauce between the hard shell & tortilla was delicious...it was like an aioli sauce. We also ordered a side of fries...good portion for two people to share. Service was attentive on a Saturday peak lunch hour. Our waters were kept full and we were checked on multiple times. Items we requested like paper napkins and ranch were brought to us quickly. Our waiter didn't hesitate when we asked for ice waters to-go. It was a scorching hot weekend....we need to stay hydrated here. Def a repeat spot. read more

When we saw the line at Eggslut we decided to look for another option and a hotel concierge recommended Overlook Grill. This location is open and airy and reminded me of Saved by the Bell when the cast worked at the beach. Hahaha All selected items were fresh and prepared well. The green juice had a little earthy flavor but it was good. My omelet was beautiful. The eggs were fluffy, and the jack cheese and bacon made each bite wonderful. The concierge recommend the chorizo burrito, which my friend had and loved. While I am unsure if I would ever find myself here again. If I ended up here I definitely wouldn't be upset by it. read more

My absolute favorite casual brunch spot in Vegas! I always try to get my friends to eat here on our trips. Their portions are big and they have great cocktail pitcher options including bottomless mimosas/prosecco. The restaurant is bright and airy and looks out right over the Cosmopolitan hotel pool, although you can't go into the pool unless you are a hotel guest. Getting past the fact that we came on a windy day, the grill actually overlooks the pools and cabanas at the Cosmopolitan. It has a really nice summer vibe that one can appreciate and the staff is appropriately dressed as well. I had their traditional eggs Benedict and my party shared the bass ceviche, pictured here. Their eggs Benedict was nothing spectacular - I'm 100% sure I can find better tasting eggs Benedict somewhere else. It needed more Hollandaise sauce and the eggs weren't poached enough; they were overmedium if anything. The bass ceviche was really delicious and I think it's something that anyone should try if they were to come dine at the Overlook Grill. However, I think this dish can be improved, if they were to add more fish and some shrimp, since most of the ceviche consisted of mango, onion, and avocado. My party also got bottomless mimosas at $25 each person. Two options of juice to choose from were orange and pineapple. The orange juice is freshly squeezed (I'm assuming because of the pulp, but it could just be store-bought juice for all I know), but the pineapple juice isn't. The mimosas were actually stronger than I originally thought, but they were really good. To get my money's worth, I drank three mimosas, and I was definitely satisfied afterwards. Overall, the grill has a great view and vibe and you definitely pay for the ambiance and not necessarily the food. The only foods I would recommend are the ceviche and the pork dishes. read more

Love this place! It's located right next to the cosmopolitan pool and the weather outside is always amazing. It's a bit tricky to find, the fourth floor of the boulevard tower. I came for brunch with three other friends for brunch. The wait was less than 20 mins. Heather and Wesley helped us and they were both amazing. The food was very good & reasonably priced. I had the avocado toast Benedict, but opted for sour dough instead of the pecan bread. Very good! The portion size was also very generous. I'm so glad we found this spot! A quiet night light bite cozy choice. Located next to the ice rink and has that season winter theme that is carried throughout the whole floor. Menu is a little more limited but great for comfort food kind of bites during my evening experience. My Table was greeted by our friendly and smiley server Conrad. Super attentive and caught on to my tables weird personalities so he went along with us. Some must haves are the cheese fondue. It's more rich cheese. Hard to explain it not like nacho cheese saucy. The dipping sides was a great selection of veggies, apple and pretzel bread. All my favs. I actually had a Brussels sprout Caesar salads. Comes with lemon. Pace yourself with that lemon cause one small squeeze was good for me. I liked the cranberries in it. Chicken tenders were classic. Not too Bready. Mac and cheese bites were great but I'm not a huge fan of bbq as a side sauce. My colleagues liked the sauce though. S'mores table side is offered in a cute basin looking fire pit for the table. Liked that presentation. Churros stole the show for dessert. That apple cranberry sauce was so good. I don't know the other fruit for sure. We had a great time. The overlook grill is conveniently located on the roof of the cosmopolitan hotel. It is a great spot to grab a drink, or a snack especially during the winter time when the ice-skating rink is open. I took my daughter the other day and we arrived here before our appointment time to go to the Chalet in order to make s'more's at the fire pit. The area is very cute. It is not extremely festive in decoration or anything but it goes along with that same wintry vibe on the rooftop. We ordered the chicken strips and they were just OK. They were pretty tiny, but I have to admit, considering my daughter often has a difficult time eating foods that are extremely heavily battered, these were not bad. There is a batter on 'em, but it is not too heavy. I have a feeling these were just kinda pulled out of the freezer and thrown into the fryer. They didn't seem in-house made or any of that. They also weren't real fresh when they arrived at our table. My lil munchkin really enjoyed the ranch dressing. There really wasn't much to say about their menu. Everything seem pretty basic and boring. I mean I guess what you can say really is that it is just mediocre bar food, although I believe in their description it listed the food as being the comfort food type. And again, like I said, the waiter/waitress did not acknowledge us as we were seated on the patio area. I feel it was also the failure of the hostess to let the wait staff know that we'd been seated there. Either way, we were not acknowledged for quite some time.
