The best service I've ever had at any clothing stores they treat you like family customer service is over the top they should be rating the customer on there performance I've been a loyal customer for over 30 plus years never been disappointed not 1 time I recommend them to everyone that would like upgrade there wardrobe I've gone to them a day before very important meeting as well as performances and they put in right attire every time I even put my son on and shine's even harder than me ********** and up. This place has awesome merchandise. Every time I've been here my experience has been good, I don't know what everyone else is talking about. This is a niche boutique store, it merchandise appeals to a select few, not the general public, so you gotta know what to expect, if you are looking for mainstream clothing, you will find little of that here. I think people don't like this store because of while the clothing apeals to black people the owner and employees are not. People are hating on them because they are foreigners,, not because the service is bad. The service s bout what you'd expect at this type of place, the salesman, based on what you are buying, will recommend other cloths, and try to up sell you. That's normally what salesmen do, it's not aggressive, they are just tring to make money. The stuff here, a lot of it you won't find at many other places. Zero stars If I had to choose. Worst Customer Service ever. They didn't have my size for the shoes I wanted to buy (quite expensive but I need them for my company Christmas party), and I was been pressured by this woman that works at the counter, to buy something that wasn't on my size because as she told me "you want it or not because are wasting my time". She wasn't even helping me, she came at the end after been on the phone the entire time I was been assisted by another guy. Huge store with lots of options and employees that will go an extra mile for a customer. I was away for years and just got back to the city and this guys treat me like I never left. Like I can't even believe these guys and that I'm leaving them a bad review but the salesman purposely sold me the wrong size shirt. An expensive to me $55 shirt that was The wrong size by a lot not just a little bit.. I shopped here for years and spent a lot of money with them as well as my friends do to.They were always nice to me and my service animal until last week. You can count on and trust their products are real but they are not. The older sales man the gentleman that's tall and slender (like a snake) he's always been the guy that sells me shoes, shirts, hats, authentic sports team jackets and fits over the years and never had a problem. I was so surprised when he purposely sold me a XxXL Runtz Wordwide shirt when he knows for a fact that we're an XL at best and buy a lot of larges. He's always shows me my jackets and shirts in extra large, I never even to ask so im shopping and I'm looking at nice tshirts and he pulls out 2X in some brand I can't recall so I remind him I'm an XL just like The jeans jacket he told me and the Warriors jacket he sold me and all the other sweatshirts and extra large that he sold me in the recent and distant past. I had just been shopping and bough something From him in an extra large last month so it's not like his memory had faded. I told him NO on the 2XL and reminded him I wear an XL need an XL they didn't have that shirt in an XL in that style we were looking at some others. I moved on to another style shirt that I like so I say grab me an "extra large" he put a 3X in a bag and charged me Full well knowing that the shirt was way too big for me. I go outside the store like I usually do and put it on cause I'm excited about my purchase Well it's a 3X that runs big on sizing so an XL is a XXL so it looks like a dress. i call them tell them and go immediately back to the store to exchange it and they tell me HELL NO because I tried it on (they have NEVER offered me a changing room to try things on ever so they don't have one as far as I know. I paid cash like I always pay cash and I cannot return it!?!? that's some shit, can you believe that guy set me up to move his stock on sizes and don't really move and sold me 185 pound 6 foot 3 slender man a big asan triple extra large shirt made foe someone that is 400 pounds? Then they all screamed at me about it when I tried to exchange it and was rightfully upset about them telling me no and it was his mistake not my mistake. I am a clown. Professional paid children's entertainer, circus student, cabaret performer, the whole kit and kaboodle. I don't have a crazy buttload of money to spend on costumes and shoes, but through some utterly bizzare twist of fate, the Pimp aesthetic and my performance aesthetic are remarkably similar. This is a pimp store. And it rocks to high heaven. The clothes are large and brilliantly hued in a broad spectrum of pastels. Faux satin shirts, and shoes made out of purple alligators and it is by far my favorite clothing store in San Francisco, for performance gear and club wear both. They do the haggling for you, cutting the prices down, adding more stuff to your load, and while the material and construction quality of a falcone suit might not be what you'd find at a Barney's or even Nordstroms, neither arethe prices and you can walk out of oxford street with a threee piece suit, matching shoes belt and shirt for under 2 bills. And that is not easily beat. The best store in town for the Pimp, the Clown, or general club wear or anyoen in need of a lime green pinstripe size 50 suit and matchign shoes! read more

You will find Ecko, Sean Jean, Roc-a-Wear, and other similar type clothing. Secondly, if you wear clothing anything smaller than L shirts and 36 jeans, you will not find any clothing here. This is the place to go if you wear XXXL shirts and 44 pants. Shoes? Sure, Maddens, Ecko, Timberlands, and other URBAN shoes. What's the hook? Prices are usually negotiable and the more you buy, the more they'll negotiate. Just remember, never settle for their first offer, you can always do better. At first I thought this was going to be a good store filled with all the new fashion brands in the hip hop culture but then walking in I was followed and watch by 4 employees like i was going to steal something. So I was like ok....if they only knew how much money I have they wouldn't be treating me like this. I couldn't even browse around in peace. THEN, after talking with a coworker who tried to play it up like he was the one in charge gave me a low price on a jacket only to be told the jacket was at a higher price then what we initially agreed to by the real boss behind the counter. They made slick comments aka sneak diss comments in order to try to raise the price and make me pay the high price like "oh you can't afford it" "this might be out of your range" not knowing I have enough money to buy anything I wanted in this store. I ended up buying the jacket because it was something I actually wanted but the customer service and way you guys treat customers suck AND FOR THAT REASON... I WILL NOT BE BACK TO GIVE YOU ANYMORE BUSINESS!!!. NEVER.. That will be the last time u get a sale from me with your rudeness and sucky attitude.. Also after buying the jacket and putting it on at home it ripped. The material wasn't that good and they get all of their stuff from china!!! Very, very rude salesman - I tried to return an umbrella because I only later realized that my hotel provided one. I had the umbrella and the cover and the return receipt - I went back just one day after purchasing. And i was willing to return and buy something else since the receipt clearly said, NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY. But the salesman callously started talking on the phone without even finishing the conversation. Very, very disappointed. And the worst part was that he said that since i didn't have the nylon bag that he wouldn't take it. :( read more

The place has variety of suits, fine casual dressing and jeans/fleece items. I also found Renegade Sports fleece hoodies I was looking for. They have so many items, is multiple colors, prints and designs that is is hard not to find anything. People were very friendly. Onyou go there you don't need to go anywhere else. read more
