I came here sometime over the summer and had visited previous times but they didn't have what I wanted at the time I wanted it. This time, I was just looking with intention to buy. For a store like this in a city like this I can see why they'd be cautious or would fully neglect to answer questions on the items they have in stock. It's better to go in. Customer service was cool. It wasn't a busy day and I got to try on some shoes I was interested in. There was one pair though that wasn't on the shelf and I didn't know it was some popular release. Apparently they were the Dime x Asics and the person who won never came to pick them up. They're a nice basic shoe. I'd say if you pay attention to subtle details you'd like the slight brown ombre on the shoe. Anyway, after trying on AJ1 lows that were comfy, and another pair of AJ1Mids in women's that I would have bought had they been available in my actual size and not a half size down, I walked out with the Asics. Customer service was great because the associate helping me was actually helpful. They brought me the shoes I wanted and after small talk it seemed like they picked up on the fact that I'm a bit of a sneaker lover, hence the recommendation for the shoes that were a collab and sold out everywhere release. I'm glad they were in my size. Also, they gave me the info to find the shoes that I wanted in my size on their website. Anyway, cool store and cool location. read more

Two weeks ago, my gf won 2 shoes from a raffle and she surprised me. She didn't tell me what it was, or where would it be. But when she drove me to the store, it was UNDEFEATED SF. The people in there were nice and attentive. Service was great! SHE WON 2 PAIRS OF KOBE's! They were very nice to my gf while I waited outside. She paid retail price for winning the raffles. I went in there on a Saturday afternoon and there was a group of customers. We all sort of laughed at how bad the customer service was there and that if it were our business we'd want to know. The employees here do not want to help you. So just stay away. They are rude, surly, and really should find different jobs if they hate working retail and helping customers. read more

The employees at this store are the absolute worst. Do not do business here. They don't need to be overly friendly but to treat customers like they are a hassle -- get a new job. We went in there to purchase a pair a shoes, first when you ask them anything they look at you with disdain and act like you're hassling them (I mean you are interrupting three employees just standing around talking to each other and not helping anyone in the store). Then they lie to you about having stock and don't move from their positions to even check. When you purchase the shoes they give you the wrong size, but it's YOUR fault not theirs of course (funny thing is it's the size they lied to you about not having). And they tell you you're inconveniencing them when you call to ask about holding another pair and if you can drive all the way back to exchange them. Give me a break. There are better places to shop. It's sad that common courtesy is too much to ask for employees that are getting PAID to provide customer service to patrons. read more

Bought a pair of sneakers here. The rather lazy and not too bright staff member that charged my card twice as he had trouble processing my purchase for some reason. I could see it went through twice on my app but they said that I would have to wait to see if it showed up on my statement. Needless to say it did and they still won't remove it! They're too busy getting high to bother checking the box. They also didn't tell me they were selling a display pair. Didn't realize the missing shoe until I got home. So my son was about to open up his christmas gift w/ a missing shoe. I emailed and DM'd them but no response. Had to call twice to try to save my son's Christmas present and get a resolution. I drove an hour back to retrieve the missing shoe and when I showed up, the store was closed (even though they said they would be open). they were busy taking their many "cleaning and maintenance" breaks aka passing the blunt around the cypher in front of the store. Aint no maintenance or cleaning happening except cleaning out some stress and dutch wrappers. So here I am standing in front of the store after I drove back an hour due to their mistake while their crew gets high. Save that baby shit for the crib and treat this like a business. They are fucking up the Undefeated legacy. If Eddie or Bond care about it, get some adult supervision and get people who wanna work. Shopped here multiple times and have had a decent experience. So as of 12/03/2022 a new colorway of the Undefeated Air Force 1's just dropped. I made sure to give the store a call to confirm that my size was in stock, and so it was. I made my way over to the SF location and was greeted by the 2 regular employees who have helped me in the past. I'd like to label myself as an efficient shopper, and an easy going customer. I know what I want before I even get into a store and would like for the process to be as quick and seamless as possible. This instance and experience was not quick nor was it seamless. With an intent to buy the newly dropped sneaker which I confirmed that my size was in stock, I thought this would be a breeze. I approach the cash register and was monotonously greeted by a female employee who may have been having the absolute worst day. I then proceed to ask about the sneaker in question, she follows up by flexing her own personal pair that she has on foot with, "oH yUh mEaN tHEsE?". I confirm and request for my size. This is where shit got annoying. The employee says, "We have them in stock but they're not out of the shipping box yet. They're right here."(as she points to a corner of the store where a large quantity of unopened boxes are sitting). Me: "I see. Would I be able to purchase a pair?" Her: "They're not out of the box yet, idk if I can sell you a pair." Me: "Would you be able to open the box and then ring me up?" Her: ""^ *Manager guy/senior employee steps in. Asks me how he could help me, I then make the request for the sneakers again and BAM. Man's pulls out my size and rings me up in less than 1 minute. So they have a great selection of good looking shoes. BUT they don't stand behind the quality of their shoes. I bought a pair of vans that started falling apart in the first 2 days. I was very careful, I didn't do anything but walk in them. There's not a scratch on the shoes, only a tiny bit of dirt from the dirty sidewalks of San Francisco. But they won't take the shoes back if they are defective. I came back 2 days after I purchased them and they refused to take them back. I only wanted store credit to buy a better, more expensive pair of shoes. But I was turned away and told it is my problem. Any mainstream store would have taken them back no questions asked. But it seems that they dump product that's defective on to suckers willing to buy it. If you don't want to throw away your money a) don't buy vans, even their "premium" line which this was. I got out of one of my finals for school and wanted to go here so I bothered my boyfriend and glad he drove to downtown to pick me up from school and go here! 2 hours of waiting in such a horrendous line. If you don't plan on buying anything, the wait is really pointless because you can just walk by just to see the inside of the store instead of waiting. The store pretty much carries what they have on the online shop so I suggest you look at the site first so your shopping will be easier and faster for you if you know what you're looking for. The dude clicking the counter was funny. A lot of passerbys were wondering what was happening so his response? "Ice cream." Haha. A couple of other people walked by and asked too and another response he gave was "I have no idea!" with a sarcastic voice. He was funny though. The girl working the floor was super nice to my boyfriend and I and she was definitely running around everywhere helping everyone else too. Definitely helpful! My boyfriend and I left with our own bags of goodies. 2 Converse Poorman's Weapons, 3 of the SF exclusive shirts (they only had small left in white so I didn't bother getting the black one), snap back (boyfriend is still debating to keep it or not) and I bought 3 stickers but the guy ringing me up threw in another one but orange 5 strikes sticker. I don't know if they were giving the orange ones for free but my bf didn't get any stickers. Sad that I didn't get to see Eddie Cruz 'cause he disappeared for awhile! I'm so glad we stumbled across this store on our way to San tungs ! I love their sneaker selection . Air maxs! I lovee air maxs! Especially air max 1 and 90s. They have a nice selection of Nikes, Asics, Adidas, Lebrons, Vans, and a few j's ( 1,2,4 &14s) undftd hoodies, hats, beanies, and shirts too. What I love most about this store? Their prices. I think it's funny that people in the Bay Area hate on Socal so much, but when the venerable LA kicks merchant Undefeated opened up in HUF's old spot Norcal'ers lined up for hours to cop a pair of exclusive kicks or a snap back hat. I guess that just goes to show, sneakerheads have got that "one love, one heart" thing going on. I won't lie, after standing in line for two hours for the grand opening, not everyone sounded like they had that "one love" vibe. Once we got inside, it was all gravy though. The employees here were all smiles and very attentive. Hopefully it stays that way, because there's nothing I hate more than trying to spend hundreds of bucks with employees too cool to help me out. I copped two pair of Poorman's Weapons. One to wear now, and a backup pair for whenever the other gets wrecked. I wasn't feeling the snap back hats, but felt the logos were designed pretty well. As an Angeleno, I could not bring myself to pick up any of the other exclusive gear as it represented the Gigantes too closely for my tastes. Also amusing was the UNDFTD shirt in orange and black, but with "Los Angeles, CA" as part of the design. I want to say straight up, they have great product. However... We went in on a Sunday. Lots of folks in the place. The customer service form the nice gentlemen was fine. But here's the deal: The music they were playing...good gawd..this is a direct quote from one of the songs "B*tch was sucking my d*ck", and 'I like them ho's" So, we went over to the woman and said 'Look, we want to support this store, but good gawd, this music is so patently offensive to women, and I see there are about 7 women in here, so can you change that." She gave us THE WORST stink eye ever, and from then on out, the customer service was horrible. She didn't talk to us, we were nothing after that. The worst customer service ever! A group of the sneaker community lined up for a pair of shoes (origin 1s) that the store was dropping, however last minute we get informed of a "delayed shipment". This tactic has been used before by the stores team, which makes me ask my self what are their intentions behind this? Are they telling consumers that they do not have a product in order to save them selves pairs and sell behind door to score some extra cash? Are they being biased towards their customer base to who gets to buy something from their store? The gf helped me pick out a few pairs to try on and went over to the register to request some help - to that moment we hadn't been acknowledged since the clerk was so busy conversing with a friend. After a while he finally turned to her, acting bothered. He then belittled her for asking if one pair came in a different color (apparently it was on the wall and she should have noticed) and then said that they had NONE of the shoes she had selected in size 11. She then requests that he get 10.5s, since sometimes those fit. Well that pissed him off even more since now he had to actually do something, like move. He comes out of the back with two boxes and says something like (abrasive tone, looking at me): "I have 10.5s. Do you NEED to try the 10.5s." First of all i love this brand, and respect it. Its my First time shopping here, customer service is awful & Rude. Not what i expected. I was looking @ the T-shirts.. some guy keep saying Display only.(which means don't touch the freaking items because i don't want to fix it after you.) Wake the f^ck up SF! This place is what it is, and right now it's a solid addition to the City, not a replacement or substitute of what HUF use to be. I'm so sick of the constant cry babies that rate based on a spot not living up to their expectations instead of being honest to themselves about what it offers. UNDFTD SF has shown great ability to provide customer service the way this kind of shop should. Sure i've been to skateshops and urbanwear stores and been looked down upon bc I'm not wearing what they would wear or don't spend $ right away. That didn't happen here. These folks know what it takes. But they're also a business just like any other place any one else goes to shop. So they have a stricter return policy so what- did any of the whiny bitches that hated on that bother to ask before swiping their precious plastic or look at the receipt where it's clearly stated??? and where besides Nordstrom that I know of will let you return or *exchange* worn shoes? Personally I come to UNDFTD for the same reason I shopped at HUF: for the kicks, not the threads. I do like some of the clothing selection but it's not for everyone. If you plan on going there then you should know the deal and not be pretentious about this or that. In closing more often than not I rate on service and product, not price, location or policies- though I will be true about all of it. Old HUF employees as new UNDFTD employees are a +plus btw bc the ones that have stayed on don't bullshit me...annnnd the new lovely, feminine add on to the staff is just as attentive and friendly as the rest with a great smile to boot. 5 stars for now.
