I did the hanbok only photos for my baby and it was about an hour long session. The photographer and his assistant were wonderful. I thought the assistant was super sweet and good with my son. The photographer was precise and detail oriented which I really appreciated bc, as a parent, I want good photos! lol! They said the turnaround time for photos is normally 3-4 weeks but bc I was pressed for time, they kindly expedited my photos and got them in less than a week right in time for our event. I am grateful!! I think for the price, this place is absolutely worth it for photos. The backdrops are adorable and their clothing selection for babies are great. I'm so excited for our second photo shoot here in a few months, because the photographer and his wife were both phenomenal people. They were so warm and kind and worked their butts off to make my baby smile and laugh. My baby loved them! but had not had his afternoon nap for long enough, so he was very tired and not smiley, so they recommended coming back (complimentary!), for the best pictures ever. I had my baby's 100 day session and he would get tired and cranky during the middle of it. (I mean, even adults would get tired from all the posing/smiling and outfit changes.) But still.. During the COVID, I know it's hard to make the decision of the first birthday photoshoot (Dohl). But I really love my baby and family picture all of them It was so worthy to visit. I book a photo shoot a month before through Instagram direct message, so easy to make a date that I prefer. Like a couple of days before, they messaged me where to park. On D day, it took almost three hrs for three backgrounds and a family picture. Following their recommendation ( like a choosing outfit )was a wise idea, at the end I was so moved because of their professional mind. I really love Eric, the photographer, changed details little things to make a scene perfect. And Erika was the awesome assistant to make my baby smile for the whole 3hrs!!! I couldn't make my baby smile for that long time, wish I could lol Eric showed me the pictures between the different scene, so I know how the picture would be. They are also following the guideline for Covid19, there isn't anything much to worry about. The studio is a pretty cozy studio with little storage on the side. If you are expecting a pretty wide setting, would be better to go out for a photo shoot. Think it takes 2-3wks to get the original photo files. I wanted to have a newborn session for my daughter, and after combing through various photographers' website, I decided to go with Oz, and I am so glad I did! They are a married couple working out of a small studio PACKED with different backgrounds and props. Our girl had to spend the first week of her life in the NICU for jaundice and it threw her sleeping patterns all over the place. They were SO patient and took all the time in the world to work with her - calming her, soothing her, and even allowing us the time to feed and lull her back to sleep multiple times throughout the session. We have now done 2 photoshoots with Oz photography, and we are always very pleased with the results! The photographers (I think they are a couple, man and woman) go above and beyond to get a good shoot. Our daughter is 1yr old, and they were so patient with her, especially the lady. She was very sweet and nurturing to my daughter, and would try to make her smile and would also comfort her when she would get fussy. I was also very impressed with all the props and backdrops they have. They even lend you accessories and outfits. I wish I would've known about them when my daughter was born! I had a hard time deciding between this place and a few other places, but I decided to trust the glowing Yelp reviews and come here -- and I'm so glad I did, because the photos came out absolutely gorgeous! First of all, they spent multiple hours on the 1 year photo shoot with so many different and adorable backgrounds! They even took the time to introduce themselves to the baby so she can get comfortable. They worked incredibly hard to get the baby's attention and even as parents, we got tired and would take a break, but Youngmi and her husband continued to work non-stop and we were amazed at their work ethic. Photography (and baby/family photography especially!) is extremely hard work, and the work didn't just stop there - they worked really quickly to edit and send over photos faster than the agreed timeline, just in time for the baby's 1 year birthday. We even did the dohljabi and it was such a perfect, wholesome moment - something my husband and I will never forget. I also wanted to point out the clothing they provide is from a special store in Korea and very beautiful and detailed. The clothing set was something that you just don't see from the brands here! Most of all, they were extremely nice and friendly, I can't wait to go back again for more photos and also a bit sad that I couldn't take newborn photos due to the lockdown last year. Omg. BEST photos ever!! My husband and I have taken many different professional photos and paid thousands of dollars for wedding and honeymoon photos in Korea and in the states. Also, my husband takes professional photos for his business because he works with hundreds of kids. This family is phenomenal at what they do. Not only that, they are so down to earth and very humble. They truly love what they do. Also, it takes a certain type of personality to deal with my baby. She cried for 30 min straight because I took away something from her and they still patiently waited. On top of that, they did not rush us when my baby was sleepy and tired. They insisted on allowing her to take a nap even with a huge time constraint because they felt it was necessary for the product of a good photo. I loved our photo experience. I could not have asked for better. Also, I love that they respond so timely for every single annoying question I ask. Additionally, the very next day, they sent me a few photos that they retouched the night before from the photo session because they knew I would be curious to see how the photos turned out. They are amazing. They go above and beyond to get a great picture. We did one year baby pictures and it was a great experience. My daughter is the most fussy and crazy child when she is in a new environment and they were so patient. They also give you very clear and specific directions, which I prefer. I hate when photographers don't try to help you know how to stand, pose, etc. and you end up with bad pictures. We already saw some of the raw images and very happy. This is a very cute& unique studio with many different themes of scenes decorated here and there. I had my 2nd son's 3rd year portraits taken here, and I was blown up by their immaculate professionality & service. Eric, the owner photographer, was putting his best effort on each and every shots he was taking, and that lead to the quality of all of the pictures. The sweet lady, Erica,was also very helpful and knew how to make my boy focused and smile while he was taking nearly a thousand of shots. Without her hard work, I don't think it could have finished within a couple of hours.
