Tony was assigned to us and my partner told me this is going to be our guy from now on. There were a couple other people with him as well, but Tony definitely stood out to us. Tony goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. He is very acknowledgeable and we feel that we can trust him and this company. Our fairly big project was done in a few hours, which is awesome considering they had to scope it out, dig up some stuff, and lay down some new pipes. I called Clean Out based on the Yelp reviews. Steven and his partner came out within hours and quickly diagnosed the problem as a main sewer line clog and because we only had 2 inch clean outs there was not way to flush it. Steven recommended installing new 4 inch clean outs in the front yard and said the work was all warrantied. Though it was very expensive, Steven seemed honest and sincere and we were convinced that we needed to bite the bullet and get the work done now to avoid problems in the future.
