I called the company to do maintenance on my furnace last year, the ma people either didn't show up or they called and said that they had other customers who needed their heating system fixed. After postponing , canceling, or not showing up at all, finally they scheduled a maintenance person to come out to do maintenance on the furnace and after the se person left the my furnace was pouring out water at a rate a full five gallon Home Depot bucket of water. They sent a second person out and he said m furnace is not functioning properly then he says " let me figure out how much we're going to invoice you ".
