Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.

Woke up with worsening aches and pains after trying out the mattress (Summer field Ariel) for a 4 month period to REALLY BREAK it in, just didn't work for me. Thank you to Craig regardless because he let me return the mattress past the expiration date and was straight up with me. WOULD reccommend since he helped me out with that and gave me suggestions!!     I recently visited the PC Richard & Son Francis Lewis Blvd branch to purchase a new washer and…read moredryer solution for a very limited space in my home. I was assisted by Mario, who was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and truly exceptional throughout the entire sales process. After explaining my space limitations, Mario recommended PC Richard's $50 in-home assessment service, where a surveyor visits to take measurements before purchase to ensure the appliance will fit. I was interested in the LG WashTower, replacing my previous GE washer/dryer combo. The surveyor completed the measurements and advised that the installation would be tight but feasible. I returned to the store, and Mario expertly guided me through the purchase. He answered every question and concern thoroughly, never rushing the process. His professionalism and genuine connection with customers are exactly what great customer service should look like. We secured the sale and delivery date without issue. Unfortunately, the delivery experience started off terribly. The first installation crew arrived, looked at the space, and immediately said, "Why didn't you buy the same machine? It's not going to fit." I was surprised because I had specifically paid for an assessment from PC Richard's to avoid this exact situation. After bringing the LG WashTower into my home, one crew member began speaking to the others in Spanish, saying that the unit would not fit. He then stated in English, "We can't do this. It won't fit." I explained that a surveyor from their own company had measured the space and approved the installation. I asked whether this was truly an installation issue or simply a service issue. The lead installer paused and attempted to explain that I should never have been told the appliance would fit. While I was discussing the situation with Mario on speakerphone, the crew simply walked away, leaving without completing the installation or haul-away service. To make matters worse, they forged my electronic signature and marked the delivery as completed. Thankfully, Mario immediately stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and urgency. Within an hour, he arranged for a second installation crew to come to my home. This is where the experience completely turned around. Jorge and Joel arrived and were outstanding from the moment they walked in. Jorge calmly assessed the situation, listened to what had happened, and immediately got to work. Watching Jorge and Joel work together was incredible. Their teamwork, professionalism, competence, and positive attitude were the complete opposite of what I had experienced earlier. Despite being a two-person crew instead of three, they successfully installed the LG WashTower and completed the haul-away service in approximately two hours. This review is intentionally long because customer experience doesn't end at the point of sale. A great salesperson can create a wonderful buying experience, but a poor installation can ruin it completely. I want to specifically recognize Mario, Jorge, and Joel for turning what could have been a disastrous experience into a positive one. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction are the reason I will return to this branch for future purchases. As for the first crew, I strongly encourage management to investigate their conduct. Installation jobs vary in difficulty, and there is a significant difference between "can't do it" and "won't do it." Their behavior came across as unwillingness rather than inability, and forging a customer's signature is completely unacceptable. Thank you, Mario, Jorge, and Joel, for restoring my confidence and proving what true customer service looks like.

    Horrendous customer service and a very poor mattress quality. This particular store is horrible;…read morethey delivery me a mattress that was harder than the mattress that was showed to me in the showroom. Plus, the saleswoman made me signed many different digital documents from which she did not want give me a copy of it. When I reported that I was unsatisfied with the hard mattress they informed me that I had to Waite 31 days, before I could get a softer mattress. I treated the manager with a dispute with my Visa card, and finally they replaced with another one that Has a hard quality also, even though it is supposed to be a "Eastern and Foster State Soft mattress". To summarize, this store is not responsible and do not give you a good costumer service when they have already charged your credit card. Be aware that they charge you for a premium protection plan that is simply a cover for the mattress; but they do not want to give you a good quality mattress that I have requested and paid for it. The second mattress is hard as stone and hurt my back bones. I do not recommend this horrendous store to any one, there are other stores around the same mall that you can check before making a purchase With this problematic store.

I was shown the set and explained about the different options for purchase. After explaining some of the new features like a USB hub I was sold on the purchase. The delivery was quick and the guys that handled it were in and out in less than one hour. I had a positive experience and would recommend the Valley Stream location for a visit.

We have bought many items here and always a good experience. This time we needed a new TV ASAP. Upon entering we were looking for the last salesperson we bought our refrigerator from but he was off that day, so Steve helped us. We looked at several TVs and choose a 43" LG Flat Panel. Before we purchased the TV they took one from store room in a box, opened it to test the all was ok and we found the TV did not turn on, only distorted pixels. This is their new procedure because sometimes the items are taken home, damaged, usually by being dropped and then returned and state it came out of the box like that. It's also good because in my case I would had to return it, another trip back to the store and set it up again. So of course they brought another out, tested ok. Then paid for it with my PC Richard Credit Card, no interest for 12-24 months. We also purchased an extended 2 year warranty. For pricing I asked for their best and I know they did because we receive special pricing with my union for PC Richard and called to verify the union pricing and what I paid was less than the union pricing. We also received lower pricing on the last item we purchased. It's been almost 3 weeks and TV is working fine. I would highly recommend this PC Richard, a neighborhood friendly store. Will be back to purchase more merchandise.

A second visit from the same installers to correct 2 major problems with a new dryer and damaged washing machine was useless and a waste if my time . After calling an independent service rep, he was in disbelief re the incompetent installation and fire hazard I was exposed to Silence so far from "corporate"
