    David was an incredible help in our search for a special television. My husband and I purchased a Samsung 77" OLED non-glare television, which is now hanging next to a line of windows. Absolutely no reflection or glare! We couldn't be happier!

    When purchasing at PC Richards have always have a positive experience. The issue comes when something goes wrong. I've been a loyal PC Richards card carrying customer since 2005. My first appliance had fromthem for 16 years. Purchased a Samsung refrigerator in 2021. Have had them out 7-8 times so far for service. From ice maker breaking to damaged door replaced to now going on a week with a broken 62* freezer which is driving temp up in upper fridge. Ive lost HUNDREDS of dollars of groceries which in this economy is especially brutal. PC richards service came out 4 days later and fixed the issue by defrosting the ice maker. Only few hours later temp kept rising. Came back today (2 days later) and basically said has never seen something like this before. Fan is blowing and all is running just not cold enough. Doesnt think its compressor but decided to order one. Advised me to contact store to exchange feidge as too new for this to happen. Also said my be freon leak. Called customer service and spoke to manager ELLEN who told me they could not do exchange as parts were ordered. Suggested I purchase a "small fridge" and put in my DINING ROOM as she has. Advised that tge appliances today are not like when we were "coming up". Also told me I was lucky the appliance had made it successfully through the 1 year manufacturers warranty! (Which it hadnt). I told her I would be more careful in the future about WHERE I spent my money and how much I spent on appliances (this refrigerator was quite pricey). To which Ellen replied she suggested in the future I did my research when purchasing. I advised her that I thought I had. SHAME ON YOU PC RICHARD's. Your tech's are telling customers they have a lemon and to seek an exchange yet your customer service agents are belittling our experiences. Your store salesman was the one who highly recommended this fridge to us 3 years ago. I will never again purchase an appliance from you and will be cancelling my store card asap. I will also be reaching out to Samsung to let them know how your managers feel about their product.

    My wife spent about 5-6 hours with the salesman picking the bed out. Very exciting- first 'big…read moregirl bed' for our daughter. Spent 2 weeks buying Peppa Pig bedding for her, pillows, sheets, etc. The guys deliver the bed this morning, right on time, promptly, do a great job of putting it together. No slats to lay the mattress are available. Turns out the salesman never told my wife that the slats are needed. After feeling disappointed, frustrated and having the delivery gusy wait around for 45 minutes, we were seriously considering refusing the bed. Thanks to great help of Carol Burgos from Customer Service, the issue was resolved, I was able to drive to the warehouse in Edison and pick the slats up. I have been in sales for almost 10 years and this experience left a very sour taste in my mouth. Suggestion for Ledgewood Ashleys: either train your salespeople better or have them be more specific and more knowledgeable. If I wouldn't sell you a car with a missing tire, why did you sell us an unuseable bed with no slats? 3 start at best. Thanks, Carol Burgos for all your help., you deserve 5 stars.

    This is a second review/complaint regarding our purchase at Ashley Furniture at the Ledgewood NJ…read morestore, where we purchased some expensive defective barstools for our kitchen. Now one of the replacement barstool is making a noise when you lean back on the chair!! Upon my inspection and troubleshooting as to why this was happening, I noticed it happened mostly when you leaned back in the chair. I then discovered the annoying noise was coming from the metal frame attached to the backrest and seat of the chair by 5 screws. I proceeded to check the screws on the bottom where the frame of the barstool is attached and a few were loose and not snug. I tightened them up and the cracking noise stopped when I leaned back or swiveled in the barstool but the fix was short lived and the noise would continue again and the same few screws would loosen up even though I really made them tight. It's obvious the problem is in the frame and the way it was forged on that particular barstool. The other barstools that were replaced don't or never did this. I called the company once again , the girl was rude and was no help except to tell me they'd have to schedule a service tech to come out here and inspect the defective lousy but expensive barstool making this annoying noise when swiveling or leaning back. I'm gonna file a major complaint against Ashley furniture for the new problem and ongoing issues I had with these barstools. All I can say is DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY , their products are defective, SUCK, & are not designed or built well. The manager Jerry there also a typical salesman also just wants your money and when we had our first issue he failed to respond to us, himself. We have a NEW problem with one of replacement bar stools they delivered and customers service told us we have to go to a process of having a service tech come out to see why the freakin' lousy barstool is now making a horrible cracking noise when you lean back in the chair. I'm gonna trash this company all over social media and also report them to consumer affairs and other consumer protection agencies. They can't sell garbage nor treat their customers like they do when we have legit issues and problems with their lousy furniture products!
