Wow, what a disappointing experience. The Hostess was very rude and our waitress was not any better. Everyone at the table received their food while I had to wait another 10 min. We ordered takeout, desperate as it was late (10pm) and we knew this was one of the few if not only places that would be open. 1. $73 for 1 entree and 3 appetizers is insane. 2. I am not sure if what I experienced here is limited to this location. I have always had great food at the Grapevine location. Nothing tasted nearly as good as the other PF Chang restaurants I have been to. The crab Rangoon's tasted like they were made of ricotta cheese. The texture of the pork filing in the ravioli was chunky. Most of the dishes were bland, the meat in the entrees was over cooked. I am very concerned that my favorite recipes have been "updated" and that my old standby is no longer. Service, atmosphere etc. was good, just the food was not so good. read more

Was super disappointed. Brought my mom here for Mother's Day on Saturday and sat undetected for over ten minutes. We ordered a sangria and a Mai tai; they got it confused and brought a Rum Punch. Whatever. We ordered appetizers of tempura green beans, edamame and hot and sour soup. I had to send the soup back as it was served barely lukewarm. The other stuff was good. We got the tofu dish and fried rice and it was fine. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps to go. Was sad to get home to find the most disgusting lettuce ever. Called back and was told the manager would call me, but never happened. Won't return. My kids love this place so I indulged them against my better judgement about their choice in restaurants. This review is from 4 separate visits to this location. It seems to be getting worse related to their service. They are S L O W. Really slow. Like geological time slow. It took a solid 10 minutes just to have the waiter stop by, introduce herself and take a drink order. We wanted the lettuce wrap appetizer and that too took an absurdly long time. "Your appetizer should have been here already. Let me see what's going on back there." Another 10 minutes and she appears with the order. This is a sad apology for a PF Chang! The place looks quite rundown considering my experience with PF Chang elsewhere in the country. Now for the experience! We went in for a late lunch close to Intermezzo and were "greeted" by the hostess who did not smile and gave us a seat that was in the restaurant's back corner next to the waiter's station. There were many tables that were available but, that was not for us! The waiter took our order and came back with water without lemon that my wife had specifically asked for. We got some lemon when we pointed out but, what we got were quite large pieces of lemon, not the size that goes into a glass of water. I had ordered for a beer on tap but the beer was completely flat!!!! The server never came back to check if we needed water until she came with the check! The food was served and we were provided just two serving spoons for two Entrees and a bowl of rice! The manager came to check if we were being served but I could not tell him anything with food in my mouth! I was able to show him the dirty, stained silverware that was provided. He walked away mumbling something that could have been an apology but can not be sure if it was. Overall a "Never Again" experience! read more

Went for a quick dinner while visiting family. Place was packed and the food was excellent. What really made the night was the incredible service from our waiter Jimmy. Regularly checked on us, made sure my wife knew what was gluten free and what wasn't. My 10 year old loved it because the kids menu had mad libs, his dinner tasted great, and the receptionist staff gave him extra fortune cookies on the way out. Convenient location and close to where we live. The food is always consistent good. Our group of four enjoyed the family style dinner starting with the crispy green beans, veggie spring rolls, and lettuce wraps, and then moving onto the mongolian beef, walnut shrimp and S&P prawns. PF Chang's is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. We eat here at least twice a month. Service is excellent and the food is always delicious. We made a reservation on their website and was able to walk in and be seated immediately. Tonight we had 2 appetizers because we were starving. The Spicy Tuna Roll and The Fried Green Beans. Bathroom smells like fish. Other than that the food was just like any other PFC's. I like the Mongolian beef and brown rice with those lettuce wraps. The wait staff was friendly and did not overwhelm us with too many or too few table visits. We didn't have to wait to get a table and that was nice but I avoid the Friday night crowds. read more

My boyfriend and I have been to other PF Changs in California before. This no one exceded our expectations. Our server, Jimmy, did a great job. He was friendly and checked on us often. We went on a Friday night totally expecting a wait. We waited maybe 15 minutes. Our waiter was prompt and very nice. It was myself and the boyfriend and he had never been to the restaurant. We ordered the roasted brussel sprouts, potstickers and egg rolls as an appetizer. Everything was delicious. For dinner we ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the filet mignon. Both dishes were delicious and plenty to share. For dessert we ordered the fried bananas. Oh mah gah!!!! Amazing and the coconut ice cream was the perfect touch. I ordered the Mai Tai. Very strong. Unfortunately, P.F. Chang's is going downhill in my opinion. We haven't had a great experience any of the last few times we've visited. We were seated shortly after arriving, but sat for almost 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. I had to return to the hostess desk to ask if we had a server. This seems to be a continuing problem when reading reviews and needs to be corrected. The server then came by and said she'd be with us shortly. Before she could return, a manager came by to take our drink and appetizer order. After that, our server had a little bit of an attitude. Drinks, refills and food were brought promptly. I wish they still customized the potsticker sauce tableside but they bring it out premixed -- I wasn't even asked if I wanted it mild, medium or spicy. Crab wontons were good as always. Combo fried rice was average, not any better than a takeout Chinese place and not super flavorful. Chang's spicy chicken was okay -- but more and more most of the chicken is super hard, chewy and crunchy. I tend to enjoy the moist, soft pieces most. Dessert offerings were underwhelming and I passed. It's too pricey for the quality of the food and service -- but I'm not sure where I'll turn for another Chinese sit down place! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. We keep hoping this location would get better but it just keeps getting worse. All other locations have superior service and food over this location. We called ahead about the wait and were told an hour so we put our name down and headed to the restaurant. Checked in when we got there. Almost an hour and a half later we get seated. Ordered pork dumplings. They came out raw. We told our waiter and he told the manager. Manager offered to give us new ones. We declined. The rest of the food was served and it tasted like it was cooked in a microwave. Got our check and were being charged for the dumplings. Told the waiter and they did remove them but paying $100 for food that tasted like day old microwave food is highway robbery. Avoid this place. My husband and I sat for over 10 minutes after being seated by the hostess where no wait staff came to help us, take drink order or anything. When the hostess came back around seating another party we informed her. The restaurant manager promptly came up to apologize and take our full food and drink order, soon a very cheery waitress approached and informed us she would be taking over our table. Our order came out very quickly and the waitress was very attentive from there on out. We were given a discount on our meal and received a free chocolate dome dessert. I asked what happened with our table, I was only told "a miscommunication or something". It was very busy that evening with 4 parties over eight surrounding our booth. I am on a PF Chang kick right now. Not sure why. I am addicted to their shrimp dumplings, steamed and fried. I enjoy this location because while they are super busy, there is barely a wait and the waitstaff are always pleasant. They have some new entrees that I'm not fond of but I stick to my usuals like Mongolian beef and pepper steak. They are always delicious. I have also become a iced tea lover. My husband and I just ate here tonight. I got the Ahi Tuna Poke. It came in a mason jar and was DELICIOUS. If I had a dollar for every time I've been somewhere and said, "why don't they have something on the menu that has ahi, mango, avocado, and cucumber??" Well, P.F. After many years of going to this location, this was probably the very last time. Steadily declining service and food quality has taken it's toll on my family. This time I ordered the orange peel chicken, and it was cold and bland. The brown rice was dry and also cold. The hot tea was not hot. Even the temperature of the restaurant was cold and we shivered while being attended by a less that adequate waitress. We were using a gift card that we got for Christmas from my grown kids and the balance was about $22 after the meal and tax... the waitress put on a full court press for us to give her the $22 as a tip on a meal that cost $47. She wasn't worth $5... Anyway as it turns out PF Chang's has become another absentee manager-less 'paint by numbers' chain in which both food and service is totally forgettable if not frustrating.
