Just an ignorant belief, but I'm pretty sure 90% of our Coloradoans have gone to a Paul Fleming's Chinese Restaurant. This rating is for the restaurant in itself. Sadly, there are not many restaurants in the Flatirons Mall area, so the sister, niece, nephew, and I had to settle for this place. We arrived here at about 1:09, during the lunch hours. They offer lunch bowls that come with soup. My niece ordered a Chang's Spicy Chicken ($9.95), my nephew ordered two kids' Chicken Fried Rice ($3.75 each), and the sister and I opted for the two Prix-Fixe dinners for two ($39.95). Starter: The Chicken Lettuce Wrap (probably the only reason why most of us go to P.F. Chang's) Soups: Egg drop (looked like hot and sour because the chef went heavy handed on the soy sauce) Entrees: Kung Pao Scallops (they let me upgrade to this. Basically 15-17 sea scallops with celery, peanuts, and roasted chili peppers stir-fried in a brown sauce) Kung Pao Chicken (same as scallops, but just with chicken) Desserts: Banana Spring Rolls with ice cream (another upgrade). Overall, the food tasted good. The only gripe I have is how slow the service was. There was only four tables in the whole restaurant at the, we were not being picky by all means. We ended up leaving at 4:02 pm, just enough time for rush hour on U.S. 36 highway. The poor nephew (5 years-old) was getting very impatient. Don't get me wrong, they were really nice, but just took a long time to get everything to us. I hate to imagine what it would be like during dinner hours. Close to the hotel I stay at in the Flatiron area and I like coming here. Also close to shopping. I usually eat at the bar and the bartenders are fast and very good at what they do. Always easy to get waited on fast and everyone knows just how good the food is at PF Changs. They are rock steady here. Almost every visit at least one manager stops by to make sure every detail was taken care of properly. It always has been and I have never had a single thing to complain about. I don't like when a restaurant wastes my time and can't provide an order for pick up after more than 2 hours. I can appreciate that they are busy, but for f#&@" sake shut off Doordash during busy times if you can't get it done, PLEASE. We all get the understaffing. Do better by your patrons. Well PF Chang's, I used to love your restaurants, but after a remodel, you should've just closed the entire business. 30-45 minute tickets times, and a manager sitting on his ass at the bar on a computer while the rest of the staff is in the weeds. We made a comment to the waitress (who was doing the best she could), she told us this was a normal for him. A good restaurant manager helps deliver food, expo tickets, and even bus tables. I felt terrible for the servers, because we came for lunch and it was busy but not full, but was quickly filling as we were leaving. The systems in place there are awful. One waitress taking every tables orders, and a bunch of other servers wandering around. Cold food and lack of any idea of what's going on by a lazy manager, will close this restaurant in the next few months. I won't be back. read more

Where do I even start with this joke of a meal? We recently moved and didn't want to make dinner for our family of four. Saw P.F. Chang's delivered through a service so we ordered 2 servings of sesame chicken, kids sweet and sour chicken, and Mongolian beef. When it arrived it was in a single small bag, which I thought was strange since we ordered for 4 people. Once I opened the bag I saw a few small bowls. This couldn't possibly be $80 worth of food, right? Well, to our surprise IT WAS. I took a photo of my husbands $25 Mongolian beef--I thought we were missing food. It's disgusting they charge that much FOR A PORTION SIZE APPROPRIATE FOR A CHILD. There was another small bowl of old, cold noodles. Awesome. For comparison I took a photo of the kid's portion of sweet and sour chicken. My son was so upset because he had no sauce--what restaurant DOESNT INCLUDE SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE FOR SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN?! What's the freaking point?! My daughter and I's $17 sesame chicken was terrible. A few peppers thrown haphazardly in a bowl with rice and chicken with barely any sauce. I cannot believe we spent $80 on this meal, it's appalling and a huge disappointment. Everyone was left unsatisfied. If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst part is that we just moved and couldn't make another meal even if we wanted to as we just did a small grocery shopping and it was getting late while our delivery driver waited around for them to prepare our meal. I have had consistently nice experiences at PF Changs, which keeps us going back. We went for a quick bite and a drink before the movies on our last visit and sat at the bar. The bar at this location is not huge, but it's comfy and the bartenders were great. I was super happy that they had my favorite Sokol Blosser wine on the list, so it made the visit that much better. I had the Ahi Tuna appetizer which was delish. It could easily be a nice lunch that I will surely order again. It was seared slightly, sliced and topped with a nice sauce. It's then served with a small salad and thinly sliced cucumbers. We have been here before on date nights and really enjoy their dinner for two specials. Something to check out if you're looking for a reasonable dinner for two. Yup, definitely a place we will continue to frequent. read more

We ate at a PF Chang's in SLC and the experience was great, so we decided to try a local one. Flatirons was the closest. We were greeted by a host and were sat at a two top in the bar. It wasn't busy at all, but we got a two-top in the bar, not a big deal. We ordered non-alcoholic drinks (really good, btw), a bowl of hot-and-sour and egg drop along with Mongolian beef and Kung-Pao chicken. The drinks and soup came out fairly quickly, soup was piping hot and the drinks were great. We finished our soups (and noticed there were more folks coming in) and waited for our entrees. As we finished our soups, I noticed a two sets of couples come sit at the bar. They ordered got their food and were at least half way done before our order came out. I get it, sometimes orders get shuffled...things happen. When we got our entrees, nothing was hot. It tasted like the dishes sat out and waited for a runner, barely room temp. They started to dry out on top. Even though the dishes were lukewarm, the flavor was still pretty good. The rice was kind of dry, but edible. We didn't complain (I really hate sending food back) and the service was good, even though the bartender seemed to have a lot of tables/orders to tend to. Fantastic service and food. Server was Shingo who executed the standards flawlessly. The food was fantastic. We were group of 5 and ordered 2 apps, 4 mains and 2 sides plus 2 desserts. Everything was perfect. Chilean Sea Bass is 10 out of 10. Spicy Eggplant is still my all time favorite. Dynamite shrimp were gobbled up. Chicken lettuce wraps fantastic as usual. My mom and I were craving some noodles bad the other night and were shopping at Flatirons Mall when P.F. Chang's caught our eye and practically screamed, "get your ass over here and enjoy my deliciousness!" Well, maybe it wasn't that exciting... When we arrived, they were fairly busy as it was 5:30 on a Friday night. Despite this, we received prompt service and were seated immediately. Our waiter came to our table quickly and suggested a great beer and an appetizer. We got the pecking duck spring rolls which were delicious! For our entrees, I got the shrimp pad thai and my mom got the Dan Dan noodles. Our waiter mixed our dipping sauce to our personal preference and even recommended a spice level that would complement our entrees. Once our food arrived, we were left in the comfortable silence of "I can't talk to you right now...I am eating delicious noodles and your existence is not as important at this moment." First time here and had an amazing experience. The restaurant was very clean and we we're greeted right away. The hostess was efficient although not friendly or even happy. We felt she "had to be there" and would prefer not to be. We we're led to a comfy booth that was all set up for our arrival. Our server, Kyle, promptly greeted us and asked our drink order. We both ordered tea and as a former server I know what a pain in the dick that can be. He wasn't phased and was very quick to bring waters, teas, and a chocolate milk, which is also a pain in the ass. He made a few suggestions and we ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. We were not rushed at all even though there was a sense of urgency from the staff. The food was very good. The Chilean Sea Bass was just slightly over cooked, but not enough to send back or complain. Kyle asked us to cut into it and make sure it was perfect. The kids lo mein didn't have veggies in it, which is perfect because my toddler is in the anti veggie phase. We didn't even notice a few times when he came by to fill water or remove dishes. He was super friendly and his service was impeccable. We may try to poach him. Fantastic. Bad take-out experience during COVID-19 shut down. I used to love dining-in in this restaurant, but a horrible takeout experience last week left me questioning if I'll return. I had to wait over an hour for my food (2 entrees and an app), the food arrived luke warm, each box of rice that came w/entrees was barely filled halfway, and the serving sizes were so much smaller than what you get when dining in. We had planned on sharing meals among family members, and, after spending nearly $50 on cold mediocre food, ended up having to still dig through our fridge to feed everyone. I feel ripped off! As for Coronavirus safety, none of the staff wore masks or gloves, and a crowd of 20+ people were waiting up front in the restaurant for takeout orders with no social distancing. read more

I was excited to try PF Chang's since I've never been there before, but wasn't very impressed during my visit. When we were ready to be seated, we were told they couldn't give us the high chairs for our two babies because the only tables they worked at were all taken but they could give us booster seats. We decided we would go ahead and try it out. We were seated at a booth which surprised us that we couldn't have high chairs there. The booster seats were not ideal for our babies (10 months old each) because the straps didn't seem like they were made it keep the babies in the seats but more so to secure them to a chair. My son ended up sitting in the booth with me which made it really difficult to eat. Our waiter was really kind and did great in the beginning, but then towards the end we felt like we were forgotten about. We weren't instructed on how to pay, and we waited for awhile before he stopped back over so we could ask for takeout boxes. My food was okay, I ordered beef fried rice and it seemed like the beef was REALLY overdone. Paying was nice because you scan a QR code on the receipt and then you can choose how much you pay (if you're splitting it). As we were leaving, our hands were FULL with two babies and all the stuff that comes with babies, and as we approached the door, the two staff members standing there talking didn't offer to hold the door open for us. There is one thing more important than anything else in a restaurant, and that's food quality. Second is service. Third is literally everything else. She had their honey chicken and California roll so many times. We went tonight and ordered the same thing including California roll with no sesame. They brought it with sesame so we told them to take it back. The manager came and said that we can not make it without sesame !!! We tried to explain that we had it so many times. He said no. Then we said pack the rest of the food and will take it home. He brought the receipt and included the California roll!!!!! We told him to take it off and just left. What is happening to P.F. Changs? Is anyone reading the reviews? I understand when the place is packed, it's easy to overlook what the people are saying, but something is going way down hill here. On our latest visit, Friday night, we ordered drinks (Mai Tai no longer on the happy hour menu -- take note) and an appetizer. But that wasn't good enough for this server. She wanted the dinner order, and she wanted it now, asking multiple times. Too bad when we finally gave her the order she messed it up (looking on from her chat at the server station while the sweet food runner tried to make it right). Yeah, it happens, but here is my rule....if my water glass is empty, it's an automatic 5% deduction from the tip. I just ordered an $11 Mai Tai, for f*#%'s sake, can you please pour some water in my glass? Don't ask me if you can fill it. Just fill it. I've said it before -- P.F. Chang's used to be an elegant dining experience, but it's kind of an Applebee's with Chinese food now. Even the background music is all wrong. We were more than ready to get out of there as the place was filling up quickly. Since it was two of us in a booth for six, we thought it would be "here's your check and see ya", but no way, we waited for about 15 minutes to settle up and exit what will likely be the last visit to P.F. In fact the servers never once smiled. After feeling like I was an inconvenience and the first two items not available I just got something to go. We just dined at this restaurant because we were given gift cards from my brother. I loved the decor, and thought the service was fabulous. However, the actual food and drinks left a lot to be desired. My husband and I both love mojitos, so we took the opportunity to try a new one each. I had a coconut, while he chose an Asian pear. Mine was so good I would have another one anytime. His, however, was so strong it was almost undrinkable. It didn't taste like pear, just alcohol. We opted to split a sushi roll and an entree for our meal. The lobster roll was good, but not amazing. And the long life noodles with prawns was good flavor wise, but very greasy. It reminded us both of the noodles from Panda Express. I will say the shrimp was perfectly cooked. Overall, I liked it but didn't love it, and am glad I had gift cards because I definitely felt the menu was over priced. Three stars! read more

SLOW DOWN! I came in to pick up a to go order at 845 and EVERYONE was doing sidework. I had 4 different people ask me if I needed help/if I had been helped (one of which was the manager on duty). I told the first person that I'd like a beer while I waited for my food and he took off ( I'm assuming to get the bartender) but never got the beer. There were 2-3 people behind the bar cleaning/ doing side work and you could tell everyone else was scrambling to get their side work done. There were 6 customers sitting at the bar at this point, but there was still a small wait at the host stand. I got my food shortly after, but not one single person stood still long enough to make sure I was completely taken care of. So, I just paid $50 for what equates to 5oz chicken, 5oz pork, 2oz tuna some noodles and seasonings and EVERYONE was too busy to get everything I wanted at one or make me feel welcome. I felt like more of an inconvience than anything. This is more so a review of the entire restaurant industry at this point, but it is very disappointing to walk into a reputable upscale restaurant and be treated as a distraction from the ultimate goal of getting off the clock. Also, I wrote this entire review sitting at the bar and not one person check back in in me to see if everything was ok? - An unwelcoming experience - Not usually my first choice, but I'm here on business and wanted something different for dinner. I walked in around 6pm and sat at the bar. The male bartender was washing some dishes and pouring beer right in front of where I sat, never even acknowledged my presence. A few minutes later the female bartender did greet me and provided me with a menu to look at. I ordered the lettuce wrap as a starter, food was a bit slow but I can live with that. I wasn't asked what I wanted to order for my main meal until after my app was finished and pushed to the edge of the bar, so I waited another 15 minutes or so for my main meal. Throughout my time sitting at the bar, I was entertained by a college baseball World Series game. The male bartender was asked by two women that were seated next to me about 30 minutes after I sat down, to change the channel. Instead of asking me, who had been sitting there the entire time by myself watching the game, he went ahead and grabbed the remote and started looking for the channel they wanted. I hadn't existed to him up until this point so why start now. I waited patiently for my meal, it arrived and I asked for soy sauce. The female bartender forgot which is fine, she went back to the kitchen and was helping others. The male bartender who I know saw me sitting there not eating my sushi (for good reason) never asked if I needed anything. Finally got the soy sauce when she came back a few minutes later, finished my meal and cashed out with her. She thanked me for coming in. After signing the tab and gathering my belongings, I got up and left with the male bartender standing yet again in front of me, who said nothing. I'm in the service business and also used to wait tables, perhaps I expect more because of my background but I found the service tonight to be very disappointing. It's just little things that really don't take that much more effort like common courtesy and friendliness that would have made me not feel like I had to leave this review. Hopefully this can be used as an opportunity to better the staffs service and attentiveness to avoid a disappointing experience for the next person. Positive note, I did enjoy the food. read more

Not sure why all the bad reviews! We have been to this PF Chang's several times, before and after the remodel, and have always enjoyed our meals. Tonight was our first time since the remodel and while the changes are not dramatically different, the new decor is very nice looking and it appears they have added more booths, which is a good thing. Our dinner was served timely and everything was delicious and service was very good as well. We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely return again. I will add that my husband and I are pretty picky and have high expectations and for a restaurant at this price point, we had no complaints. read more
