I had the spicy chicken and it came with a lot of sauce. I wasn't able to finish the entire dish as it is a portion size for at least two people. I thought that it tasted pretty good especially the crispy exterior. The crispy exterior was light which I liked. I don't like when the batter on the chicken is too heavy. I also tried the Mongolian beef. I liked how the Mongolian beef was not chewy. At other restaurants, I have tried their beef and the beef was too chewy for me. The rice was pretty good. I thought that it was light and fluffy. At other restaurants the rice has been dry. The black sesame caramel Brûlée was pretty unique. At first we thought that it was made with some sort of nut. When the waitress mentioned that some people thought it tasted like peanut I did think that it tasted a little bit like a peanut flavored dessert. The crème brûlée wasn't overly sweet like I have had at other restaurants. I was surprised that it wasn't as sweet as I'm used to. Funnily, they have a little gate at the front of the restaurant which seems to surprise a lot of people. I hate to do this but my safety and health is more important than a restaurant staying open. i have had P.F. Chang's throughout the years and there has been good and very bad times with the food quality. Just very disappointing how my experience has only been getting worse with eating at P.F. Chang's ,that being said yesterday 12/28 me and my husband decided to get P.F. changs for lunch time, he got his usual chicken fried rice and orange chicken. I decided to get the lo mein with chicken and California rolls. Now the California rolls I've gotten before and I've never had a problem with but after eating that meal I started feeling nauseous and eventually throwing up. Arrived (5 of us) around 5pm on a Sunday, only 1/3 of the tables were occupied. The greeter was somber. It took so long for the server to arrive for our drink order that we were also ready to order. She was somber. Drinks arrived quickly and refills were timely. Every person that brought a dish to our table was somber. I did not see one employee smile. Not one person made me feel welcome to be there. We had the $19.99 special - it was more than enough food and there was a good amount of choices. The food came out hot. The egg drop soup was the best I've had! I ordered the crispy honey shrimp - it did not have any crisp and was a bit spicy which I didn't notice mentioned on the menu. Sesame chicken, and lettuce wraps were very good. The size of the dishes on the special were smaller than the regular dishes on the menu. I know because one order was just lettuce wrap and one lettuce wrap order was the appetizer choice on the special. Over all the food was great, the ambience was not. Waitress was very rude. My daughter said "why is she mad at us?" after she took our order and left. Her tone was super confrontational and she didn't like us asking questions - audibly angry sighing and saying "what does it say on the menu?" This is my local P.F. Chang's, so I have been many times. I have always thought their prices were too high, but I have never been disappointed in the food. My usual order is fried potstickers (which were fine) and pan fried lo mein. It isn't on the menu any more, but they will fix it for you. Normally, there is a nice selection of veggies-snow peas, Chinese cabbage, water chestnuts, and carrots. I don't like onion or mushrooms, but you can get those, too. Today I got what looked like an entire stalk of celery and a lot of carrot slivers. No other vegetables, and not much chicken, either. The noodles were just cold dry noodles-not fried, and barely any sauce. They did give me more sauce when I asked. What a disappointment. My friend got Mongolian Beef. Instead of delicate slivers of green onion, she had big fat tubes of onion, and not a lot of beef. I get that grocery prices are crazy, but this was ridiculous. The bill was over $70, which should have gotten me more than celery and carrots. I need to find a new Chinese restaurant. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. Made a reservation on Christmas Eve, and proceed to be told that we have to wait 60 minutes to be seated. After that, we get told 70-90 minutes for food. We end up getting food almost 3 hours after waiting from the initial reservation. If this is how you want to treat your customers on the holidays then well done. Never coming back again. We ordered via Door Dash, so we expected it to be expensive. However, the food was pathetic and not worth even a quarter of what we paid. Example: I had Sesame Chicken. The chicken was small stringy bits that were tough to chew. Very little chicken, very little rice, but plenty of broccoli and diced red peppers. Egg rolls taste like frozen from Sam's Club. (I have those exact egg rolls in my freezer. The sauce that came w the rolls tasted really spicy good. I'm only leaving a review because there is 1 review from 2021 regarding food handling for celiacs, and I don't want anyone with Celiac Disease risking eating or drinking *anything* from this establishment. If you have Celiac disease *absolutely do not* eat here. I would rather starve than eat here ever again, or any PF Chang's. Both the front and back of house staff are knowledgeable of Celiac disease, but food cannot be prepared safely here despite reassurance. I've been unbelievably sick for 4 days. So, my daughter turned 16 and I wanted to do a small luncheon for six on April 5- my daughter and her five besties. I've always loved P.F. Chang's so I approached them at the Chandler restaurant about the event. And they went over and beyond, no surprise there!!!! We were given a corner booth, and Krystal (the lovely, helpful manager on shift), Mike (another manager who I arranged things with a few days prior), Moira (the wonderful lady I first spoke with) and Alex (their attentive and helpful server) all worked together to make my daughter's day memorable. OMG, soooo good! This is the first time I've eaten here since moving to AZ 3 years ago. Shame on us, we have truly been missing out. My food was delicious, I usually order the shrimp lo mein but tried the crispy honey shrimp and am so happy I tried something new. I added an order of fries rice and it was the perfect pairing. We asked about happy hour and was advised that they're trying to elevate the dining experience and no longer have the drink and food specials. This is one of my go to favorite places for lunch pick up. Unfortunately this location and experience did not go well. I placed my order by phone and when I arrived I called in for curbside delivery. I sat outside and waited 10-15 mins for them to bring the food out. Nobody ever came out with my food I called back in and someone answered and hung up after asking could they help. So I went in to get the food and my order was just sitting on the bar getting cold. I was upset so I asked who is answering the phones but by some coincidence no one seemed to know who was answering phones . No one apologized and offered any compensation or explanation. We had take out from PFC the other night. We ordered Mongolian Beef, Sesame Beef, Fried Rice and Spicy Orange Chicken. The Mongolian Beef and the Sesame Beef were so loaded with sugar (or something way too sweet) that they were all but inedible. The Spicy Orange Chicken was not spicy and had so much orange zest that it overwhelmed the entire dish. Way too much. The Fried Rice was ok. We were craving some noodles and had been a long we visited PF Chang's. We went ahead and ordered Singapore noodles and Chang's spicy chicken. I have always heard not so good about PF Chang's but that wasn't the case for us. The noodles arrived warm and the food was really good. There was chicken and shrimp with a good portion of noodles. Nice tangy flavor, some veggies to go with. The noodles were not greasy, it was light and nice. The Chang's spicy chicken was delicious, it was crispy and had the right spice level to enjoy. Overall really enjoyed the food, it's a pricey place but you land up enjoying the food. The only downside was the delivery service we chose, it took forever, and it's not on the restaurant but the service. They were kind enough to update us that the food was ready and they were waiting for it to be picked. read more

We called in a large order of take out (due to Covid), we drove the 20 minutes, picked up our food, 20 min back and realized after eating a couple of steamed/pan seared pork wontons they weren't cooked. We also ordered won ton soup but didn't have an appetite for it after that. Spent the night in the bathroom, called the manager but he didn't really give a hoot. I usually opt for Pei Wei since they offer similar but cheaper... this round changed my mind since PF's entirely proved WHY their cost is more worth it. (See my prior reviews for their counterpart & you'll understand why.) The delivery experience on this one far outdid it. The tough part about this entity- it's meant for parties of 2+ for portions. So, it's really hard to order single. I kind of found a little "cheat" around that if you really want the side of fried rice or chow mein but don't want the price/quantity of 4 servings of each... the children's menu offers these & the size is enough for two to easily split! They even come with an additional side of your choice. So, that ended up being perfect with enough for leftovers. You can't go wrong with the lettuce wraps here. They're a favorite. And they don't skimp on portions. There was plenty for 2-4 people to share. Crisp, fresh lettuce & the chicken mix had great flavor. The pan fried potstickers were perfect, I love the sauce they offer here. All of their dishes tend to have good flavor. But, the fried rice was a bit lacking. It was a tad on the "dry" side. Wasn't impressed with just a few odd sized chunks of chicken & barely any egg... not a lot besides just the rice. And the sides of broccoli weren't steamed all the way with no flavor at all. So, that is a little hit or miss. But, if you ask for a fortune cookie- you receive a "goody bag" full of them! It was kind of funny, had a bag of fortune cookies attached to the delivery bag w/ the rest of my order... but absolutely 0 napkins or utensils. Not a big deal if you're at home & have access to those things, and I did appreciate they remembered to include the sauces for each dish on the side in the containers. It hit the craving well, and I'm happy to have the leftovers to indulge in for lunch! I just wish they offered more "single" serving dishes or smaller portions to mix & match. Otherwise, you're kind of stuck spending on a dish that is meant to feed multiple & limited, because the prices here add up very quickly. We did have reservations so it's not like we walked in and had to sit anywhere.. point is... it almost felt as if all the minority guests were sat in the side sections/segregated and the white guests were sat in the nicer middle section. We came to eat here while visiting for the weekend. I haven't had PF Chang's in a longggg time but it was close to our hotel. We were sat very quickly and had a kind server. Our family ordered drinks and meals along with appetizers. Our drinks came out in a decent amount of time and then some of our appetizers. One was missing in our order which we realized when our entrees arrived. My daughter is vegetarian and order a tofu dish which she didn't care for at all. I tried it too and it had a strange texture and flavor was off. I had Changs spicy chicken and it was great! My fiancé ordered pepper steak and loved his too. My wife and I just went here for lunch. Overall, we had a good experience but not somewhere I would go back soon. The server was excellent. She anticipated our needs by bringing over ice tea and boxes before we had to ask for them. But the food was lackluster. My wife ordered Shrimp Lo Mein which was lukewarm temperature. The sauce was too thin and could have used more veggies like broccoli or pepper. I ordered the Spicy Chicken which also lacked veggies. Breading the chicken seemed unnecessary.
