I ordered their wonton soup it's freshly made. Appetizer platter. It came with two fried shrimp two egg rolls, two wontons and two crab angels then I ordered some chicken sweet-and-sour. I got my food via the drive-through. It was fast and friendly. But then I got home with the food: very disappointed. I ordered Dark Meat Teriyaki chicken and vegetables. Very disappointed!!! I used to eat here often when I worked in the area for lunch. I simply ordered beef broccoli with a order of spring rolls . I did not stutter while placing my order as I placed my order clearly and slowly. Yen the employee ,placed my order as spring rolls(which was correct) and Pepper chicken( incorrect). I've never had pepper chicken nor did I know what that was. Yen proceeded to argue with me on what I ordered instead of fixing the problem. I starred at her w a blank Starr since I was already tired from a 11hr day. Why would I order something that I've never heard of YEN!!! First off, your kids are in there with their own apartment set up in the corner, while you are sitting here arguing with me, which was why I didn't make a huge deal out of it. I respect children's presence and do my best to not show them how ignorant a human can get which Yen did a great job of doing on her own. What a temper girl...seek therapy! Yen was more upset about not getting my order wrong then, I was and that she didn't take accountability. This gal/she told me that the next time I come, to order my food in a different way! Girl whaaa??? Girlfriend aka gal... you need training and need to find babysitting if you're going to behave this way in front of your children. I hope that my tip goes to the cooks. Lunch specials are Monday-Saturday and start at $7. On this particular Saturday, I ordered a sweet & sour chicken lunch combination and I did the +$1.50 Manager Special upgrade to get the egg roll and crab puff. While a bit on the steeper end for Chinese takeout, I can feel better knowing I'm supporting a local business. And what can I say? I like it! I enjoyed the amount of chicken given, the fried rice was nice and flavorful, the wonton chips were okay, the crab puff was cream cheese goodness, and the egg rolls were good although albeit a bit small (less filling and a whole lotta egg roll wrapper). I personally love this place and it's our go to spot for Chinese food take out. The service and delivery is always quick and prompt. They give nice sized portions, however, one night my bf ordered and they gave him the small containers instead of the regular big ones. Maybe they ran out I'm not sure but they should definitely stay consistent and give out the regular containers. Overall, I love this place and everything I've had has been delicious. Yuck ! Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and it was really bad. I've never had Teriyaki Chicken that was swimming in gravy. The chicken was boiled and some pieces were breaded. It's as if they used chicken from other dishes and added gravy with teriyaki sauce mixed in. I ordered from the drive thru and wondered why she said be careful there's lots of sauce. I've had plenty of Teriyaki chicken in my time and never had it prepared that way. Last time I ate there was 20 years ago. Food was great. This restaurant has a drive thru which is unusual for a Chinese restaurant but I assume if you need a 'quick meal' and would rather not leave your car, it works well. The lunch is very reasonable and the quantity served is well worth the price. Quality of the meat is very good. Orders are served hot from the wok. Be aware, there is no level of service if you dine in, items were served in take out containers. It is more along the lines of fast food, since you pick up your food from the counter. Instead, she received Teriyaki Chicken Chow Main. I ordered Crab Angel's, but they were not included in the order. Instead, we received an additional order of Pot Stickers (1 was ordered). Peppered beef was prepared well and a very large portion but had too much oyster sauce for my liking. The meat in the BBQ pork chow mein was dry and very chewy. Filling for lettuce wraps were tasty but the lettuce was wilted and starting to rot on the cut edges (pink and a little slimy). I'll have to give them another chance simply for the crab angels.
