Friendly and efficient staff in a busy venue. The menu was slightly revamped from my last visit, but they still offered a number of crowd favorites, including the crispy green beans. We ordered the "Feast for Two," which I believe can be modified to feed up to five or six people. A "Feast for Two" allowed us each to choose from a limited menu: a soup or salad (each), an appetizer (to share), and an entree (each). My entree, the Mongolian Beef, was tasty and tender, and the portion sizes were good but not excessive. At a base price of $20.99 each, we felt it was a good value. The hot and sour soup was very good but not as good as I remember, but I haven't been heat in forever. Just ordered takeout to pick up at 8:15pm. Arrived home within minutes (3 miles away), and took one bite into cool chicken. My dinner, which I was so excited to finally try, was barely luke warm. I realized ordering pickup could mean it isn't piping hot when I drive 7 minutes home. But I expected quite a warm meal as we opened the packages as soon as we walked in the door. Very disappointing. Just put in the oven to reheat, which means my dinner won't be ready for another 20-30 minutes by the time the oven warms and heats it up. Please do better with timing meals, PF Changs Collegeville. Also, my meal was the gluten free one but was placed UNDER the gluten-containing meal, which meant any spills could drip down onto/into the container below. I am surprised this is still open. We went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and although we saw some people around while coming in but had to wait at least 5 mins before someone would greet us. The place was literally empty with only 2 tables occupied and no servers in sight. We eventually got seated and ordered our food. When apps came out we requested for trio sauce and some salt as the soup I ordered was almost bland. My wife finished her app but after 10 mins no salt or sauce and the server was nowhere in sight. Eventually when he came to drop the main course I reminded him again and he got it to me but my soup was already cold by then. Food was still decent enough but even after adding extra meat to mine the portion size was very poor. We got a drink which was absolutely trash for its $13 price tag and iced and watered down. Thanks to the dim lighting and culturally-reflective artwork, this place has a lovely, tranquil atmosphere. Of course, the cuisine is excellent as well! Hadn't been here in years. Met up with my Aunt and cousin and this was the perfect location. We went at lunch time and they have a lunch menu, which I like. It wasn't crowded as they said lunch usually isn't. I was nice, not noisy at all! I started with bathe hot and sour soup which was wonderful! I had the eggplant lunch dish with brown rice. It was so good and the perfect amount! The other three people in my party all ordered from the regular menu for full size entrees. Everyone was very pleased with their food. I'd prob go 3.5 starts. Looked at recent reviews and not seeing alot of glow, but got some gift cards for xmas, so we went anyway. We sat quickly, server was quick to come over. Chicken lettuce wraps came quickly. The manager stopped by to check in on us. I could see her checking w/other tables. Lunch entrees came. We ordered a pot of tea and it came with just one mug and a tea bag but the girl (not the server) got us a pot. My wife's lunch entree with $4 extra meat was super slim, especially when compared to my lunch entree with $4 extra chicken. The girl who dropped off the food sent the server over (first time we saw him again). They were both pretty junior and didn't know what to say. Manager came over and took care of the issue for us beyond our expectations. So all's well that ends well but it took a little bit to get there. Still have $35 left on the gift card so I guess we'll be back at some point. Food was really good, they need to continue to train the staff to empower them to fix a customer issue. For management, maybe get everyone some better fitting work clothes. Season's 52's servers also all wear all black outfit but they're all neat and put together. Had dinner here with another couple at 6 PM on Sat 9/29. This should have been a busy night for them, but they were not busy at all. Food was OK, but service was poor and clueless. Entrees arrived, and we asked "where are our starters?" That took a while and the waiter disappeared (this was a habit). Finally got the starters. After looking for the waiter for a while, we finally got our checks - these had to be corrected for repeats. Another family nearby was also getting corrections done. Once we got the corrections done, we could not find the waiter, so we took our checks to the front. This whole experience - in a nearly empty restaurant, took 2.5 hours! I was there 6 months ago and was disappointed as they did not have coffee creamer?? The server told me the management did not want to spend on creamer as it expired very quickly and very few customers ordered coffee!! Really?? That was because there was no creamer!! Chang's since they opened, and it used to be a booming restaurant where it was difficult to get a seat. Now there's hardly anybody there. I believe it's due to their increase in prices. I have to say that we have been coming to this PF Chang's for several years and the service and food quality has really declined. Most recently I was there kid week for dinner with my daughter and we waited almost 20 minutes after being seated to have our server take our drink order. The server was friendly but not super attentive. Most disappointing was the food. It was just not up to its previous level. The honey shrimp was greasy and not well cooked. The rice came out almost cold and the green beans on the tempura batter tasted like the fry oil had not been changed recently. We won't be back any time soon. read more

My husband made a reservation for 5:30pm on Saturday, but when we arrived they didn't have our name on the list. Turns out he had accidentally made the reservation at a different location. One of the nice women at the hostess station managed to squeeze us in and we were seated immediately, then she offered to notify the other restaurant of our mistake. We were so grateful for her help! Our table was next to the bar, but every server that came by to grab drinks was chill and professional. It was pretty neat watching the drinks being made. Nicole was our waitress for the evening, and she was extremely nice, as were all the servers who brought us our food and drinks. Speaking of which, everything was just phenomenal! I enjoyed my Asian Pear Mojito and Singapore Street Noodles, and my hubs liked his Japanese Old Fashioned and Chang's Spicy Chicken. We also shared the Chicken Lettuce Wraps appetizer and Banana Spring Rolls for dessert. (I can't stop thinking about the pineapple-coconut ice cream that accompanies the latter... Yum!) It all tasted great, perfect temperature, and the portions were decent. Restrooms were pretty clean. Overall we had an excellent experience. I've been going to this P.F. Chang's for ages since it was the closest to my home. But this last time I ended up ordering the food as take out and I wasn't as impressed as usual. The service, as always, was amazing and I had a wonderful chat with the people manning the front of house. They were extremely kind and very professional, even when having to deny a possible meal stealer. I ordered the Sesame Chicken with white riceand the Lettuce Wraps, and I wasn't as impressed as usual. Don't get me wrong, the food was still good. But the batter that coated the chicken was grainy and the rice it came with was barely past being cooked with some of the rice being a bit too hard to chew. The lettuce wrap toppings had none of the rice noodles and the toppings for the lettuce wraps also had a similar gritty texture. I still ate all of it, and it was still good, but I felt like I needed to leave a review as this is the first time in years that I've had the food taste like this! read more

I used the app to make a reservation for my party of three. I love being able to make a reservation. It is so convenient. We were seated quickly. The crispy green beans were a hit, when warm. The lettuce wraps are my favorite! The pad Thai was meh. I do not think I'll get that again. I always get the honey chicken normally. I love that you can still get lunch bowls on a weekend. Our waitress was great. She was on top of things and made sure we were always taken care of. Only complaint, do not smoke while at work and come back in to serve customers. The one star was for the lettuce wraps, the really small entrees were uneatable. The honey shrimp was a pile of batter and the beef with broccoli was burned. Late Review from Last May 2024, but Here We Are: In this economy, a customer doesn't want to be rashioned by the restaurant with their food order! I took my son out for his birthday in what 'was' his favorite restaurant as a new teen. As we have always ordered the lettuce wraps as a fun appetizer to consume until our order arrives, this experience was different. We were informed that, due to budgeting, corporate has decided not to aid in waste; therefore, the restaurant is now serving smaller, less portions of lettuce. In which, what appeared to be around five small pieces of slender, romaine lettuce is served (no longer the iceberg lettuce) to wrap the filling with each serving. Thus stating the customer is asked to request additional lettuce, as necessary, to avoid waste. We had to continuously beg for more lettuce to wrap, while we were starving as if we were kids at a bad baby-sitters house. This experience let us feeling like kids whose mother is doing the best she could to feed their children, but could barely afford to feed us, hoping we didn't ask for more, which is a sad story many can relate to--not anything people pay for! My son, and I were starving in not wanting to be full before our meal, we arrived ready to consume our meal--this seemingly DEI hiring tactic (I am a minority) should not result in us starving for a half-an-hour while begging for more food that we paid for!! We ended up taking some of the filling home and utilizing our own lettuce! How much is lettuce per patron purchased at wholesale pricing in comparison to this experience? Well, I guess it equates to the value of a lifetime of a customer's patronage because we have not returned since and my son's birthday was ruined! This isn't grandma's house; this is supposed to be a treat in getting out or simply enjoying food to eat at a restaurant. Not to mention the rude people who answer the phone during take-out to who prioritize asking if you will tip (with an attitude) before taking your order. Also, delivering to the car with an attitude. One person even mentioned how the restaurant should do-away with curbside. No thank you, PF Chang--I guess saving lettuce is more important to whomever (hopefully unwittingly) starves their kid and is placed in control of this establishment. Its only $10 but customers should receive a decent product for any amount. They had to have seen the food was burnt when they served it. Stopped in on Saturday mid afternoon. Told there was a 15-20 minute wait. 15 minutes later I was taken to my table, but there were over 30 tables open - maybe more. Lola was my server - I've had better and I've had worse. When I asked for my go-to PF Chang's drink of a cold bottle of FIJI water, they were out - tap water for me. Ordered the fried pork dumplings and Kung Pao Chicken with the upcharge Lo Mein noodles on the side. The food was good - standard PF Chang's quality. Lola did a decent job on the drink refills. Was interested in dessert, but they were out of 2 desserts on the menu (see the X next to the dessert). We landed in PF Chang's as Thai restaurants were closing. Last time I was at PFC was about 3 years or more. The food than was horribly oily and it has not changed. It is a beautiful restaurant with great staff and superb atmosphere. If that's the criteria for great restaurant it gets a . However it's the food we are interested in. We ordered the crispy beans , as delicious as this dish was after a few mins we started tasting the oil. When it's hot and really warm it taste excelente. Again it is fried so what did I expect. The spring rolls were ok nothing to shout about either. My partner ordered Buddha's feast . Too much snap peas that were fibrous and humongous Broccoli that looked like it had been deep fried. As delicious as the dish was she found it oily and gooey. She liked the tofu in it. We left it half eaten. I had the Lomien vegetable. Not even a piece of tofu but loaded with snap peas and broccoli and mushrooms. I have it 2 stars as it was delicious however again the vegetables looked like it had been deep fried. The lomien was oilllllllllyyyyy. Goodness epiphany 101 and I remembered I stopped going to PF Chang's because I could not stand the oil content in the dishes. I brought some home after throwing away a boatload of snap peas. Like I said the ambience in PFC is 5 star however the food is below par. We have not been to P.F. Chang's in Collegeville for sometime. We thought it might be time to give it a chance. Well, the food wasn't bad, but the place is in need of some renovations. The carpet looks really dirty and it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like in the back. We had to have our appetizer dishes replaced because they were dirty, and they did bring out clean dishes for us. The food was okay but not exceptional. The atmosphere is just not what we were hoping. Disappointing to say the least - not going to rush back. We called to make a reservation and they gave us a later time but when we got to the restaurant half of the restaurant was already empty so it made it really interesting as to why an extra wait was required.
