Update: the food isn't consistent. My food was disgusting today. I ordered my coworkers food today and that was the first thing she said to me was her food wasn't good. I didn't even finish mine. I've had it 3 other times and it was good. I'm not sure if today was an off day. But I literally just bought a $100 gift card here to get my lunch with because of the bonus card. If the food isn't good one more time then I'll just give the card away. The rice wasn't cooked. There was raw uncooked rice mixed with mushy rice. The chicken tasted bitter. Yeah, I know, it's PF Changs, but I haven't been here in many years and it was right where we already. We were seated quickly and Cathy gave us the most excellent service. This is a great place for vegetarians with plenty of options and we had the following.: Tempura Poppers- Tempura-battered spicy vegetarian bites with avocado, cucumber, and sriracha jalapeño cream cheese, drizzled with dynamite sauce and sweet and savory sauce. Wonderful mix of flavor and crispiness. The sauce was wonderful with just the right hint of sweetness. Ma Po Tofu -This was quite filling but was pretty standard fare. Long Life Noodles- We got this without the prawns. This was fantastic, the garlic flavor was just the right amount without overpowering the rest of the roasted red chilli peppers and beans.  Asian Mac and Cheese- Korean tteok "rice pasta," scallion, and Asian mushrooms in a creamy cheese sauce, topped with truffle oil and toasted breadcrumbs. This was wonderful with a different but still great texture. Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts- The wok-charred brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy and the kung pao sauce was a perfect addition with the peanuts and chili.  All in all, quite impressed by PF Changs after having not been there in a long time and I'll be sure to be back. read more

I've been here twice, one for takeout which was a 4-star experience (the hostess was rude) and a sit down lunch with 4 colleagues. This review was for the sit down lunch. At least we were pleasantly greeted by the hostess and as my colleagues were filtered in they were nice enough to point them to the table. The waiter came over and he was pleasant, but wasn't helpful in aiding my colleague with some low carb options and almost told her well you're out of luck. Eventually he did help her pick something and our orders were placed. I'm not sure if the kitchen staff was back logged but our food took forever and when my colleague asked about the status on the food our waiter was clueless. Our food eventually came but it was lukewarm to cold. My other colleagues ordered later but their food was hot and didn't take as long. He only helped to box up one of my colleagues dishes to go and left the rest of us to box our own. The most snarky part of the meal was when my colleague didn't notice the check that was placed at the table and asked him about it and his response was well it has been sitting in front of you for the last 20 minutes. With other options in Easton with better service I'll stick to carry out where the food is hot and there's no snarky servers to contend with. read more

True confession...I love chain restaurants. There is just something about the predictable consistency of the food that I really enjoy. PF Changs is my very favorite of the chains. Simply put, the food is really delicious. I like how they are expanding the menu options, and we loved the new beef potstickers appetizer. Garlic chili green beans were incredible and were spiiiicy! Kung Pao chicken never disappoints. Cocktail list has also expanded recently for some fun adult beverages with your meal. read more

Food is alright. Nice atmosphere and fun place to eat but very average overall food topped off by the 1,700 calorie chocolate cake that is dry as a sponge sitting out in the Mohave. It's all standard fair food with nothing exceptional but no major complaints. We've had good service the few times we've been there. read more

I'm always a little nervous about chain Asian food for starters. Waiter was very helpful & polite. I ordered the Thai Harvest Curry with Chicken & it was pretty decent. I wish it had more of a curry flavor to it though. Loaded with vegetables & was a good size so can easily make it two meals. Would go back but not in a rush. read more

The chicken lettuce wraps were not seasoned much and the chicken was overcooked. The beef was dreadfully over cooked (and therefore tough) in the beef and broccoli as well. You know those makeup videos where someone transforms themselves into a ravishing beauty? You're like, "Wow...that's amazing!" But. You still know what lies beneath. This P.F. Chang's is just like that video. (I say "this" because I've eaten at several P.F.Changs and this review is not a blanket.) Really attractive establishment, nice feel, good seating, sprawling bar, tasteful decor. But what lies beneath? Food improperly cooked which then makes the prices feel too high. I was shopping with a friend who'd never eaten at a PFC, so off we go! We started with the crispy green beans. Good stuff. Then we ordered the Citrus Brussel Sprouts, Ginger Chicken and Honey Crisp Chicken. The brussel sprouts were horrid. I even complained. All I got was a sorry/nod. They looked great sitting on the table but not so good when sitting in my mouth. The Brussel Sprout already struggles enough with its identity...so this was nothing less than tragic. Some of them had no flavor...others were inedible. Covered with a salty citrus overpowering sauce. The other dishes weren't bad, they were just...unremarkable. My biggest disappointment was that they stopped offering quinoa as a rice substitute. When I go to Easton, I will will enjoy passing the pretty corner building. I'll give a look at that gorgeous stately stone horse...but I'll keep driving because I know what lies beneath. read more

I always visit the Dublin location. The food and service is outstanding! The server that I usually request is Dominic M. He explains every detail of the different dishes, sauces, flavors. He's amazing. He encouraged me to try the handmade pork dumplings. OMG. I'm visiting multiple times a week just for these gems! No other restaurant even comes close to their taste and presentation. It has been a while since we were here but I can definitely not recommend this place anymore. We walked into a half full restaurant last night on November 19 and the two receptionists were so busy talking that they didn't acknowledge us for an uncomfortably long time. Finally, they told us it would be the 20-30 minute wait although the entire restaurant was obviously not full. They asked for my phone number which I gave them and then I told them we were going to the bar which was only 20 feet away with line of sight to them. Over the next 30 minutes I watch them seat person after person. I finally came back and said, what's going on and they said they texted but we found they had not been paying attention and had my phone number incorrect. Instead of taking the two seconds to tell us at the bar, ...they didn't care. That really epitomizes the rest of our evening. A bunch of people not caring. I called an order in for pickup and when I got there the hostess was absolutely abrupt rude and unhelpful in any way. They forgot part of my order so I went back to pick it up. The orange chicken was soggy the crab Rangoon was burnt to a crisp and tasted god awful. The fried rice was so dry and tasteless my dog wouldn't touch it. Upon returning to pick up the forgotten item from my original order the same hostess was once again an unhelpful useless worker. The sushi was pretty much slung into a box and smashed together and had to be eaten with a spoon. Just an all around horrible experience not to mention it's double any competitors price around the area. I'd give zero stars but that's not an option so they get this one with a very disappointing review. 10/10 don't recommend to anyone who actually enjoys Asian cuisine. read more

DO NOT ORDER VIA PICKUP OR DELIVERY = NO FOOD We ordered PF Chang on a Friday night, 02/11/2022 via Doordash with a delivery time of 75 minutes. I received a call after 90 minutes from the Doordash driver that our order was cancelled by PF Change even though my credit card was charged. I called the manager at PF Chang Dublin Ohio and he no explanation why it was canceled but assured me my credit card would be reimbursed for the full amount. I asked who canceled it and he didn't have a reason. My guess is that they were backed up and it was easier to cancel orders than fill the orders. I wish I knew that up front as my family and I had been waiting on a Friday night for 2 hours at that time for dinner. My suggestion is either eat at PF Chang or order for pickup at Hunan Lion on Bethel Road. They've never canceled my order! read more

I can understand why this location has only 3 stars. I ordered lunch as a take out. When I got there the hostesses greeted me properly and showed me where, at the bar, to go to retrieve my food. This is where it became weird and infuriating. After waiting 4 minutes, with no one acknowledging my existence, a young man approached from the back side of the bar and begun staring at me; no words just staring. At first I thought he couldn't speak but that didn't make sense because if he were a deaf mute he could have picked up a note pad and wrote the greeting on it. This was the weird moment. It became infuriating quickly as for the next 30 seconds he just stood there and stared, without saying a word. Finally he said "Can I help you?" and it took all of my reserve to resist saying "Yes, I'm here to pick up my car!" Angrily I stated that I was here to get my lunch and questioned why he just stood and stared at me. He stumbled over his apology and then went back to check on the whereabouts of my food. I calmed down, went to the front desk, and asked for the manager. Scott greeted me professionally and I relayed my story to him. His face told me everything I needed to know: this wasn't the 1st time this had occurred. To my surprise he didn't comp or discount my bill. He continued with his apologizes and said if I ever needed anything in the future contact him. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. Have never been here before but had a great experience! We ordered only the Vegetarian & Vegan options but they were incredible! Our server was Tom, he was super helpful and incredibly attentive. Also very friendly and made some great recommendations too. For apps we had the Cauliflower, Veggie Lettuce Wraps, and green bean tempura. Amazing all around the cauliflower was a good spicy and the tofu lettuce wraps honestly tasted like chicken! Main course was just as good and the drinks were replenished regularly. Our waiter knew nothing about the drinks and told us he didn't like salads when asking for a recommendation. Every time we wanted something, we had to flag our waiter down. When we realized our last drink orders would take a while, we cancelled them and asked our check. As our waiter brought the check, he brushed past us and slammed the check onto onto the table. Ordered carryout at 9ish on a Friday night. I was quoted it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After waiting 37 minutes my order was ready and my time was wasted. I received no apology for the delay or wait. I was not allowed to pay while I was waiting to expediate my checkout when the food was ready. I asked to pay early and was told he was doing other things and I didn't see the guy for five minutes. Next time this happens I will just leave and go somewhere else. The food was fine. PF Changs makes the only Kung Pao chicken I like and I have tried it in at least a dozen other restaraunts. I think this location was much better the first five years they were open as opposed to the last five years or half of what they have been open. As a fan of PF Chang's, I will say that the Tuttle Crossing location is much, much more accurate in their carryout times and far friendlier and communicative if there is a problem or delay. It had been awhile since I ate at the Easton store and it will be much, much, much longer if I do again. I would like to think I am fairly positive with my reviews, the one on a review of a restaraunt I love reflects my irritation, aggravation, and the waste of my time. I hope someone reads this and tells the employees not to make false promises, to appologize when they make a mistake, to listen and respond to their customers, and to work smarter instead of harder. I know PF Changs can do better, because I have visited over 20 PF Changs over the years and have eaten at this location at least 50 times since they opened. read more

Awesome Service!! PF Chang's specialized services regarding different kinds of allergies is absolutely commendable! I visited with a group of high school students. I requested a nut-allergy menu. I was impressed with the hospitality and service of the hostess, server and manager (Mr. Zack). They checked several times to make sure that all was good. I ordered BBQ ribs, pork dumplings and shrimp fried rice. Each item was absolutely delicious!! People with allergies have restricted choices. And PF Chang's made a big difference for me! Yes, your Asian friends will laugh at you when you say you're going to P.F. Chang's. "Ha ha ha, that's not real Chinese food" they will say. Well, I suppose that's somewhat true. Regardless, though, you will likely get a pretty tasty meal. And, having traveled to Asia quite a bit, we can say some "real" Chinese food is very weird (no offense at all intended). Ambiance You'll find the eponymous P.F. Chang's horses outside and the terra cotta statues inside. The ambiance is that of a fairly standard upscale restaurant. Dim lighting and dark wood tables. Not too much booth seating, and some of the weird "half booths" can get very cramped. They do take reservations, though. Large bar area. Service Fairly hit or miss as seems to often be the case with chain restaurants. We've had some great servers and a few duds though nothing remarkably bad. On the most recent visit the server was fairly standard. Polite, a bit awkward, but seemed to be genuinely trying. Food Sad note: they got rid of the great Chang's for two multi course special back in 2017 which they'd had for a long time and was a very good deal. Join their rewards program, though, and you'll get some coupons and earn points toward free meals. The food has generally been consistently very good. We usually get the pan fried shrimp dumplings. They've changed a bit over the years (they got rid of the customized server-prepared dipping sauce), but these are always very good. We've tried many entrees. This time we got the lucky prawns which came with garlic noodles which had a slight mustard undertone. They were ok; the prawns are always great. For more prawns go for the pricier salt and pepper prawns dish. Then we had the orange peel beef. This used to appear on the menu but now only orange peel chicken shows up. They can still make the beef, though, for $1 more. This is always very good and served with fresh chunks of orange. Kung pao chicken is always good as well with crunchy peanuts adding a nice texture to the dish. Honey chicken is also good. For dessert this time we tried two of the newer mini desserts which are making a return in a somewhat different form (they used to have a large selection of these in shooter glasses). They have four varieties; we tried the strawberry and butterscotch both of which were excellent and just enough sweetness after a good meal. If you have room, though, go for the banana spring rolls which are excellent. The coconut pineapple ice cream served with these is amazing! Mojo Overall this is a great place for a tasty Chinese-style meal in an upscale atmosphere. They just need to work on more consistent service. read more

Gluten Free: Yes Casein Free: Yes, but verify Typical P.F. Chang's. Offers the standard offerings and gluten free fare. The major down side to this P.F. Chang's is it's parking. Located in the Easton Town Center, this place is has numerous restaurants and shopping. While there is a lot right across the street and behind the restaurant, finding parking there can be finding a needle in a haystack. There are garages throughout the center; however, depending upon the time, the one you want can be full. If you wish to try and avoid trying to find parking, you can place a to go order. Pickup is behind the building as well, but forewarned, even that can be a pain due to traffic/ people searching for parking as well. Overall a decent gluten free option, but not worth the hassle sometimes just to park. read more

As far as P.F. Chang's goes, this one was pretty much exactly like all of the others I've been to across the country. Yes, it's a chain, but it's a pretty decent chain. Their food is always good, the menu is extensive, and you can pretty much guarantee the same atmosphere in every restaurant. This location falls into that. Although we were ate eating lunch and therefore missed the normal rush when servers might be busier, our service was great- very attentive and nice. The food also came out very quickly, but again we were way past the normal lunch rush. We shared the edamame (always delicious) and the sesame chicken (again, always pretty good), because they don't do the lunch portions on the weekend. It's a lot of food! We didn't finish the sesame chicken and brown rice, but we did finish the edamame. All in all, this is just like every other P.F. Chang's- which is the point, since it's a chain. read more
