I haven't been to a PF Chang in years. man, I forgot how good that Mongolian beef was.

Staff here has been poor a couple of times recently. Our last visit was the final straw. We arrived and there was no one at the hostess stand which was fine, we were in no hurry and it was the middle of the afternoon. The restaurant was not busy. When the hostess came out she did not say hello just 2? Follow me. Then she said table or booth as she was practically running down the aisle. We said table, right here is great pointing to a table. She either ignored us or did not hear. I was just out of a cast on my foot and clearly walking with a limp. She ran to the farthest possible table from the door. When she saw we were not far from the hostess stand because I was not walking well, she came back clearly very annoyed. I told here we would like to sit here if possible. She angrily retorted "I asked you if you wanted a table!" threw the menus down and walked away. We eat out frequently and know that it is hard to find good people and that restaurant workers work very hard. But, this was so incredibly rude that we walked out. I called the manager to report her, she answered and was put on hold for over 6 minutes. While I was on hold my husband called. His call was answered right away while I was still on hold. The manager really did not seem to care. We will never return. read more

I recently had a friend go to this restaurant with a big group of people. The service was good for the table except for my friend, who was the only noticeable person of Mexican heritage. Throughout the dining experience the service continued to single out my friend just because of his background. In all, this didn't make a pleasant time for anyone at the table and the waiters need to stop the racism. read more

I came here on a Friday night and it was about a 1 hour wait. So we decided to sit at the bar. Our bartender was Robert. He did an impeccable job tending to all his guest. We ordered the Spring Roll ($7) The Singapore Street Noodles($15.5), and the Chicken Lo Mein ($14). The food was impeccable. The atmosphere is very nice and the restaurant is clean. Man... what happened to P.F. Chang's?! My wife and I decided to try to sneak inside to eat somewhere due to the power being out everywhere. When we walked in, the hostess didn't even acknowledge us. There were two other ladies who walked in before us and she told them to sit at the bar, so we just followed along and sat at the bar. We noticed that it was a little hot, but nothing was ever mentioned to us about the AC being out. I'm not even mad about that considering it isn't their fault... a heads up would have been great considering how hot it was by the time we were finished eating. The bartender came over and slammed down two napkins and said "I just got here... so it's going to be a minute. Is there anything I can get you to drink in the mean time?" You could tell he was over it, too. He kind of warmed up, but you could still tell that he wasn't happy to be there. Fair... it was hotter than hell. We ordered food and drinks. The food came out sooooo fast, but we never received the drinks. We decided to just leave it and drink water. Thankfully, we weren't charged for the drinks that we never received. Other than the really horrible service... the food is sub par... I remember going here when I was in high school and really enjoying the food. This place has really gone downhill. Bella! She was our server Feb. 2 and was just amazing. Right off the bat was so welcoming and had a smile on her face. She was always checking in our us and always being around to help. We are here last night and my husband became very Ill following his meal. He typically can stomach more than most and does not usually get sick even if we notice later on he has mistakenly eaten expired food, usually he is ok. 30-60 minutes following our meal he became nauseated then was unable to keep anything down the rest of the night. I was also quite nauseated but no symptoms beyond that. Very disappointing considering we drove 35 minutes for this and it was supposed to be our special date night out meal. Would not recommend and do not plan. On returning. Our waitress was very kind. read more

I haven't been here since probably 2008. Located at Easton and there is a free parking lot across the street. We came at lunch on Friday , here's the reasons for the 2 stars on rating: 1. Waited almost 10 minutes to get seated at lunchtime on a Tuesday. 2. My waiter never gave me a refill. 3. The meal I ordered of steak and broccoli had juice with it. Waiter never asked if I wanted juice included when he was packing up my left overs (had he asked I would have said no). The to-go container was the old school white fold box and Juice fell out the sides and had it not been in bag it would have ruined the back seat of the rental car!! 4. The to-go containers need to have sealed tops. Cannot believe a place considered fancy and at Easton is sending home their main dishes in the white fold-up containers...use those for rice instead ! 5. My coworker ordered the spicy chicken and he said there was no spice at all and tasted like orange chicken. 6. Yeah......we got outside seating and enjoyed the Fresh outdoor atmosphere with little sparrows feasting on prized droppings from table's..... Our Professional and Engaging server was Most Excellent and very,very Courteous along with a library of helpful information and tips about what to dine upon....his name is "Emmons" and he deserves this recognition!! It was a busy late evening with multiple people inside and out having dinner together......but somehow Emmons did a Marvelous job balancing the guest's on hand to accommodate us remarkably so.....he took the time to have some deep conversations with us both and made us feel Unique in a field of crowded guest's.....serving with a smile and full engagement of our needs....even the Manager "Zach" came out to follow up with us and personally bring the Bottle of Plum Wine for us to get proper information about finding it in the open market afterwards....we passed on the compliments about the tasty food and Amazing service rendered by his staff.....more importantly "Emmons"!! *Well done PF Chang's and we definitely will be returning!!* read more

Stopped by P.F. Chang's for a quick date night. For a Friday night, it wasn't too busy, we were seated within 5 mins of arrival and our waiter was very attentive. I had the Crispy Honey Shrimp and my husband had the Crispy Honey Chicken paired with brown rice. Both entrees were delicious & had huge portions (as they were meant to be shared, but we eat a lot ‍). Overall service was great, kitchen staff was quick and food was reasonably priced (about $18 per entree, about $10 for average appetizer/sushi roll). P.F. The food here is usually good, but a bit more expensive Chinese food. It's more of an upscale restaurant, but they focus on street type foods and the classics. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant itself, it's a chaotic calm. It's a nice place for a more than casual meal, but not too fancy. They have their menu online and you can order on their website too. I ordered the calamari appetizer ~$12 and it was a pretty good portion for the price. However, the texture was lacking for me and wasn't as crunchy as I thought it would be. The dipping sauce was great though! When I walked into the restaurant, I waited for a bit and no one said a word to me and the hostess was on the phone. Finally, someone asked me what I needed and I told them I needed to pick up an order. He kindly directed me to the bar, where a server was standing and he didn't acknowledge me at all. I waited for about 7 minutes before anyone came by for me to grab their attention. This is a great location and could be great food and place to dine, but this is the third time I've been here and I'm not wowed. read more

Hand Folded Crab Wontons, Hot & Sour Soup, Mongolian Beef, Classics Because of the Covid situation, the restaurant is reservation only. The atmosphere was dull, so much empty space. Drinks and appetizers went well, although I didn't care for the Crab Rangoon (dry and did not live up to description on menu). Things went down hill with entrees. My dinner came out well before the rest of the table and had to ask the waitress where everyone else's food was, she didn't know. So the other meals come and they look unsavory really . One asked for veggies to be added, and it appeared to be a few chopped onions, red/green peppers. Someone's soup was down right awful. So you can imagine drink refills didn't go well either. The manager handle the situation well taking care of the table more than necessary. What other circumstances they were dealing with idk but for more tables empty than full and reservation required, one would expect better. read more

Yes, PF Chang's is chain Chinese-American food that isn't necessarily "authentic," but it's a consistent place for a solid meal. This location has a surface parking lot across the street that's fairly small and often full on busy nights. Thus, you might want to park in the garage and take a short walk to the restaurant. Reservations are easily made on the PF Chang's website and are highly recommended especially on weekends. The interior is standard with the usual horses and terra cotta soldiers inside. Lighting is dim and the noise level pretty tolerable even on busy nights. There is a large bar with seating, lots of tables, and a few booths. WiFi is available. For starters we tried the pan fried shrimp dumplings. These are consistently good and are made in the restaurant rather than being frozen and shipped in. They have a light and crispy exterior without being overly greasy. The interior has plump shrimp and veggies. Very good! For entrees we had the honey chicken and Hokkien street noodles. The chicken is always a favorite. Crispy chunks of moderately breaded chicken with a sweet honey glaze. A bit on the sweet side but good. The street noodles were a new dish for us. Thin noodles tossed with chicken, shrimp, and assorted veggies and eggs. An interesting assortment of flavors that worked well together. Entrees come with steamed white or brown rice. Save room for dessert! This time we had the miso butterscotch and good fortune cheesecake mini desserts. Both were excellent and just sweet enough. The cheesecake was especially good with just a hint of ginger flavor. The banana spring rolls are also highly recommended and are a unique treat. Service varies. Most of the servers are very good. This time we had one who seemed a bit off. He never introduced himself, instead just plunking two waters on the table and walking off (we didn't even ask for water). Later he came back and said "ok, I'm guessing you're ready?" We said not quite yet, and he said we had closed the menus which usually means we're ready. Weird. He got a bit better as the meal went on, though. Prices are on the higher end of moderate. An appetizer, two soft drinks two entrees, and a dessert will probably run you about $50-$60. Yes, it's a chain restaurant. But, the food is consistently good and the environment upscale and comfortable. Tip: Join their rewards program to earn points toward a free entree read more

I'm a little disappointed with our experience at PF Chang's. Pre-covid I have had a number of great meals there, so when we checked into the Hilton across the street, it was nice to see PF right there. Since we're really not that into in-door dining at the moment, we decided to simply order take out. I dashed across the parking lot on this rainy evening to pick up my order. Shame on me for not double checking BEFORE I left the restaurant, but they did call my name and handed me a bag of food, so what else was I supposed to do? Got back to the hotel room and yup, wrong order. I took it back, they were thankful and then they sent me on my way w/ my (mostly) correct order. The food was luke warm, at best and then half way through their famous lettuce wraps my wife says, "It seems like there is barely any chicken in here!" She was right. It was tofu!!! I made the third trip across the rainy parking lot and let them know of their mistake. They seemed to have been aware because they knew what was up when I returned. I sorta feel bad if there was some lifetime vegetarian who may have ruined their vegetarian streak and tasted chicken for the first time because of this snafu. I've always seen PF Chang's in the grocery store in the freezer section and wanted to try the actual restaurant. I've went past it a couple of time in Easton and never got the chance to try. I can say that now I have tried it I was disappointed. When you first walk in you are smacked in the face by mouth watering smells. But when I actually got the food it was just ok. We got egg rolls, Dynamite shrimp and the Mongolian Beef entree. I can for certain day that the food taste just like a normal Asian restaurant but for double the price. It was not bad. But for charging 15 dollars for a plate and for it to offer nothing really better than a normal Chinese spot... I can't bring myself to rate it high at all. Service was only decent. The servers were nice, but a tad slow. And the food took FOREVER. About 30 min just to get the apps out. Which is crazy. When they came out they weren't presented that good at all either. Just some egg rolls thrown on a plate. And some shrimp thrown on top of noticeably old lettuce... Also the entree came out a while after the apps did, and they say in the menu "family size". Don't make the mistake of trying to share if you ever go here. Make sure that you get your own plate or you might be disappointed. Other then that the place is set up nice, i dim inside with a little lighting. Everything looks clean fancy. It's definitely a nicely kept place and made to look luxurious. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place reallyZ if they lowered the prices and sped up the food it could be something nice. But they just don't do it for me. They could be a lot better. Had a bad experience at PF Changs today and the workers nor the manager on duty took any responsibility. Placed a to-go order because of course-- lockdown. Arrived at the restaurant and followed the directions posted for pickup which were to call, park in designated spot and wait. The waiting area is in the back of the restaurant. Since I couldn't read the directions from the car I had to get out and since I was already out I just waited at the back door and let them know I was there. After about 5 minutes of waiting I had gotten a little chilly because it was a cold day so I asked my husband to pull around so that I could sit in the car. When he arrived he parked in the to-go pickup spots. The worker comes out, opens the door, looks one way and goes back in. He did NOT look for me. We even beeped the horn. He didn't even look our way. I called right away and said hey I think your guy missed me but I'm right here. Sure they said," we will bring your food back out." This was literally seconds later I called, why didn't he just walk right back out? 5 more minutes pass and I call again. "Hi, yeah I'm still waiting outside, I don't mind coming around the front with the delivery area to pick up. "No, we will be back out," she said. 5 minutes later--no one showed up. Finally, I got frustrated and left. Called to complain to the manager and he made every excuse (cough...lie) to cover up for their incompetence. Oh, we are so busy (literally no one was there), oh he looked for you ( I saw him look one way), oh that wasn't your order (again, I repeat no one else was there so whose order was it and wouldn't he have looked at the to go spot for the other car) and finally, oh you weren't there (then how did I see the guy). Do you think I drove all the way to Easton to play games with PF Changs for the fun of it? Point of this review is you would think that they want to make sure their business stays open by providing top notch service to those that are supporting them. But nah. They are inside playing games and hiding out. My husband and I concluded that after the guy looked (cough... fake peeked) for us that he went back inside and started eating the food. Otherwise, why wouldn't he just walk right back out with it? I have the 3 calls on my phone to prove my story. Do better PF Changs. Try to keep your paying customers happy and coming and coming back. After this experience I won't try your COVID pick up service again so if you don't mind losing valuable dollars I'd say please try to value your customers. Everyone is going through it and we are trying to help keep businesses open. But when you take us for granted the ones that lose are your workers. read more

Always been a fan of PJ Chang's. Food and service are always good. Deducting a star due to zero non-alcoholic beer options. This is a huge miss. There are too many great new N/A beers on the market (Heineken, BrewDog, Budweiser) not to offer a single one? It's irresponsible. read more

Leaving a 3-star review for P.F. Chang's. The food was good and the server was nice, but the wait time was unreasonably long. We had a party of 7 and called ahead of time, but still had to wait 1.5 hours despite the restaurant having plenty of open seats. It was a frustrating experience, especially since we had high expectations for the restaurant. The food was good, but the wait time detracted from the overall experience. Hopefully, they can work on improving their wait time management in the future. read more
