I realize this is a fairly new location and most people are stuck comparing it to other P.F. Chang's of the past. But I honestly expected a higher review count here. And of the ones posted, most are short and not very descriptive. But then, I suppose there's not quite as much to say about a well established Asian Fusion chain restaurant that practically everybody's eaten at before. Except this.. While I was totally expecting to walk out of this place with a 4 star rating, I remain stuck at 3 (our favorite magic number) because they're still really good with potential to grow upon revisit. With the dishes I ordered today, however, I guess I felt like...I was expecting one thing and got another. Or maybe the nostalgia of my taste buds was mistaken. I mean, it HAS been years since I last ate at one of these. Well, the decorum looked about the same as I remember it. The location makes sense and all that. But as I received my egg drop soup, the first thing that caught me slightly off guard was the appearance of it; more specifically, the color. Typically, egg drop soup comes as a light yellowish color with much larger egg whites, I might add. This one looked more like smaller bits of egg white were dipped into chicken broth. That's okay, though. Because it still tasted fine. Only...this soup had a bit of a sweet aftertaste to it. Whilst admittedly very strange, it didn't deter me from finishing my soup. Overall, it wasn't bad. It's just that I've had better. And then there's the chicken fried rice. But ya know what I'll never understand about places like this? Why oh why...must the portion size of fried rice be so HUGE?? This isn't just P.F. Chang's either. Most Asian restaurants serve entirely too much rice with...everything! This would probably be welcome if I was training to be a sumo wrestler or just got off of Jenny Craig and was celebrating via binge eating. But my GOD! That must've been about 2 pounds of rice. But that's not even the worst part when you stop to consider this: there is entirely too little chicken or egg in there. Plenty of veggies though, so I'll give them a point. The taste: only ingredients come to mind when describing their fried rice: sugar, spice, and everything nice! In plain English all that means is it tastes good, despite the fact that you can clearly detect some spice to it. And once again...that sweet aftertaste lingers on. I don't get it. There must be something in the sauce they use because I even tried to counteract it with some soy sauce. But that dang sweetness lingers on. *sigh* Oh, Chang's...what's going on? Are we cooking with chocolate syrup back there or what? Don't worry though. This place is not bad at all. These are really minor nitpicks I'm pointing out. But the main one that *is* a concern of mine is the portion control. Too much rice, too little chicken, and too little egg. Ultimately, I would have to request additional of the latter two and that would cost extra, of course. When all's said and done, you could literally feed 2 to 3 people with just that one dish. Overall: great lunch spot, when you look past the surprisingly plebeian presentation of the chicken fried rice...or the fact that their egg drop soup is somehow not as good as some of the ones I've had from various short order Chinese take-aways. Went to P.F. Chang's on New Year's eve eve I had a really good time. My server Nikki is outstanding. I had the Singapore peppered chicken with the brown rice the service was was great and my server was very good. We did not have to wait around for food or drinks. Nikki's attention to detail was spot on. I really appreciate the fact that she was prompt and quick to remove used dishes from the table to make room for the main course. This is my first visiting this establishment and I must say that I will be returning with my family in the future I really enjoyed my meal and my time spent. I usually enjoy P.F. Changs. This particular location was, unfortunately, not as enjoyable. We ordered the bbq pork spare ribs, chicken fried rice, honey shrimp, and Mongolian beef. The appetizer of the bbq pork spare ribs was tasty. The food went downhill from there. The chicken fried rice and honey shrimp were both bland. The shrimp was almost inedible. The mongolian beef was very dry and hard to chew. Not to mention, most of the meat was hidden under a ton of green onions. There were more green onions than beef. The customer service was satisfactory. Our waitress was friendly up until we told her the shrimp was bland. She then became abrupt. She also did not offer to refill our empty cups of water. Ordered delivery on 02/18/24, Sunday night for dinner. Kung Pau Chicken and Lo Mein. The following day my wife and I woke up sick. I had upset stomach and neusea and my wife the same only worse. The service was excellent! Thank you Carimen! She was so sweet, soft spoken, and checked in multiple times. I wanted iced coffee which was not on the menu, but she made it happen. The food was delicious. We got the orange chicken +noodles, and Mongolian beef + noodles. Went here for some late munch with a friend. Ordered the salmon. The flavor was fantastic only had a small issue with bones. Waitress saw this and before I said anything wanted to take care of the issues. The manager came over and wanted to make it right quickly offering for me to have anything else made to make sure I didn't go hungry. He made sure I was well taken care of was apologetic, even though it wasn't anything they caused in purpose! Fantastic service and great staff. This location has been opened for a while and while I haven't been avoiding it per se, I haven't gone out of my way to go. The food is good (kind of what you would expect out of Chili's if they did Asian Fusion) and the ambiance is nice so it'll stay in my back pocket as a back up plan when on the Eastside. I met my husband here for lunch. He had some limited time so going to a sit-down, order your drinks, then order your food, eat, and then ask for the check type of place was a little iffy. But I can happily report that we were in and out within an hour. Even with the weekday lunch rush. The offer smaller portions of food for their lunch menu and we ordered this way, but the prices really didn't feel that much smaller so in the future I would just opt for the regular size portion. We started with the Dynamite Shrimp. I liked it, it definitely was dynamite. I ordered the Mongolian Beef (which is gluten free... not that I care, but the menu stresses it so I thought I should). I don't know why I keep trying with PF Changs. Well, I guess because it used to be so tasty. I ordered wonton soup, chicken lettuce wraps, combo fried rice, beef and broccoli, crispy honey shrimp, Singapore noodles. I swear, it was all bad except the beef and broccoli, which was just ok. The wontons in the soup were soggy on the outside...like literally falling apart. Broth was bland and had a weird flavor. Crispy honey shrimp was beyond soggy. It was delivered, so the blame can go to that, but the container had a hole for the steam to go out and it wasn't opened so the whole thing was basically wet. The Singapore noodles were dry...looked like hay. I miss PF Changs, back when they had good food. This was a terrible waste of money! Don't bother eating here! read more

As busy as it is here I find the food mediocre. It's hard to forgive a chain restaurant having inadequate food quality.

I recommend going for happy hour from 3-6 on weekdays. Their food is very good but could be very pricey. My husband has been ordering their pepper steak with white rice which is a hit or miss. Claimed the 2nd time he ordered it, it tasted and looked more like pepper steak should. I ordered some chicken egg rolls, pad thai, shrimp dim sum dumplings, and the kaleidoscope roll. The dim sum is kinda pricier than authenitc dim sum in other chinese restaraunts but they were pretty big and dazzled with lots of other good stuff. I would recommend trying it still. Pad thai was pretty good and it includes tofu with no extra charge which is awesome. Although, i believe it cost 16$ for chicken and shrimp. Ouch. Egg rolls were the meat option, however almost 90% of the filling was a bunch of the veggie filler. Kind of a let down. I do not suggest getting their sushi. The kaleidoscope roll is about 11$ and they made this really small, spring roll wrapped roll. Barely any rice or the main ingredients for the roll. Since i recently had Sunnys sushi, i couldnt help but feel ripped off with Chang's sushi. Hitting up happy hour next time for some chicken lettuce wraps! read more

When ordering, I omitted shrimp from a dish and was immediately asked if I had a allergy. I do :( Fish and shellfish. The dish I ordered also had fish sauce so it was a no. They brought me a print out of a fish/fish & shellfish free menu for me to order safely from. So much appreciated. I went with the lettuce wraps and veggie spring rolls, both delish and quick. Brand new PF Changs and I would've expected more attention to detail. If you like your food cold from the gitgo, then this is the place! I don't! The Brussels sprouts in wok, a dish that should be healthy, was sooo spicy it was inedible. I tried and gave up. Food presentation lacks attraction.
