Came late night and ordered online for pick up. Place was completely empty and super dark ambiance. They have a take out section you can enter in from. This is my first time trying this place and my first thought was it's a pricey Panda Express. Food was mid. The wonton soup was lacking on flavor, brought was completely bland. The kung pao beef was alright in flavor but the beef pieces weren't tender and was coated in like a cornstarch for texture I guess. I did enjoy their green beans. We got the tofu fried rice and that was also lacking flavor and the tofu was too deep fried that it was dry and felt like you were chewing on rubber. The salmon cream cheese sushi roll was untouched, that was also deep fried. I despise deep fried sushi. My daughter did not eat it after 1 bite. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business lol. It's lacking on the menu. Very Americanize Chinese food. Service was great though! Food not so much

There are three guarantees in life: 1. Death 2. Taxes ( which feels like death) 3. P.F Chang's Seriously! Go to any P.F Chang's in America and your meal will be fresh, delicious , and consistent! I really don't understand how anyone would rate this place anything other than 5 stars. What's not to like? Is it not authentic enough for you? Is it too expensive? Maybe , but this is a different level and quality of ingredients. You get what you pay for people. I always opt for Mongolian beef because it is perfect. However , I did switch things up and tried the hot and sour soup and it was fantastic. I always save room for dessert. That chocolate cake is phenomenal , and the butter cake with ice cream was delicious. 5 stars from me - like usual. This is a place where I go to get high quality Chinese food-in a fine dining environment.

    Dinner with my hubby...

Went in a date with my hubby just him and I. We went to go look at shoes first and then decided let's take a walk and ended up here. I'm so glad we did because it fit the night so perfectly. It felt very intimate with the dimmed lights and the vibe. It wasn't busy at all. We got the dinner for two... and we still brought food home and were able to have another serving a little later. This place was super clean including the bathrooms The bar was not packed at all either... it wasn't loud inside so we were able to flirt and could hear each others jokes lol. It was just a great time... Thank you and See you in 2026!

After settling in to my hotel (Doubletree by Hilton) I need to eat. Unfortunately, there were no options for dinner in the downtown (city gov't center) area. I asked a hotel staffer and she told me I need to drive to the shopping area. Thank goodness for Google Maps. A 15-minute drive took me to large shopping center and right on the corner, a PF Changs. It was still in the high 90s and I was hot, tired and hungry. So it was a welcome sight so far from home. Again, I was so tempted to order an adult beverage, but with training the next morning, I opted of OJ. I had the pork egg rolls (nice!) and the black pepper chicken (hot!). The chicken was much more spicy than I thought and I tapped out halfway through. This guy can handle a little spice, but if I were to order it again, I'd ask if they could reduce it my 50% (not sure if it's possible). All in all, everything was good. I did eat like a tourist. PF Changs always satisfies. I would definiteley go back. Here a few pics for you viewing pleasure.

Crab wontons were over-fried to the point of dryness. Firecracker shrimp had tiny shrimp drowning in overly sweet sauce and chili oil basically a plate of oil and chili seeds by the end. The sushi? I've never seen shrimp disappear that fast. Microscopic pieces. The food wasn't awful but it wasn't worth the money. The service there, the lady looked really tired and didn't really care, they took their time and didn't seem happy to work there when taking our order. The dining room looked really nice with dim lighting. Loved the ambience.

New years eve dinner was a great one at pf changs with my hubby! We had reservations so we didn't really wait and we sat at a nice booth which was a little more romantic than the rest of the tables. They have new and seasonal items so we made sure to try a few. For drinks we had the seasonal cranberry martini and the Japanese old fashioned. They were both excellent and memorable in the way that they wrre presented! The server let us record the opening of the smoke coming out of the old fashioned as he lifted the lid and him shaking and pouring the cranberry martini over the large ice cube with frozen fruit. My hubby has tried old fashions at many restaurants and this one was a little larger and had more flavor! I have recently been ordering more martinis and this one was definitely one of the best! Definitely felt the liquor but wasn't too strong, and it wasn't a super cranberry flavor. We tried a different appetizer than we usually get... the dynamite shrimp. We both decided we wouldn't get that again. The shrimp had alot of batter/breading and were a little mushy inside. We also ordered the broccoli beef, black pepper chicken, and the garlic noodles. The beef and chicken were ok but not as much as our favorites (Mongolian beef and Kung pao chicken) hubby liked the garlic noodles and we'll probably order again. Eventhough we were pretty full we ordered a desert. Our waitress mentioned we could get a half order and share it. One of my favorite deserts anywhere is the banana spring rolls... its so good with a few fresh berries and a scoop of a delicious icecream that reminds me of Hawaii... so tropical and unique. The highlight of the evening was definitely the drinks and the great service!

On Mother's Day my husband and daughter took me to P.F. Chang's for dinner. We have not been to this restaurant for a long time. One dish I really like is the Chilean Sea Bass. It is served with sautéed spinach and white or brown rice and a wonderful sauce. When I made the reservation for dinner, I asked if they still had this dish. I was disappointed that it was no longer on the menu! However, the hostess making the reservation said that while it's not on the menu you can make a special order. Apparently the entree is made available,by request, on special occasions. I asked for two servings of this delicious entree. My husband likes it too. P.F. Chang's a beautiful restaurant in the River Park Shopping Center. I was impressed with the service and friendly staff. Upon arriving we were seated for our dinner. (Making a reservation is a must!). It's such a beautiful place! With exceptional service. I can't wait to go back!

Stopped by PF Chang's for Veteran's Day meal. Nani was the hostess who explained the Chinese characters on the wine glasses. T.K. was the food server who learned about the "Blue Dolphin" &!CBD drink. T.K. also confirmed "cheers" on the wine glasses. Ordered Mongolian Beef over noodles. Thank you PF Chang's for recognizing & serving the veteran community.

Food not very good, very pricey for a small salad that had only lettuce and wontons, rice with orange slices. Strawberries and blueberries advertised online but didnt get. I cant eat oranges. Very disappointed.

The service was great. We were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary. We wanted to try the sushi dishes and we were not disappointed. So good! It was also Wine Wednesday so we got a lovely, favorite bottle of wine at half price! Pretty special. Rather than fighting evening crowds, we prefer first lunch seating. Quiet! We look forward to going back before the Tokyo Summer ends.

Just beware that it does take longer to cook than some of the other dishes on the menu, so be prepared for a little bit of a wait. It is definitely worth it. From August 1st through August 31st, kids eat free as long as the adults/parents purchase an entree, which is a really good deal. I would definitely recommend the steamed fish. It comes with a side of rice and a salad, and it's filling enough that you get a lot for your money. I also like that they have a membership rewards app that you can download. It's under Lin's Restaurant Group. I can go to their neighboring restaurants and the discounts and rewards really add up, especially if you eat at these places often. The kids chow mein and orange chicken. My kids loved it. The orange chicken comes with a side of rice. Like I said, there was a little bit of a wait for the fish, but it was absolutely worth it. I like that the food isn't super greasy like typical Chinese food and the flavors in each dish are amazing. It's also nice that they give either white rice or a salad on the side if you order an entree. My favorite entrees have to be the sweet & sour chicken, orange chicken, and the mango chicken. The new Brasen beef is pretty good too and the wings appetizer. I've only dined at the restaurant twice but the customer service is pretty good. Everyone is polite and happy. Since the restaurant is kind of small, it does feel a little cramped inside when it gets packed which can make some people feel claustrophobic. This is why I typically just order to-go hehe

There are a few things we plan to go back and try though. Based on his recommendation we tried the scallop temaki and it was delicious but we still really want to try the scallop spoons. Everyone talked about the sushi so we tried the house Iza Sake roll, it was good but honestly didn't blow us away. So many reviews told us to splurge on the Wagu A-5 hot rock lettuce wraps. It was fun to have them cooked in front of us and the meat was buttery, I would say to save your money. Let them cook your fried rice in front of you for the ambiance and you get more for less money. It also has Wagu beef. We also tried the bone marrow and we liked it but I do believe it's an acquired taste. We had two mixed drinks the Hibiscus Shoga, very good, but a bit too sweet. Then the Kohahu Carmel Old Fashioned which was a recommendation and we love old fashions. This was good but way too sweet for us. I do recommend the Kurosawa Nigori. We plan to return to try the spoons and seafood risotto and maybe the lobster temaki. Also recommend going earlier than later. We had an 8pm reservation and the grill was cleaned at 9pm so it was a surprise to have the kitchen closed so early.

We just had a long day working on location with the crew and we want food fast and not complicated…read more A Chinese buffet fits the bill, easy in and easy out and food right away without waiting. This Lin's Fusion seemed like a huge buffet from the reviews, so we headed over here. It located right off the 41 freeway at the East Shaw exit. Go west to Blackstone and turn left and go to the first light and turn into the shopping center. There's plenty of parking. WE go in and find the price is about $30 per person for dinner. I guess it's worth it, cause the place and choices are so big. We get seated and drink orders taken. Hey, I think they have a full bar here, so one COULD order cocktails with you Chinese food. We didn't, though I think a couple of my crew wanted to. The word "fusion" in the name of the buffet kinda didn't seem like any fusion with other than a regular Chinese buffet was going on. All the regular stuff was here in the way of Chinese food as well as sushi and the Mongolian grill area. There was lots of seafood out, like crab legs and salt pepper shrimp and other shellfish. All my crew is experienced at these kinda buffets, so they just headed up to the food and filled their plates. I like taking them to buffets, cause it keeps them all happy and buffets don't take 2 hours to eat at like some sit down restaurant. We all got our fill and did the full belly waddle outta there!

I visited Linn Fusion, for years since it was New China. Twice this year I've visited , and…read moreunfortunately both visits were disappointing. The food quality has gone downhill, which is disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food tastes like freezer Chinese food rewarmed. Our large party was automatically charged a 15% gratuity, yet the service didn't justify it. Our server only brought water once and never refilled drinks till we were leaving. We were seated at the only table they have for large parties, located in the back near the dessert area. The table was wobbly, appeared to have a folding table added to make room, and was cramped and uncomfortable. What I don't understand is why large parties are charged extra when the seating and service are no different from any other table in the restaurant. If you're paying more, there should be better accommodations or added service, not the same experience everyone else receives. After two disappointing visits this year, I won't be returning. It's unfortunate because I used to love this restaurant. I suggest to go to another place for large parties or for business events. just fyi it was almost $300 for 5 adults 3 children. Also on a previous visit I went two hours before closing the food quality is extremely horrible and they don't refill the food anymore. They started mopping it smelled like dirty mop. Still charge full price. They just let you eat whatever is out. Sad to say
