Being it was either their first or second day open, typical opening-day experience: waaaayyyy too much staff but, again, opening days. Some hiccups as far as seating and too much checking in from other servers and managers. Now, when it came to our server, she was very nice and knowledgeable and just the right amount of conversation. Food was very good. No complaints there at all. Wishing we would've order an app. as we watched another table get the, what we think was, dumplings and sounded and looked yummy. Started off ok but server was forgetful and I had to ask for sweetener twice before he brought it to the table. When I asked the second time, he didn't even apologize for forgetting the first time. My husband tried to order several different kinds of beers and they were out of literally everything. Blamed it on Father's Day weekend but shouldn't they have plans for that? Next incident that happened was that our meal was served and my husband received steamed rice rather than the brown rice that was ordered. He asked the waiter about it, and the waiter told him that they were also out of brown rice. he offered to upgrade my husband to fried rice, but my husband did not want to have fried rice so he said he would stick with the steamed rice that was served. The next thing that you know the guy is walking away, shaking his head at us. That is one I decided I needed to take things into my own hands. I summoned the restaurant manager over. I explained everything that had just transpired and he apologized profusely and told us he would send another waiter over to take care of us for the rest of our meal. His name is Dave and I have to say that his approach and apology changed everything for us. At the end of the day I have to give this place three stars for the food but knocked off two stars for everything else. Got a text that the food was ready and replied with "HERE" and the spot I was in, as instructed, then had to call and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Opening Night for the Fort Worth - Alliance location was a success. My server, Nitza (sp?), was fabulous. Staff was very friendly. A hostess complimented my beard, which is a point of contention with my wife. LOL! Made for a fun conversation on the way home!! I had the Miso Glazed Salmon and would have licked the plate if could have gotten away with it. We had a hiccup with a take home order for our kids, but it was addressed quickly. My family had takeout last night. One of the entrees was not in the bag but luckily I noticed before leaving the parking lot. An employee found the missing entree in the kitchen and commented the "C team is working back there". Even if true, thats not an excuse that you would want customers to hear. We got reservations for our anniversary. The ambiance was great. We order lettuce chicken wraps, calamari and beef fried rice The chicken was Luke wwarmand we sent it back. The calamari was greasey and under cooked. We had to send that back also. The rice was a little warmer than Luke warm. Recommendation, train the cooks to heat up the food and the waiters to check often to ensure it's brought to the customer fresh and hot. Let me begin by saying I'm a huge PF changes fan. Or have been. This location was simply awful. Waited for rice after meals were brought out- about 10-15 minutes...rice completely undercooked, not edible. Let server know and she said manager would come over, never came. The entire scan a code to pay for your bill is ridiculous as you have to put in all your order info- Credit card number, exp, etc and your name and address, email... takes away from the entire restaurant experience of going to a place to do minimal work and be served. We went last night with out of town guest and were turned away at the door because we had 7 people. The hostess said they don't take parties larger than 4 until 9pm. Help me understand why a restaurant will take a party of 4 and another party of 3, no issue but if the tables are together, this is not acceptable. They were not busy from what I could tell. We went the first Friday it opened and we're incredibly pleased. We were able to get a reservation and the wait wasn't but 5 minutes past our reservation time, great given it was opening weekend. We had Lay as our waitress, and she was friendly and very accommodating. The ambience was great and the food was amazing. The amount of food you get is plentiful, we both had lunch for the next day. I want to start this review off by stating that I am VERY disappointed. When I heard a P.F. Chang's was opening up in the area, I got so excited and had been excited to try it for a while now. On Mother's Day my husband and kids took me out to dinner they made a reservation and we waited nearly an hour for our table PAST our reservation time. Once we finally got to sit down to eat, we were told they were out of the calamari and the noodles. We were bummed out but understanding. We decided to give them a second chance today and made a reservation for 8pm. We got there at 8:03 and waited about 5 minutes before anyone greeted us at the host stand. Once we were greeted we were told we needed to wait 15-20 minutes for a table to be ready. Let me just point out the fact that half the tables were completely empty and set ready for anyone coming in to sit and enjoy a nice meal. I decided to leave. I am extremely displeased with the customer service, and if I could give them 0 stars overall I would. read more

If it's possible I won't give any star. Last Friday first time in P.F.. As an Asian background, I didn't set a high expectations for it, just wanna give a try. It's turn out to be very disappointing. 1. Hygiene: I expecting nice and clean since it's new. Unfortunately, menu is greasy with food mark. We asked for extra bowl for kids. The bowl came out toasty warm but with last person left over dried pieces on it (the bowl is black soo easy to spot!!). 2. Food: I can't believe they are using the the most cheapest white rice in here. It make the food hundred times worse. food portions are so small. Feels like they are feeding a bird. The only decent size is lo mein. Taste overall is food court quality. To be honest, Panda Express is way much better than here(Quality , Quantity and the price tag).
