I recently ordered delivery from PF Changs..I was really disappointed in what I received and paid $20 for which does not include the tip! I ordered the shrimp covered in some kind of candied orange sauce fried and white rice. It was terrible..the sauce covering the shrimp was hot like jalapeños..which they never mentioned in their menu that is it spicy..which I cannot tolerate! The white rice was dried out & had no taste at all..let's face it..it takes a lot to not cook rice. It is one of the easiest things for anyone to cook! Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. Place was busy but not so much that we didn't get in straight away. Service was good, waitress friendly and helpful. Wife likes that you can substitute Quinoa for rice. The cashew chicken was excellent...as expected. I was a little disappointed in the lobster avocado roll. The bottled beer was good. The Mongolian Beef was consistent. The best item we had was the pork pot stickers - pan fried. The water tasted "funny"; my dinner plate didn't look clean (a turn off). The food mostly tasted like I could have poured it out of a bag at home. PF Chang's is just OK now it seems. Has gone sort of stale. My PF Chang's experience was not a good one. The service was definitely lacking. I went with my wife and two friends to celebrate a college graduation, and we made the wrong choice. The food took a very long time, and it seemed like our table was sorely neglected by the wait staff. What made it worse was that there were consistently at least 3-4 people standing around in plain sight by the hostess stand doing nothing while we were sitting there with empty glasses, needing a new fork, or wanting to ask a question. Food is also not worth the price that they charge. It is good, but you can get equal quality from any Chinese take out place for half the price. Overall if was a big letdown. We spent too much time chasing down service, and not enough time enjoying ourselves. read more

I've eaten at a handful of PF Chang's when in the metroplex and I feel that this one was my least favorite. The food was good (like always) but our waitress was overly flirty with us and the table next to us and would just happen to disappear when we would need refills or napkins or place our order. Because the food was brought out by a person other than the server, we received our food rather quickly despite the crowd. I usually order Kung Pow Beef and lettuce wraps but wanted to try something new on this visit. I waited patiently for the waitress to appear so I could ask for recommendations but she (as I mentioned earlier) was too busy flirting with the table adjacent to us. Once they finally left I was too frustrated to ask her any question that would give her a reason to stay at our table so I ended up ordering my usual. We are fans of the food - sorry to say we order the same things most of the time... but they are dishes we really love! Tonight, my order was scheduled for 6:40 (I arrived at 6:35) and my food wasn't ready to go until 7pm. No big deal, really. This time I got a large order of their wonton soup - it is such a tasty broth, and they add some greens, a little chicken, a little shrimp and mushrooms. So flavorful! What amazes me the most - the food is right - the order is right - we get what we order online and they do a great job of assembling our order - with lots of little pieces of this and that. The "Take Out" server, Raphael, is incredible!!! I don't know how he does it. Every time we do take out he's working at warp speed. He's a really good employee - you should see him rushing around & good with the customers - P.F.Chang's you'd better keep him happy cause if he goes you'll need at least 2 people to replace him... I had the Ma Po Tofu here for lunch. It was plenty of food... vegetarian and healthy as well. Steamed broccoli florets were perfect... crispy tofu cubes with chili and ginger sauce. Not too much heat.. but a lot of flavor. And the dish was beautiful as presented. Service was spot-on, even though the place was packed. I noticed the manager was working the rest room upkeep and going around the dining area. I complimented his work and he brought my two colleagues who were new to Chang's $10 gift cards to make sure they came back. Nice touch. read more

Came in at lunch before going to airport and had great experience. Our waitress was fast and awesome. She greeted us within seconds of being seated. I had the moo goo gai pan and asked for a little spice and it was perfect. My wife had the chicken lettuce wraps and waitress said one of her favs. I asked for soup and she made clear that was extra but I was in the mood. Hate waiters that don't warn about up charges, especially when on expense account. Made small mistake with wife's soup and quickly owned up to it and replaced. Kitchen was average time and food was good. Tea glasses stayed full and she was so quick it felt like we got out in half the time and had plenty of time for flight. Have not been here for a while and it was what I expected. Nice atmosphere with American style Chinese food. Decent sized portions of food that tastes ok. Nothing will blow you away and only one thing was poor. They were the edamame dumpling. Thick, chewy, bland. Nothing good here. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps are good. Lots of lettuce with a decent chopped chicken and veggie mix. Salty but I like salt. The salt and pepper shrimp were disappointing. Way overspiced and this was too salty for me! General Tao's Chicken and the wide noodles with pork were good. The pork was very dry with the noodles though. Quick, friendly service. Nice manager who gave us a free appetizer due to a server shortage that night and a very short wait. All good. Food is just not a star here but serviceable. read more

I ordered online and they had it ready soon as I got there - their management staff is very nice and offered me a drink while I wait just a little for them to bring the ticket. Service - We did take out but front end staff were very nice and warm. Food - Great quanity of food for lunch - we ordered for three people but we were able to have at least 5 people to eat. Everything tasted great but beef and broccoli was on the salty side. We also ordered side of egg rolls and it was a bit soggy side. Their to go side of spices were enough for only two people. I am an UberEats delivery driver, first time ever coming to a P.F. Chang's in any capacity, the business note was unclear for where to park/go to pickup the order, the hostess at the front entrance was on the phone on a personal call laughing very loud with a friend, glared at me and rudely pointed in the general direction where I needed to pickup, several staff members in the kitchen all made eye contact with me all the while I was waving my arms and very loudly asking someone to please help me, bc their own signage specified to wait for assistance not grab n go. I got fed up and just grabbed the order and left. Worst experience with the most unprofessional staff I've ever met. Had a late lunch yesterday and we were seated quickly. As we walked to our table, I noticed that when we were walking to our table that our shoes were sticking to the floor. There were several tables that had not been cleaned from previous diners and there floor was so dirty. I watched one of the wait staff clean off the table and sweep the floor however did not move the chairs out to sweep under the table. They missed a lot of food under and around the table. I do understand that they might be understaffed but a restaurant should be clean and during covid even more so. I touched a table and it was so sticky. We got the charred beef stir fry. The beef was a bit tough, but not bad. Other food was fine. What bothers me is how average the Great Wall of Chocolate dessert tasted like. First, the thing is 7.95....REALLY??!! Almost the price of an entree. And, it was obviously frozen and then thawed....to quickly Well, everyone knows that if you thaw out cake, and it does not thaw perfectly uniform, it can taste weird, moist in one place, hard in another and like a wet sponge in other places. This restaurant has lost some of its appeal. We had lunch here on a Saturday at Noon and I was shocked that the place was less than half full. It was not that long ago that you had to stand in line for 30 minutes to get a table. Perhaps the substantial price increases on the menu are part of the reason? I used to order Mongolian Beef, previously $12.95. Now, it is $17.95! That is waaay out of range for a lunch dish. My GF and I shared an order of Crispy Honey Shrimp ($18.95) a couple of egg rolls, an order of lettuce wraps (small plate) and BBQ rib app. With a glass of tea the total was nearly $50 for two, and we only had one entree! The upside is that the food was as good or better than I remember from our last visit. Everything was served hot and was quite good. On our last visit, the Crispy Honey Shrimp were cold and mushy, this time they were perfect. They no longer mix up the dipping sauce for the lettuce wraps at the table like before, but our waitress offered to do it when we asked about the change in policy. Our server, Christina, was excellent and very efficient. We will be back, but perhaps during the week when they offer some lunch specials. read more

This review is for dining in at the bar top. I came in for lunch today, right when they opened at 11am. Often, the bartenders are still setting up, which I've come accustomed to. Instead, I was greeted pleasantly and promptly, asking if I'd like a menu and if I knew what I'd like to drink, with a smile on his face. I travel weekly, and it's not often service sticks out in my mind. Austin was very personable, talking about work and kids with me, while still respecting the fact that I was on my laptop, working through lunch. I would have given a higher rating but just before dessert we realized a knife, just taken out of the napkin was dirty. The place is, in my opinion, very tastefully decorated. That wasn't a killer for me though. The ambience was very nice. Loved that we arrived post 9:30pm & were able to have dinner. Our food was good but my husband first ordered a dish suggested by the waiter that he didn't really like. Though they were very nice about taking it back and getting him something else. Not blaming the waiter for anything, I think it was a case of just ordering something he really didn't care for. My food was good, I was satisfied. It was my first time eating at P.F. We decided to come here since we were craving Chinese and haven't been to PF Chang's in a long time. They have a four course meal for two and decided to order it so we can eat family style. Four course meal comes with soup (egg flour or hot and sour), 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, white or brown rice, banana egg roll. You also can upgrade your dessert for an extra $4 to anything on the menu. We had egg flour soup and hot and sour soup, lettuce wrap chicken, steamed pork dumplings, fried calamari, pad Thai, orange chicken, Kung pao shrimp, beef and broccoli, cheesecake and banana egg roll with ice cream. - soups were ok - steamed dumplings - bland - *fried calamari - cut into strips on top of fried rice noodles. We felt there was more noodle than the calamari - lettuce wrapped chicken - very good - pad Thai combo meat - ok - beef with broccoli - not good - orange chicken - terrible and cold - Kung pao shrimp - ok but cold - fried banana egg rolls - yuck - cheesecake - kids liked it We weren't blown away with any of the food we had tonight. The best was probably the lettuce wrapped chicken followed by the pad Thai. A bit disappointed about the food quality not being so good also food was not hot... This reminded us why we stopped coming... The only pro was the service. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our food came out quickly and efficiently. I give her 5 stars but because of our food not being so good, I gave 3 stars overall. *fried calamari is not part of the 4 course meal. read more

We agree with the overall 3 star rating they have earned. It is poor service that is killing their ratings. We had menus left on our table for most of the meal, both of us ran out of beverages for a significant portion of the meal and had to wait an extraordinarily long time just to request the bill. Even after requesting the bill, we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring the bill before our credit card was taken to pay. The food was as good as any P.F. Chang's, which I would generally rate higher. Their wonton soup is the best I've ever had; it has shrimp, mushrooms and water chestnuts in addition to wontons. I had the shrimp in lobster sauce and it was also good. My husband had some sort of BBQ dish, whose exact name escapes me, and he thought it was good, too. read more

I did order a togo instead. And waited for another 20 mins. I recently dined at the Grapevine location with a party of 10 co-workers. The reservation was at 5pm, and there was no wait for our table, and not many other tables full at that time. For appetizers, we had the seared Ahi, which was absolutely delicious, and the lettuce wraps. (As a friend put it, the lettuce wraps keep the lights on at PF Chang's.) I can't even begin to say how great those suckers are. The chicken entree that goes into the wraps is delicious, and not too spicy. The sauce that comes with it adds just enough spice to drive your taste buds over the top. Our party waited to order dinner for at least an hour, in which time the tables around us, and the whole restaurant had filled up. Even at the busiest point, when we ordered, the plates of food were delivered quickly, and were delicious. I recommend the fried rice, the lemon pepper shrimp, and the kung-pao scallops, which were all delicious. One of my coworkers ordered the mongolian beef, with asparagus substituted for the scallions - and it was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend trying that at your next visit. All in all, with a huge party, during dinner rush hour, I thought we had an excellent meal, and great service to boot! read more

In from out of town so my first visit to this location. From start to finish it was a great experience. The dim sum appetizer as well as the Brussels sprouts were very tasty.
