We lucked out on picking our night out-they happened to be having a Heroes deal that covered buy 1, get 1 entree for service industry workers. It was a nice surprise, but it did not seem well advertised. A waitress leaving happened to mention it, but there was no mention inside or signage that showed it. Anyway, it turned out to be a great deal and we both enjoyed our dishes, we also tried the pick 2 smaller size apps-wontons and lettuce wraps. Both tasty! The waiter was very helpful all night, the reservation had us seated promptly and the dining room was clean and quiet, overall a nice night out!

Tried P.F. Chang's for the first time in my life, and honestly was not impressed. Prices? High. Food? Mediocre; bland. Portions? Small. At $60 for 2 people, while already making cuts such as ordering off the dinner specials menu, drinking water, and getting the 1/2 sized app instead of full, I expect the food to at least taste phenomenal. It, however, tasted like almost nothing at all. My Mongolian beef was extremely bland, even once I added chili oil (which, for the record, was also not spicy at all, except maybe for someone under 5 years old.). The lo mein with it also tasted like almost nothing, and was a denser, chewier noodle than I've had as "lo mein" before. Very reminiscent of an al dente spaghetti tossed *lightly* in soy sauce, yet undersalted. I deeply regretted upcharging to get each of these items. Lettuce wraps were delicious, and if I came back, I'd get these as my meal. However, they are extremely expensive to just be chicken and lettuce. Our server was great, no complaints there. Restaurant was also clean and nicely decorated. But none of that means anything when the food is bad. I would have much rather gotten takeout Chinese food, from basically anywhere (as the vast majority will consistently nail the flavors), and eaten it at home.

First time going to this restaurant and the atmosphere was nice. Was seated right away as it was slow. The server was awesome, he told us about the drinks and what were refilled and not. I was excited about the food but when it came out I was a little disappointed. The Mongolian beef had more green onions than protein and the brown rice was extremely crunchy. Rule of thumb...soak the brown rice for 30 mins before cooking. We called our server over and surprisingly he already knew what was wrong before we told him and many customers have complain and nothing has been adjusted. For the high price customers suggestions should be heard and adjustments made. If it wasn't for the server this place would definitely get 2 stars.

P.F. Chang's is good enough. If you're looking for overpriced Asian style food that is under flavored, this is your spot. I was craving lo mein and sesame chicken while in the area and wanted a sit-down spot so I stopped in. I ordered the dinner special with sesame chicken, lo mein, and an egg roll. I also added a half order of the lettuce wraps. The lettuce wraps were to die for. Absolutely delicious! The pork roll was cooked well, crispy on the outside and filled nicely on the inside. The sesame chicken and lo mein were severely under seasoned, which wasn't what I was prepared for. I wish I had gone for take-out instead. The service was great and I liked how intimate the setting was.

Sadly, the PF Changs in Winston Salem closed, so we made the trek to Greensboro. PF Changs is in Friendly Center where you can shop to your hearts content. Our waitress was very friendly and consultative. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, Kung Pow Shrimp and Orange Chicken. Our food and drinks were excellent!

    P. F. Chang's is a solid restaurant that my kid refers to as the "golden horse place". We don't come here often, due to distance, but we do love the food. We came for the chicken lettuce wraps. Simple as that. Yes, we ate more than just lettuce wraps, but that is the main reason why we came. Everyone at our table enjoys them, even both littles. We ordered a full order of lettuce wraps, which allowed everyone to have at least two. We also ordered the Mongolian beef, white rice, and lo mein noodles. It was very tasty and was enough for our family of four. Our server was very attentive, and kept our glasses filled. We arrived for an early dinner, and close to the end of our meal it began to rain so hard it was raining sideways. Our server didn't try to rush us out, and even continued to check on us as we remained at the table after we'd paid. There wasn't a crowd of people waiting, so it was nice to not feel rushed to leave into the monsoon outside. We did visit the restroom while we were here (littles gotta go), and it is to the left of the kitchen door down the hallway. The restroom was clean and smelled pleasant. We will return here again for another lunch or dinner, and we will definitely get the lettuce wraps.

We did had to wait about 25 minutes, the place was nice. Didn't like that I could only go through the revolving door, wish there was a regular door. Had a gift card to try it out from Christmas. The drink was good, but oh my the food was not it for my taste. I had the kung pao chicken with fried rice.. it was a no for me! To be honest I won't be back, there's so many other authentic Asian food around to try. And mind you before the gift card it was almost 70 dollars! Crazy! But our server was super nice, all the staff was but still doesn't make up for the lack of taste.

Our waitress staff was such a sweet soul!!!! The soup was delicious and the teriyaki chicken was very good! I love the feel of a good PF Chang's!!! It's moody, fabulous and clean!

One of the best chain style restaurants out there. Food tastes fresh and atmosphere is great. Our waitstaff Dillion was awesome, attentive and patient. We had the broccoli beef, honey shrimp, teriyaki chicken and soup. HIGHLY recommend the wonton soup and the teriyaki chicken!! Both were amazing. The others were really good too. My only complaint was the lo mein and the fried rice. Not great but everything else more than made up for it!!

Crab Wontons the filling was bland and the oil needs to be changed smelled the burnt oil as soon as the set them down

I highly do not recommend this place. Just start off we sat down. I watched our server go to the tables around us never touched our table. Never even greeted us after 15 minutes of sitting at the table. I finally went to the front. Advised them of the server has not touched our table and has walked past us multiple times this service started out much better once they moved us. We started off with the crab wontons as soon as they sent them down on the table you can smell the burnt oil. I ordered the Mongolian beef was very bland. When I let the server know about the crab wontons, he stated I don't think we can take those off because it's part of the special he didn't bring a manager over. He never went to a manager and a manager never touched our table.. I understand there's That experiences and restaurants. This one I felt was not handled correctly and I will not be returning.

I ordered The lunch version of man. beef with white rice & a pork egg roll. And a kids chicken, noodles, broccoli & fruit. The man. beef & rice was really good & a great size. My granddaughter also really liked the chicken & noodles. My favorite was the pork egg roll. It was delicious!

2nd time to visit High Point, North Carolina, after 12 long years. My cousin Pete and wife Lori Ann invited us to this place, P.F. Chang, High Point. Good foods, huge servings and prices are competitive. Our server Dynasty ,was really awesome, polite and fast in getting and serving our orders. She's always there to check our needs and necessities. Place is huge , clean and fully staffed who are polite, friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience with my family. Happy tummy to everyone.

Best we've had yet in the Triad area by a long shot. First off, the online ordering process is super easy, and the estimated time for pick up was spot on. Highly recommend ordering online beforehand. The place was slammed, packed in like sardines on a Saturday evening. Everyone waiting for orders, and even if you don't order prior, the wait would still be worth it. This place was a well oiled machine, everyone knowing exactly what to do and how to pump out stellar authentic Chinese food quickly and efficiently. Flavorful dishes, authentic spices and sauces, juicy meat, perfectly cooked noodles and rice...you name it, this place does it right. Crispy scallion chicken is the bomb! Each and every other dish we had was top notch, including the pork egg foo young, chicken lo mein, house special fried rice (chicken pork and shrimp). And can't leave out the perfectly fried pork egg rolls...taste overload. Can't wait to come back and try more of this amazing and truly authentic Chinese joint.

It tasted fresh and no signs of the red pork that you sometimes get (thumbs up).The Curry Chicken sauce was really good. The chicken was nice and tender, the vegetables were fresh and crisp. We didn't order them this time, but they're definitely on the list for a future visit. Everything we did get was packed with flavor. The crab rangoons and pork dumplings arrived hot and fresh, and the Dan Dan noodles, orange chicken, chicken chow fun, and garlic beef were all very tasty. One of the biggest positives here is consistency of flavor, something that's been surprisingly hard to find with a lot of Chinese takeout spots we've tried in the area. The only real miss for us is that egg foo young isn't on the menu, which my wife loves and always hopes to find. That aside, this is a super solid takeout option for flavorful, authentic, and fresh Chinese food.

Let me be clear for those who think that this is New York Chinese cuisine. It most certainly is not. If you want your standard fair good authentic Chinese cuisine, go to Golden Dragon. That restaurant is closed because I believe the family goes on vacation for about a month a year. They will reopen on July 21, 2026 Good for them. They work hard and they give their customers quality service. Golden Dragon has been around for decades and has always given its customers great food and service. Since Golden Dragon was closed, I decided to decided to try China's Best yesterday to order a family meal. I did it online to avoid any confusion on what we wanted. And was told that there would be a 15 minute wait. Lo and behold, we get there and we wait an additional 20 minutes. When we come home to eat the meal, virtually, nothing is edible with the exception of premade egg rolls and the orange chicken. The pork fried rice we ordered was substandard. I have never had boneless barbecue ribs that were so overly salty and sweet in my life; not to mention being overcooked and having a slightly burnt taste. The fried chicken wings were overcooked and hard. The sweet-and-sour chicken ordered was overcooked and hard; with only a half container of sweet-and-sour sauce included. There was no soy sauce or duck sauce included with the meal whereas usually Chinese restaurants put those condiments out for customers to get at their discretion. I don't know about you, but I like money. So when I pay $56 for a takeout order which I paid gas for to travel to get; only to find that it was an unacceptable mess of a meal, I tend to to appear, to say the least, disappointed. Whoever cooked this meal saw what they were giving their customer and appeared to be completely fine with short changing that customer. Unacceptable! There are plenty of restaurants in Greensboro to go to who strive to give their patrons a quality meal. So I give the biggest word of caution to those entertaining the idea of going to China's Best. DON'T GO!

The noodles were cooked perfectly, nice and saucy, and they even offered it spicy--which I've never been offered before. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. Personally, I wouldn't mind a little more cabbage in it, but that's just preference. The fried chicken wings really surprised me. Usually I end up throwing wings in the air fryer to crisp them up more--but not these. They were already crispy, fresh, and flavorful straight out the container. Now let me talk about the sweet and sour chicken... I've NEVER been a fan. I always thought it looked too breaded and soggy, so I avoided it for years. When I opened my order and realized that's what I got, I was low-key annoyed but decided to try it anyway. And wow--that ended up being my favorite item. The sauce was perfect, and once I dipped it myself, it completely changed my mind about sweet and sour chicken. The soup was also really good--super flavorful with that rich broth and those sesame oil "gold spots" on top (you know it's good when you see that). The only thing I wasn't big on was the plain fried rice--but that's more of a personal preference since I usually don't go for plain fried rice anyway. Next time I'll try the house fried rice.
