There were 8 people in our group. Went on a Saturday evening. The wait was about an hour. The food was delicious. The service was fast. I have been to pf changs before and this is not my first choice due to the price of food. I don't just how they can justify charging much for Chinese food. However, the food presentation was good and the ambiance is slightly upscale compared with other typical Chinese restaurants. I ordered the eggplant dish and it came with rice. I also ordered the great wall chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was shareable. I go to taste my friends honey crispy shrimp which was tasty. My other friend ordered from their seasonal menu. He ordered wagyu and he stated that it was tender and tasty as well. I like their billing process. The receipt had a QR code. On my last carryout order, the disappointing news is I ordered brown rice and got white rice. Maybe that's being picky to most people, but it isn't to me. The good news is the Kung Pao Shrimp was very good, possibly my favorite entree. The crab wontons have always been exceptional, a staple with our meals. My wife wasn't as enamored with her Crispy Honey Chicken as she normally is. She thought it wasn't as crispy as in the past. The carryout order was ready quickly. Lily (server) and Mara (manager) were very hospitable and super kind! The service was great and food was delicious. The only thing keeping it from a 5-star review is the small portion sizes which are seemingly much smaller than they have been over the years. I inquired with Lily about the portion sizes and she kindly informed me of their proper weights for portions and proceeded to involve her manager Mara. Mara came to the table and went above and beyond to speak with us and proceeded to send out an extra half portion of the mongolian beef to ensure our table was satisfied. So it's been a long time since I've been to P.F. Chang's! And I was out Christmas shopping last week and decided to stop in to P.F. Chang's at the district for a quick lunch. I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted by a very kind and happy bartender, Myah! It was so refreshing to actually be acknowledge quickly instead of having to sit and wait for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges that you're there and to have wonderful customer service! We all know and I've had to experience that customer service is basically dead anywhere you go these days. Doesn't matter what kind of business it is. Not only was Myah very nice, She also was very knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I had questions regarding the special menu items, and she answered all of my questions. She also made some wonderful recommendations, which I ended up trying and so happy that I did! I made sure to stop and speak with the restaurant Manager to let her know how wonderful my service was and that I would be back because of it. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she was also very very nice. I will definitely be back only because of the service and that the food was good. It was their special shrimp and noodles for the holiday season. I hope they keep that on their menu. read more

Zero stars is not an option and this location genuinely deserves that. Could not rate the servers or the people but the food is always atrocious. Not sure how underpaid the cooks are but these guys must need a raise because the product is offensive. We live local so this location is considered in our neighborhood and after today we will not be back ever again. It is not worth having to submit complaints for quality or anything to the managers because the last visit we had to get a refund (possibly 6 months ago). We thought maybe it would turn around, it was even worse. We order to-go so I am not sure if that could be the issue with quality, but in my opinion it does not matter. Prices are the same dine in or out so expectations remain the same. Walking in this restaurant someone would expect at minimum a "hot, fresh" meal. We all know these dishes are pre-made in some form so how they can be ruined is a mystery. We've ordered everything from sushi, sesame chicken dinner's appetizers. Today I ordered Mongolian beef. Kid you not, had literally 5 tiny strips of beef so small a baby could chew it and stale rice. Hot and sour soup was so thick it appeared as if the base was old. It's offensive when you pay almost $20 for a "meal" and you can almost guarantee the food would be better at some hole in the wall fast food place that probably cannot pass a health inspection. I am not sure who is actually keeping this place running or if they do not seem to care about what is being put out to online order customers but it gives PF Changs a bad wrap. I've visited locations in TX, CA, and AZ. None of them are ever this bad so I know it is related to this location. This review is just a blunt wake up call to the corporate office that you guys need to help this location find a way to provide some form of quality. I almost went somewhere else for something quick but read that Pf Changs is known for their pineapple infused vodka pina colada. I came in yesterday for an impromptu lunch before work. I walked in and stood at the host stand for a few minutes before deciding to just sit at the bar and order there, since I needed to make it a rather quick lunch. There was only one bartender working the bar, Nicole, and she was awesome! I asked her for recommendations for something light since I'm being a little more health Conscious, she recommended a few items but I ultimately went with their Brussels sprouts and lettuce wrap tacos. They both hit the spot, flavor was great and I left feeling satisfied with some leftovers. Very disappointed I ordered early in the afternoon online for a scheduled pickup for 5:30. I arrived at 5:30 and sat for 35 minutes. Inquired twice on my food with the pick-up staff and hostess both said it would be out soon without even checking. The place was not even busy for a Thursday night. Finally my food comes out I go through the bag and find I'm missing an item. This took more time to find someone to help me and get my missing item. Sadly the food was not worth the wait. Location: Green Valley Area What's neat about PF Chang's is their GF menu options and GF soufflé dessert. I visited for my dad's birthday. The staff placed a birthday card on the table which was really sweet and thoughtful. I personally like this location more than the Townsquare location. I recommend the dynamite shrimp for an appetizer, the spicy chicken for a main entree, and the banana spring rolls for dessert. If you are sensitive to gluten, my boyfriend loves their chocolate soufflé. He says you can't tell it's GF. Our two complaints are cleanliness and the taste of their water. The water tastes like really bad hose water. The seating had oily finger prints and looked like it hadn't been wiped down. My sister and I got COVID three days later and this was the only time we had seen each other. read more

Amber was our server & although it was quite busy, she did an excellent job, patiently answering our questions & making some recommendations. The Mrs & I each got a cup of wonton soup that was simply delicious. I got the Orange chicken dish, fried sweet & crispy with a tangy orange juice flavor. The Mrs went with a shrimp in lobster sauce plate.. Both were great, but after tasting hers, I've gotta go back soon & try the shrimp in lobster sauce! Mild, garlic & ginger flavor. We also had a hot pot of freshly brewed Dragon Eye tea. It was tasty with a slight floral flavor. The restaurant was neat & clean. This place is nice on the inside and the staff are all great. Unfortunately the food was not. I have never had PF Changs before, despite them being very popular. The flavors were just not there for me. I expected more for the price but everything was pretty flavorless. The chow mein noodles were bland, the mongolian beef had 0 spice and the crab rangoons had an odd sauce that did not pair well with the rangoon in my opinion. However, their fried green beans were great and had a great dipping sauce. This place gets 3 stars because the restaurant was clean, staff was wonderful and the inside had a great aesthetic. First thing, we waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken, (we have patience ). We were using our bogo so we ordered Full size meals and 1 order the 13.99 lunch special. We ordered full size sesame chicken and a lunch sesame chicken. Full-size came out with an eighth of a cup more chicken & veggies, we were shocked! The manager came over and said lunch is 6 ounces, medium order is 7 ounces for $3.00 more and the dinner portion is 9 ounces, 19.99 We are cooks had our own restaurant, no way what we were served was 9 ounces of chicken! It might've been 9 ounces of food which included huge chunks of onion, green pepper, and a couple of small broccoli heads. We had to wait 15 minutes for a refill of tea and another 15 minutes for sugar packets which the manager forgot. She decided to bring a big bowl of sugar! Lunch took 2 1/2 hours long. Got the bill the free meal was forgotten, reminded the waitress she took the lunch meal off not the dinner meal. She paid the difference out of the tip! We frequent PF Chang's a few times a month it has steadily gone downhill. Today was the last...heads up! read more

I first ordered the Sake Warrior but really did not care for it as it was too acidic and "too much" stuff happening in the mixture. The bartender was gracious enough to change it out to a lovely Margarita on the rocks with a salt rim. It hit the spot! My friend ordered a beer on tap and it didn't disappoint him. Couldn't wait and finally walked. I came in and asked about seating at the bar and grabbed a seat. The server certainly saw me. No one else in the bar area. Then another couple came in and sat down. The server promptly got them waters and menus. After a couple of minutes she finally brings me a menu. No water. Then she working on what I guess are bar orders. I finally saw that she was going to ignore me all evening and it would only be a further aggravating experience and walked. Can't recommend especially if you're planning on eating at the bar . The last two times I have done at P.F. Chang's. I have ordered Mongolian beef. It had always been a favorite of mine. I ordered Mongolian beef from the $19.99 menu special. It comes with an appetizer, soup or salad, and the entrée. The hot and sour soup was excellent. I also ordered spring rolls as an appetizer and was very disappointed because the dipping sauce was terrible! When I got the entrée all I could see was cut up scallions with a tiny little bit of beef and no sauce! P.F. Chang's will not be my go to Chinese restaurant for Mongolian beef ever again! The service was wonderful and the waitress was very pleasant and attentive. I do enjoy the slightly upscale ambience of the restaurant. The quality and attention to excellent food has changed dramatically in the past few years. Very sad. read more

After looking at the menu it was hard to make a choice because they were limited already, then limited more due to my gluten and shellfish allergies. It's nice that it's labeled but I just wanted more options. My husband and daughter got Beef and Broccoli , the veggies were huge and they were a bit raw. The service was impeccable and the server did make suggestions. The entire restaurant was clean and beautiful, tables were well spaced and the sound level was not bad.
