I've not been here in about 3 years, and enjoyed today's lunch very much. Service was attentive and unobtrusive, and the lunch menu had several specials, including the miso glazed salmon over rice that I enjoyed thoroughly, with a large cup of hot and sour soup. (Entree was under $15, which was a good price point.) It was plenty of food, but I wasn't overly stuffed. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but active, and not noisy. I was a little perplexed that although I requested a booth, the two of us were only permitted a half-booth. I understand they prefer 4 people at a booth, but during our lunch all the booths were never filled. There was plenty of handicapped parking. I'll go again, sooner this time. read more

We visiting the P.F. Chang's at park meadows mall for dinner! As a benefit, we got there early for our reservation and they sat us early which we greatly appreciated! The service was fine. We ordered the 3 course meal for $29 which includes a soup, entree and desert. We ordered two of them and shared the meals. The food was fine but wasn't anything to really rave about. The soup, egg drop, tasted bland and our entrees were small and semi flavorful. Overall not a bad experience, but we just left saying that we probably wouldn't be back if it wasn't for having a gift card. read more

I miss the Chilean seabass. They don't have it on the menu right now due to lack of availability. The Miso Glazed Salmon absolutely stole the show though. First time to eat at this location, and the first time at any PF Chang's in many years. We had a reservation for dinner on Mother's Day, but there appeared to be a good number of open tables when we got there. I had the chicken and broccoli. It was fine, but not particularly overwhelming. About what you'd expect from a chicken and broccoli dish. My wife and one daughter each had the orange chicken. They both found it to be fairly sweet. My wife thought she'd get it again, while my daughter likely wouldn't due to the overall sweetness of the dish. The other daughter got the Mongolian beef. This might've been the best dish, as we all enjoyed bites of that one. Being Mother's Day, my wife enjoyed an order of the gooey butter cake, which she really liked. I had one taste and thought it was ok, but I wasn't tempted to have more. Both daughters enjoyed it too. Service was friendly enough but a little spotty at times. I'll cut him some slack, as he was also dealing with a few large tables. We'll likely come back again. read more

I hadn't been here in years and we had a gift card so we decided to have a nice lunch on the patio. It was a beautiful day and they sat us in a booth outside with the nice view of the mountains. Alex was our server and he was great except he mixed up a drink I ordered but I just let it go. It was something I would drink anyways so I wasn't too concerned. I know some people might not have let that slide but overall he was an attentive and accurate server. We ordered calamari, spicy orange chicken, Mongolian beef, rice and substituted one of the side of rice for plain lo mein and a few cocktails. Everything tasted great. I will say the portions as a bit small for the price. It was $25 for Mongolian beef and it was a pretty small amount. If we didn't have a gift card we wouldn't have gotten such an expensive dish. Saturday: 5/9/26 -- I honestly do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but tonight's experience at P.F. Chang's was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Looking back, the fact that we were able to get a last-minute reservation on a Friday night should have been the first warning sign. The restaurant itself felt neglected. The floors were sticky throughout the dining area, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, one toilet would not even flush, and there were visible cobwebs hanging above the bathroom lights. Our waiter was fine, but overall service lacked attention to detail. My husband and I ordered the 5-course meal, and unfortunately the sushi tasted like grocery store sushi that had been sitting for days. The only highlights of the meal were the lettuce wraps and the margarita. The Mongolian beef was overwhelmingly salty, and the rice was clumpy and flavorless. The worst part of the evening happened when my husband took a second sip from his iced tea glass and we noticed chalky red lipstick residue on the rim. That is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and dishwashing standards. We used to enjoy coming here often years ago when our daughter worked there, but it feels like there has been a major decline, possibly under new management. Employees appeared to be hanging around the bar area while basic cleanliness and customer experience were clearly being ignored. Every time we stood up, our shoes literally squeaked from the sticky floors, and under the table were questionable brown chunks that looked like either old food or gum. This location desperately needs stronger management, better cleaning standards, more attention to food quality, and employees focused on customers instead of socializing. In this economy, restaurants cannot afford to let standards slip this badly. P.F. Chang's -- this is not a good look and we will not return. Located at the mall - parking is aplenty. Somewhat confusing the Hours were marked to close at 10pm on google and 9pm on Yelp. Apparently they had just changed their hours in the past few weeks and thanks to google I Sat down at 9pm on a Tuesday. One of my favorites the Lettuce wraps are now available in half orders - which was a plus. I also had a couple 8.99 margarita who h were very good The Lobster shrimp dumplings were just ok Located at the mall. Plenty of parking. Was slow on a Tuesday in December. read more

Disappointing service at this location. We are regular P.F. Chang's customers, but our family lunch here was completely ruined by an untrained manager named Ashley. I ordered the $5.99 flavored lemonade, which is clearly listed as "refillable" on the menu. Our usual Southlands location easily accommodates flavor swaps on refills, but Ashley came to our table with a rigid, rude attitude and told us it wasn't allowed. It is ridiculous to ruin a loyal customer's dining experience over a few cents of juice syrup. Stick to the Southlands store instead, where they actually understand hospitality! read more

Stopped by for lunch and it was pretty crowded but no wait. Our server, Catherine, was very nice and helpful. I was hoping to get one of the lunch specials but those are Monday-Friday only. So I got the teriyaki chicken with brown rice. It was not like any other teriyaki chicken I've had. The sauce wasn't overly sweet - which was a good thing - and it had perfectly steamed brocolli and slivers of red bell peppers and onions. There were even a few very small pineapple pieces. We also had the Mongolian beef which was good but pretty typical. Each order was big enough for 2 meals so I'm looking forward to leftovers. For dessert we shared a delicious little round chocolate peanut butter cream pie. It came with caramel sauce on the plate and that just added to the perfect blend of flavors. This is probably the worst p f chang's meal i've ever had. I ordered the combination fried rice and the trio mongolian. The proteins in both are so dried out that if you even try to reheat it, it's going to be cardboard. Appears nothing is made fresh. Only halfway decent thing was the pan fried dumplings. Great tofu! They have to vegan tofu options which is awesome. The Buddha's feast could have used more sauce but was over all good. The ma po tofu had really great flavor I just wish it was over sautéed veggies and not just steamed. The vegetarian lettuce cups (which are vegan) was by far the best, so good. All of the tofu was severed crispy which was great. They have a great list of non alcoholic drinks such as lemonades and bobas! read more

I am disappointed. We have been going to this one for years. Today likely will cause us to never go again. When we came through the door a group was leaving and one of the women of the group warned us that they were leaving because they weren't even acknowledge. I ignored her warning and was seated. We sat there for 20 minutes and, just like I was warned, we weren't acknowledged. Additionally, the place was so dirty. It wasn't like there wasn't enough staff and if so then the manager should've done more than sit at the bar. Hostesses up front took 5 parties in front of us, as we (5 of us) waiting to be seated. Looked over at us each time but not seated. After 15 minutes we had enough and left. We wanted to celebrate our granddaughters 21st birthday BUT to no avail! We went to another restaurant that welcomed us and seated in within 5 minutes. I'm not in the practice of providing negative reviews but our lunch at the Park Meadows area restaurant was so awful today, I felt compelled to do so. Although our waiter did his best with too many tables and little help from other staff, the service was "inattentive" as described by others, the food was not good (my Thai Peanut Salad had absolutely no peanuts in it), and the veggie fried rice we ordered for my granddaughter was bland plain rice. Although the waiter kindly offered to get her a veggie fried rice to go, we waited over 20 minutes and finally left when it was clear it wasn't coming. Speaking with the manager was even more frustrating than our lunch experience. A simple apology was all that was required but only excuses and attitude given. The lobster dumplings in miso butter !!!!! They were a little cold but tasted AMAZING.....until I found a false eyelash in one. Just one hair but it was enough. They made it right and brought me a new order. Restaraunts need to ban food handling employees from wearing tarantulas on their eyelids. Disappointing but I would probably go back. read more

Bland, sad, and clearly not the Southlands PF Chang champs I know and love. Honey Shrimp: Like someone dunked wet Cheetos in cough syrup and called it a day. The texture? A damp sponge with commitment issues. Pretty sure it was undercooked--I spent more time questioning my life than chewing. Recovery Attempt: The manager brought over a replacement--Chang's Spicy Chicken. A nice gesture! Sadly, it came drenched in vinegar like it had just survived a pickling accident. Still, A+ for effort, and they did take the shrimp off the bill. Firecracker Shrimp: A bright spot in the meal--perfectly cooked shrimp, a generous mix of fresh vegetables, and just the right amount of heat. Flavorful and well-balanced. Points for the service effort, vibe is always consistent, but overall, this visit was more Wok of Shame than Walk of Fame. read more

The ambience at lunchtime was very good. The restaurant was clean and the lighting was excellent. It was a beautiful fall day. I was surprised to see that the restaurant wasn't busier. We ordered lunch. Our server was Samantha. We ordered hot sour soup and different entrées. We were very surprised when the soup and our lunch entree was brought out together. We are used to receiving the appetizer first, and then the server brings the entree a little bit later. We found ourselves rushing to consume the soup so that the entrée wouldn't get cold. Our server never checked back with us to see if the food was OK. Our server never asked us if we wanted a refill on our drinks. (Soda) We had to ask our server for refills as well as for a box for the leftovers. Normally the server asks us if we wanted a box. Samantha seemed distracted as she took care of our table. The food was just OK. We think that this restaurant needs improvement. read more

This is a great little happy hour meeting spot for catching up with friends. 99% of the time, we sit at the bar because it's huge & spacious. The bartenders are very knowledgeable & friendly. We always enjoy our time catching up with friends here. Park Meadows location is one of our favorites it's like Middle Earth for all of us coming from Parker/Castle Rock/Centennial/SE-Aurora. The food is always good here. Over the years, the menu has dramatically changed, for the better. A lot of the original staples are still available on the menu. If you like Polomas, they make a great version of a Poloma w/ graprfruit soda. So if you ever in the Park Meadows area drop on in for some good food & even better drinks. read more

I really used to love this place, but today the food was sub-par. We didn't dine in this time, we ordered through grubhub. First, the Mongolian beef was overcooked, and they gave us barely anything, and the crispy honey chicken was so soggy and tasted like they cooked it in old or rancid oil. The pork dumplings were the only good item we ordered. The worst part is that I feel nauseous after eating what we did eat. I spent a good amount of money ordering take out. My food was literally inedible. I had to throw it out. The sweet and sour sauce for the veggie rolls had a strong sulfur smell. I took two bites and couldn't get it passed my nose. Then I tried to eat the sesame beef and it was also inedible. Only had 2-3 bites . It tasted bad like something in it was not good or spoiled. I love Chinese food but could not get this passed my nose. I was literally afraid of getting food poisoning because that sulfur smell is usually produced by bacterial overgrowth. Just disgusting . What's happened to PF Changs, it wasn't long ago that it was a favorite spot for great service and food. We stopped in for lunch yesterday and got seated right next to another group when the restaurant was empty, I asked for a little more space so the hostess moved us to a table right next to the kitchen, clearly a slap for asking. No waitress for 15 minutes and when she did arrive she apologized for the delay and said she was "not 100% today". We all have bad days. When the food arrived the Hot & Sour was good but the Beef and Broccoli clearly had been sitting in a warming tray for too long, the rice was inedible. My guests had the same issues, reheated food that should not have been served, should have been thrown away. Came here tonight, stood in the lobby for probably about 7 minutes before someone spoke to us. Multiple employees walked past us, looking but never saying anything. Finally get sat - the two of us - next to a large party of 15, music BLARING, in a section with seats not directly next to this large party.Then we proceeded to sit in the section for another 10 minutes and without any interaction - no drink orders, no "hi - byes," nothing. If you can't tolerate oily or greasy food don't eat here. The waiter did confirm no MSG. Ordered lunch special on a Saturday. The appetizer spring roll was charred over cooked. My Mongolian beef plate: I Counted 7 small strips of beef and a half plate full of brown rice. Too much $$ for the small serving. Our food arrived late. My plate was hot but the rice and beef was warm. The beef is greasy. I asked for less oil but it was still oily. Waiter said "it's Chinese, It's greasy". So, if you can't handle too much oil don't eat here. The waiter didn't seem very attentive. Husband ordered lettuce wraps and egg drop soup. He was very happy with his order.
