I treated myself to happy hour last night, and I was definitely disappointed with the service and with the quality. I was hoping that the bartenders would be a little bit friendlier and at least in an attentive enough to ask for refills to offer silverware and to clearly identify the prices on the menu. My server Drea was super attentive and sweet she made sure my drinks were made quick and the bartender Tino even came to our table to deliver it himself which was evident of how good their service is!! Dishes that were ordered: Veggie Spring Rolls, Lettuce Wraps, Pork Dumplings, Mongolian Beef, Chang's Spicy Chicken, Crispy Honey Shrimp, Mongolian Tofu, Fried Rice, Lo Mein. One of these dishes had to have been made with expired ingredients. I had severe stomach pain and ended up leaving work early. As I was driving, I ended up feeling nauseous and threw up everything I ate WHILE DRIVING. Other co workers said their stomachs were hurting and had to sit on the toilet for hours. I never usually go to PFchangs but this solidified I will NEVER eat from any of these establishments ever again. What's happened to this place's food?! I ordered takeout again and I don't know if their food is a lot better when you dine in, but this was the worst their food has ever been and I've gotten food here and there throughout the many years...almost always takeout. The food was the blandest it's ever been and didn't look that visually appealing. The orange chicken breading was mushy too. Also, they charge about $20 per entree', but the takeout containers they use has a separation in which they put white rice in half of it, so you're paying $20 for just maybe two servings of the dish. What a ripoff. Chicken fried rice - didn't care for, doesn't taste authentic Vegetable lo mein - flavor wasn't too bad Chicken w/ broccoli - so-so Orange chicken - mushy breading Vegetable spring rolls - no flavor at all whatsoever Panda Express actually taste better and is fresher. Well established location of this Chinese-inspired chain restaurant. The food options are plentiful and flavorful. Chinese dishes tailored to a western palate. My favorites include the Mongolian Beef and Orange Chicken. They have great flavors for veggie dishes such as Ma Po Tofu. The Wonton Soup in bowl size is a great value and perfect for cold weather. They are famous for their Lettuce Wrap but that has been copied and perfected by so many other restaurants over the years now, so I no longer order it. The hot tea selection and signature cocktails are also worth mentioning. Ambiance is cozy and the booths are great for private dinners or date night. The decorations are Chinese history inspired. Service is hit and miss. Today was great, but I've also had disappointing visits. Overall, I keep coming back for great food and ambiance. I was there for lunch and a cocktail and was told by employees that they no longer offer the lunch menu to their customers unless they ask for one. They are not allowed to offer it the their guests... Per their corporate office. Personally I think it's horrible customer service and will never go back. Menu is deceitful. They list a "Chef's Feast for 2" but charge $20.99 per person. Fried rice was horrible for a $5.29 add-on. Then we had an odd number of people so they charged one person the 20.99 for the Feast and they could not get an appetizer, instead of the $17.99 price for the "dinner special which was the same as the "feast" price for one person. Party of 4 people and we decided to go to P.F Chang's for dinner on 11-8-2025. We had reservations for 5:30PM. We arrived on time and let the front concierge know. We were the only people waiting to be seated and the lady at the front concierge told us: "We have you logged in for you 5:30 reservation, but our wait help has to get situated and we have until 5:35 before we can seat you." We all looked at each other and said: "What?" "Why?" No response. The girl just kept wiping down the menus. The purpose of a reservation is that a restaurant, any restaurant should have a table already put aside for reservation guests arriving. Restaurants we have been to before have done just that. The best restaurants we have been that seats their guests at their reservation time is King's Fish House and Paul Martin's. So we were a bit befuddled as to why we were told that. At our 5:30 reservation, the restaurant was not overly crowded. There were many seats available and plenty from what we observed; of wait staff/servers. Will we be back? What has happened to PF Chang's??? I was with my niece and nephew who are foodies for sure. I decided I wanted my niece and nephew to experience this PF like I did. A nice sit down Asian restaurant, but we also had a gift card, too. The ambiance is great with PF Chang's. Their servers are great, I don't think I've experienced anything bad at PF Chang's at all. This is the first time in a long time that I finally made my way back to PF Chang's. So we decided to order a handful of entree's to share. It was so so disappointing. OMG! I really think they had changed the content or what's in their meat. We ordered chicken lettuce wrap, shrimp kung pao, beef (something?), and chicken broccoli(?). The only thing we liked the most was the lettuce wraps, the dumplings were pretty good. Everything else was so salty and tasted pretty much the same. I feel most of the entrees were kind of repetitive. Then the worst of all, the chicken meat weren't just meat, it was breaded and then fried and then stir fried. Oh, just horrible, this technique is to make the chicken pieces look bigger. Then the same exact thing was done with the beef dishes. Yeah, the beef entrees don't let the pictures in the menu fool you because it did to us. So my niece and nephew said this is just an expensive Panda Express which you probably get much more quality food at Panda and pay less. So that was our takeaway for the night.
