Upon being led to a table placed directly between two chaotic, extremely loud groups, we immediately and politely asked the host if we could be moved to another section. The dining room had plenty of open, clean tables available throughout the restaurant. Instead of simply accommodating a basic request, the staff at the front desk offered a string of defensive excuses as to why moving us was impossible. Watching hosts prioritize rigid convenience and scripted deflections over paying guests in a half-empty room completely ruined the experience before we even looked at a menu. If your host stand treats accommodating a simple seating request like an insurmountable obstacle, management has a serious training problem at the door. We won't be back. read more

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in a long time. We began with the pork belly bao. The pork arrived cold and the glaze was overwhelmingly salty--almost inedible. Our server dropped it off and left immediately without checking back. After 20-25 minutes of trying to get her attention, we had to stand up and approach her while she was socializing with a single guest at another table. When we explained the problem with the bao, she laughed it off and said she needed to get someone. We waited another 25 minutes. At that point we asked a passing staff member if they could cancel the rest of our order, as we had already been waiting nearly an hour and our starter had never been addressed. Our server eventually returned, acting as if nothing was wrong, and asked if there was something she could help us with. I politely requested that our main order be canceled due to the long wait and the unresolved issue with the starter. She said she would check, walked away, and quickly returned carrying plates of food, which she set down and left again. All of the main dishes--black pepper fillet, dynamite roll, fried rice, and lo mein--arrived cold. After waiting several more minutes with no one checking on us, I got up once more to request our server. She eventually walked by, dropped the bill on the table, and hurried off. When she returned, I calmly explained the full situation: the starter was never addressed, the main courses took over an hour to arrive, we had repeatedly asked for help from both her and other staff members, and no resolution was ever offered. She simply placed the bill down and walked away without a word or any attempt to acknowledge our concerns. We had both picked up takeout and dinned in here before and I think I I might've preferred the takeouts more. PF Changs are pretty standard as far as the taste of their food and the menu. You can order online or call in or dine in and most of the time, the quality is the same. At least with that part you know what to expect when you go to PF Chang's. Their food overall is salty to me so it's not one of the places I frequent. However, their menu is huge and you can satisfy pretty much a lot of people if you have a large party. I like takeouts from PF Chang's because you can just come to pick up. The parking lot at this location is always super busy and even though they have few spots for to-gos, they are usually taken. Even with takeouts, you still have to wait a bit, depending on when you go. If you go during rush hours, you'll have to wait for it even though your food is already ready waiting in the back. For dine-in, again because of how busy they are, service can be slow but they try their best to serve you, when you can catch them. Overall, it' AOKAY. read more

My group and I had a below average experience here. The beginning went smoothly, we got sat at a booth pretty soon after checking in for a reservation. We noticed the menus were put directly on top of the plates which we felt was unsanitary. One of our plates was also not clean. We wiped down the plates. I ordered the peach boba breeze which was tasty though lacked popping boba. There were just a few. We ordered the Chef's 3 course meal which includes soup/salad, an appetizer and an entree. I thought the salad was tasty and I liked the wontons on top. The appetizer came out quickly too, but I didn't like the taste of the filling for the vegetable spring rolls. I wish I tried something else. Next, my group shared all the entrees we requested. The Mongolian beef had a burnt taste and the portion was lacking for this one. The firecracker shrimp had quite a fishy taste which made it feel perhaps expired. I liked the crispy honey shrimp, though my peer thought the breading was stale. The brown rice was fine and we felt the white rice was undercooked. Unfortunately the service was also not ideal as he did not come by to refill our drinks. There were a lot of tables around us celebrating birthdays. The booth right behind us too. Unfortunately the bubble machine (used by staff) felt obnoxious and bubbles floated towards us and got in our food. My peer did not want to eat his soapy salad as a result. Unfortunately, a very bad experience. Went on a lunch date and got sat in a dirty booth that had so many cobwebs. The booth seemed to not have been cleaned in a very long time. I asked my waitress for soy sauce and she gave me an open dirty bottle from a table next to me in which the couple had just left and the bottle was not cleaned prior to being given to me. Although i understand some things might be used more than once, i do expect for the bottles to be sanitized after every party use due to infection control. I was validated when the busboy asked me if i wanted a new one because the waitress should have gotten me a clean one from the start. Had 4:45 reservation and requested a booth. Arrived at 4:30 and waited approximately 20 minutes (don't requesting a booth). We were seated in a nice booth. First and last time to P.F. Chang's. I have to say the ambiance is nice and the service was good. I didn't know what to expect or how the food was so we ordered different menu items to try a variety of dishes. I was not impressed with their food. The rice was dry and firm, the meat was dry even with the sauce added and the salmon looked like a white frozen hash brown from McD's with some sauce added to it for flavor. Their Wonton Soup was actually good and plentiful but lacking flavor. The Sushi Rolls had to be the best out of everything both tasty and filling. I have always been a big fan of PF Changs, and this restaurant at Victoria Gardens is excellent. Love the architecture and design as well of the interior. Our waitress was Hasha, and she was great. Very attentive to our order, filling the ice teas, and recommending dessert. My friend and I ordered the sesame chicken, with added shrimp, and the orange chicken. They have a $21 Prix fixe menu that is bursting with value. We opted for that and got soup, an appetizer and an entree each! The food portions were generous and we were each full. They made a mistake with our soups because they forgot to bring them out early on so they mitigated the situation and were so nice about it. I'm relieved to see that despite how popular PF Chang's is, they still care about their customers. I've been coming to this restaurant for the last twenty years and I look forward to twenty more. After waiting for 40 minutes, we checked on our table status and were told we had been assigned to a table where guests had already been seated for over two hours--with no clear estimate of when it would be available. Eventually, they managed to arrange another table, but the experience didn't improve much. While the food was as good as usual, there was another issue: the soup cups provided were unclean. The reason given was that they were running out of cups, which is not an acceptable justification. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the server to replace them after the soup was already served. Overall, despite good food, the poor service and lack of basic hygiene made this visit a letdown. read more

We did family style dining on Father's Day weekend at PF Changs... and our experience was okay. We didn't get very many plates for family style dining for literally 10 people. They also messed up our order but we just let it go because you couldn't find anyone. And the portions were small for the prices honestly. In addition, our waiter was always disappearing, along with the rest of the staff. It's almost like everyone was hiding in the back because the dining room was full of parties trying to stop anyone they say because no one was attending tables for checks, serving food and drinks, or anything. Came in and sat at the bar, seemed pretty mellow.. but there was also no bar tender for at least 8-10 mins. When the kid finally came in he handed us some tattered and very sticky menus and left us unattended for another several mins (all noticeable to the point where were wondering if we're going to get helped). Very high end Asian restaurant. The ambiance is very nice. The decor is beautiful. The lighting is very dark, a little too dark for my liking. Came with a party of 20 and we got seated in the back. If you come with little ones in strollers they make you leave the strollers in the front. Just because there isn't as much room in their seating areas. The food was pretty decent. The workers were very helpful and super accommodating. Our sever did such a great job!!! Thank you Tony !! I ordered an espresso martini and I just didn't like it.
