This location has gone down hill. PF Changs has been bought and sold a few times in the last 10 years, and none of the changes have been positive. They have let managers go, really good managers have quit, and the food is just ok. We used to come here twice a week, seriously, it was great, affordable, and fun. They need a better AC system, some ceiling fans, but instead, did a hideous $1m makeover that looked better before the makeover. We will probably come here once every 6 months, it is just no longer a positive experience, and all the people we knew there, are no longer there. read more

This is one of our favorite dining experiences, me and my fiancé had our second dinner date here , what a experience, we love it here. The menu and appetizers are excellent and all so tasty , we really enjoy our favorite drink here is the " Singapore Sling " , last night unfortunately we were told that it's not offered, but the attendant was almost able to make it at our request with some help. My husband and I recently rediscovered PF Chang's.. We would frequent the restaurant about 6 times a year then after COVID we didn't go out to eat so much. Now since we are going out more often, we decided to try out PF Chang's after several years. Oh my gosh! Why did we wait so long to come back? No idea, but wow, this is now one of our favorite places to eat. Everything we've tried so far as been excellent. The beef dishes are so yummy, their appetizers are out of this world excellent. Over the weekend we were there and discovered they have a special for two, separate soup or salads ( the salad dressing is amazing) generous appetizers that are all wonderful and we each get a meal with their yummy rice. There was so much food we had to take some home. The service is top notch, the ambience is nice, no loud music or loud anything so you can actually have a conversation with whoever you come in with and hear them. All the service staff are friendly and efficient. The Temecula location is great since it's in the outdoor part of the mall in Temecula, it's safe, has lots of parking. and lots of shopping of course. We went to P.F. Chang's in Temecula for the first time. We ordered egg drop soup, beef and broccoli and fried rice with shrimp. Everything was absolutely delicious. I'm not a Chinese food fan but this was very tasty and fresh. The broccoli was crunchy and the sauce was rich and very flavorful. The fried rice with the shrimp was very good. The egg drop soup tasted perfect. We will definitely go here again. We shared the beef and broccoli as well as the rice. There was plenty for both of us. We even brought the left over home. We usually get the Mongolian beef my son calls it sweet meat, the combination fried rice, no pork and the chicken lo mein noodles. Occasionally, I get the shrimp and lobster sauce. For the past few occasions I have phoned in an order and been disappointed. This recent experience was really disappointing. I phoned in an order at 1:00 PM and was told my order would be ready in "twenty minutes." I ran a few errands arriving at the restaurant at 1:35 pm expecting my order to be ready only to be told "it's not ready." I waited and by the time 2:00 pm arrived I got up and told them to cancel my order, an hour wait is long enough. That's when they told me my order was being bagged up. 2:10 pm is when my order was finally handed to me. Not happy and to top it off the employee who handed me my order could see my disappointment and became snippy with me. I was craving some Chinese food but it was a little late. We were there at 9 pm. They close at 10 pm that day. When we checked in, the host said it was a 30 to 45 minute wait. I said ok. Moments later, I scanned the dining area and they were only about 30% full. It's not Covid-related table distancing because when we got seated, we were adjacent to two occupied tables to our front and to the left. Our server was great though. I keep trying PF Chang's every couple years and unfortunately I'm always disappointed. We went for lunch at noon and the restaurant was almost empty, however we waited over 10 minutes for drinks and refills and my meal came out about about 10 minutes after my coworker. (She had a sushi roll, I had a spicy chicken bowl) The food is just okay, kind of bland. When I order a spicy meal I definitely expect more flavor and seasoning. read more

We just finished our meal for Father's Day. It's was our 1st time here. We were very pleased with the atmosphere, the food and the staff. Sonya was our server and she went above and beyond. We ordered spicy green beans and the Brussels sprouts for apps. I ordered the spicy miso, husband the Buddha bowl, my son got the orange chicken and the littles got the fried rice kids meals. Just had the worst customer service at a restaurant in a long long time. Our server, Suzette, was rude, short tempered & unhelpful. When we asked questions about items on the menu she seemed annoyed and like we were wasting her time, her tone and rolling her eyes didn't help the situation. Keep in mind it was not busy!! There was barely anyone in the restaurant & she couldn't be bothered to help us. Then at the very end of our terrible service, she refused to assist us in splitting the bill, I will take fault for not mentioning beforehand, but her rude answer was "you needed to tell me that before". The sauce is delicious, & the beef was lean & tender. Cup of wonton soup ($5): tasty & flavorful. salt & pepper shrimp ($20+): crispy & garlicky. Make sure to scoop the garlic up since it didn't stick to the shrimp. and the crispy honey chicken ($15+): wish it were a little crispier, but it had a yummy sauce. My husband and I have been to Happy Hour at P F Changs a handful of times when our schedules permit. When we went yesterday things had really changed. Previous, the bar menus were prominently displayed and the prices were clear...$5 for a margarita and $10 for food. This time the normal menu was displayed and we had to specifically ask for the Happy Hour menu. We immediately noticed an increase in the price of drinks and food.. a margarita now costing $8.99. Almost double what it was. Since we were already there We ordered drinks and some food and were disappointed. The food portions were cut in half. Instead of getting 6 dumplings, they brought us 3. We asked the bartender about the quantity and she confirmed that they had slashed the portions and raised the prices. The drinks were also watered down with tons more ice. Unfortunately they have lost us as customers. We will likely switch back over to Benihana's Happy Hour spot. read more

The absolute worst PFchangs!!!! Let me start by saying I never eat here because the food is always horrible but yesterday my friend and I were looking for a happy hour after 6 and they have an all day happy hour so I said what the hell let's give it a shot although I was super apprehensive I was trying to give them another shot. The bartender was not personable at all and every time I asked a simple question she acted like she didn't want to be bothered. I ordered the Mongolian beef and when I tell you it was beef jerky in a sauce I'm not kidding it was so dry and crunchy I was afraid of chipping my tooth. I took pieces of it and handed it to the manager so she could see that my complaint was valid I'm not here trying to cause a problem or get anything free I just want food that is edible and worth the money I'm paying. She agreed and couldn't believe they served us that dry teeth chipping meat. Seriously why does this location not have five stars????? I had the best experience here twice in the last several weeks. The location is great, centered right in an indoor/outdoor type mall setting. It is right by a theater. There is a huge parking lot across the street from the restaurant and a huge parking structure near the theater as well. The restaurant is clean, beautiful and pretty large and the staff at the restaurant are all top notch. Our first visit was on 5/15 the day after Mother's Day. For various reasons we could not all get together on Mother's Day so we were celebrating with 7 adults and one baby in a stroller/carrier. We were also celebrating two birthdays. We came in at lunchtime rather than dinner. They do have some lunch bowls specials which are priced slightly lower and are smaller portion sizes as well. Meant more for personal plates rather than for sharing. The staff had a table ready for us within minutes and upon seeing the table location I asked them if we could move to a different table with bench seating because I thought it would be easier for the new parent's & baby to put the carrier on the bench seat. No problem! They happily moved 7 place settings etc. to accommodate us and kept assuring it was no big deal. With seven adults it took awhile for us to decide what we wanted to order because we all love PF Chang's food and we wanted to share all our meals "family style" so we get to all taste everything. They kept checking back with us frequently to make sure they were right on top of it when we we're ready to order. Well truly, the service is awesome. Some of our group love seafood and some are just ok with it so we ordered a good mix. Crab wontons, Honey Shrimp, Hot & Sour Soup, Chang's Spicy Chicken (the bomb!), Orange Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, and Ginger Chicken with Broccoli. We also opted for a combination of white and brown rice (which comes with the meal). Nice!!! All of the food was so delicious!!! Everyone loved it. The portion sizes were very generous. We even had leftovers for all to take home something. Overall a nice celebration with family and a wonderful experience. Also I am a rewards member and I have their App. I earned $15 free (PF Chang) dollars for this visit. So when we decided to go to the park with 5 of the same family members on 6/3 and bring lunch to eat at the park, I suggested ordering food to go from this same PF Chang's. I wanted to make sure I could use my $15 towards my order and didn't want to mess it up so I called the restaurant. It was my lucky day because I got the manager Jamie who was outstanding in every way. She was covering the front and the phones that day. She was so cheerful and helpful. Even though I said I could probably do it in the App, she entered the entire order for me to make sure I received my $15 credit towards my order. We ordered two orders of Orange Chicken and one order of Chang's Spicy Chicken and brown and white rice. When I picked up the order Jamie greeted me with a huge smile. She is so sweet! She had my order ready, went over all of it, threw in some extra sauces that she thought we would like and that would complement what we ordered. She knew we were taking it to the park so she made sure we had utensils, napkins, plates. She also threw in a signature surprise dish that we were not expecting!!!!!!!!! Today is National Noodle Day my husband got an email from P.F.Chang with a free Long Life Noodle deal. Free stuff, we went right over. Food here is always good. The Long Life Noodles were very short which indicates we won't live long. I told our server that the chef had killed us. Hopefully, this is just superstition. Our server, Taylor, was kind enough to laugh at my kill comment. I was happy to see a list of weekday specials including 'all you can eat' lettuce wraps on Wednesday for $10. Our lunch was great.
