Maybe it's because the place is brand new, but the service needs better training. We order 5 meals, however 1 of the meals went to another table instead of ours. That table instead of saying that wasn't there's, they excepted it, and coughed all over it. Once we told our waiter we were still missing a meal, he went to that table and picked up that meal and put it on our table. I said no thanks due to the other customers coughing all over it. Just terrible. Went for an early Sunday dinner and the only items that had flavor was the lettuce wraps and the water with lemon. Hot and sour soup was warm and just tasted like water. Korean glass noodles were flavorless and the Ma Po Tofu was just a watery mess where the waiter watched me spoon out water from the dish into another one and said "it must be the broccoli" and walked away. My first and last experience at a P.F. Chang's. Over an hour for our food to arrive, and the restaurant was only half full. Pork Lo mein portion size was tiny for the price, and the pork was tough and inconsistent. The drinks came from the back with garbage in them. Turned my stomach. Sodas are $4 a pop, and are flat. The server was irritated and abrupt, which I suppose which was to be expected because there clearly isn't enough staff. What a shame. read more

I have been to many PF Chang's and have to say this one is the worst I have been to. The atmosphere is cold, as in non- friendly; the hostess has a power trip attitude (we went to this location when it first opened w/o a reservation, and were told we shouldn't have tried to come w/o one). Made a reservation tonight and arrived exactly on time - was told we would have to wait even though there were several open booth / tables. We sat down right nest to the hostess podium and in about 10 mins we go a text to come to the podium (We were 3 feet from her- she needed to TEXT us?). We were given a table even though we reserved a booth , and though there were 3 open booths we were told this was out table, and when wife asked to move to a booth - we were told we couldn't!/!? Food was good, usual PFC quality & flavor but the A/C was so cold and blowing directly on our table the food got Ice Cold before we could get half way through the meal (and I am a fast eater). In today market there are too many Excellent Quality Asian Fusion restaurants in the Area (Terisa Osaka, Shogun, Xina, Fuji, ect.) that next time we will spend our money elsewhere......... read more

Went in person to order takeout. I ordered Mongolian beef and an eggplant dish. I live 25 miles away from the restaurant when I got home and I wrapped the food the beef was chard and burnt to a crisp how can a chef put that in a plate and send it out to me it was terrible if I was eating in the restaurant I would've returned it. Unfortunately can't really rate the food, had a 7:15pm reservation for 7 people to celebrate a graduation and we had to leave because they were out of most of the menu items we ordered. Finally got to this new location. I was surprised how small and sparse it was. Food was pretty good. We ordered the spicy green beans which were tasty but over cooked. Usually PFC serves them a little more crisper but the sauce on them was absolutely delicious. I ordered the hot honey chicken and it was extremely bland. Probably one of the worst dining experiences of my life. Noise level from music was most inconducive to dining satisfaction. Waitress called us "you Guys"". Why the trash talk? I am not you guys and my wife is not you guys. Why start out with insults? I ordered the beef with broccoli. The broccoli was SO uncooked it was practically inedible. The calamari appetizer was barely cooked, still somewhat rubbery and vert greasy, The appetizer lettuce wraps with chicken was quite good and a decent quantity. First time at this location. Food was very, very good....but that's about it. Our server seemed disengaged and wasn't available for most of the meal/time we were there. We saw him once, and that was only because he placed the wrong order for one of our meals and had to bring out the correct one. He asked how everything was and we never saw him again and sat there for awhile finished... waiting and waiting. All wanting something else to dink. We just asked for boxes and the check when we finally saw him. In the meantime, another server dropped a pint glass which, thank goodness didn't break but covered us with ice. THEN a bowl fell from a server's tray right at our table...startling the crap out of us...but this time we got hit with half eaten rice, food and pieces of the bowl that broke into pieces. I felt so bad for the server but the manager just checked if we were ok as they swept under our chairs, feet and surroundings. We kept pointing at the shards of ceramic on the floor all around our feet. I was even emptying rice out of my purse and shoes. The manager did not say anything else to us after the 1 and only "are you okay". For the amount of money we pay to eat out, we won't be returning and will dine elsewhere. read more
