I rarely post reviews of national chain restaurants, but P.F.'s is the exception. We wanted to have dinner as a family that would appease a teenager without us adults having to settle for burgers, fries, or something else fried. We arrived right 5pm, and were promptly seated (this was surprising because there is always a table wait time at this location.) Our server Richie was extremely pleasant and provided excellent recommendations. If you love avocado, try the crispy avocado rolls they were really good and unique. My husband and son really enjoyed the hand folded crab wontons, the sweet and sour sauce was slightly spicy which made their wontons even more enjoyable. My son ordered the Lo Mein with shrimp, husband ordered the fries rice with shrimp both added the sweet and sour sauce to add a the sweet/spicy flavor to their dishes. I ordered the Vegetarian section, the Thai Harvest Curry was exceptionally good. I've been to this location several times and have never been disappointed with the atmosphere, service, and meal selections. We had not been here in quite a while and decided to go with some friends. We had made reservations which was a good thing as the walk in wait was 1 1/2-2 hours. Our waitress was very friendly and when my husband told her he was allergic to shellfish she immediately went to get a special menu for him. I want to start by saying I would give our service a 10 if I could! She was absolutely stunning. Very friendly, nice, and made the experience even better. One of my best friends and I I decided to have a girls day out on our day off and ended with a wonderful meal at PF Chang's where we ordered way to much food but enjoyed every single bit of it. We started our meal with the Crab Wontons, Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and Edamame. We had never tried the dumplings but we most definitely enjoyed them. The sauce they pour over them at the table was AMAZING. In fact my bff poured the extra sauce over her white rice it was so good. Then we had orange chicken and Mongolian beef. It was fresh and hot, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The rice was great. We were so full and already thought we were going to be waddling out. But low and behold we thought we needed to finish the day with the Great Wall of Chocolate...so much chocolate, so much goodness...we were so full but again it was worth every penny. My wife placeEd an pick up order and we live in S Tulsa so round trip about 40mins and tobcome home to 2 orders of Mongolian beef also the Honey Crispy Shrimp plus other orders at a $ 145.14 plus tip and both the Shrimp and Mongolian beef were so over cooked the beef was like beef jerk and let the dog eat that and the Shrimp were so over cooked they were all batter and tiny over fried shrimp. We've eaten at PF Chang's many times and had all good experiences but this was ridiculous!! What cook or server would of sent this order out of the kitchen knowing it was trash!! First impression everything looked really good. The place was very nice and our waitress was attentive and helpful. The ambience was very nice too. I'm a little disappointed that the Kung pau chicken was not very good. It was hard and dry. My husband had an orange chicken and he said the same thing about his chicken. We asked for fried rice but honestly didn't have a lot of flavor. I think that for what you pay it is not worth it, I get better chicken quality in Panda restaurant or Yutaka. My husband and I always get stuck at the 2 person table right next to the giant statue (on either side of the dining room) even if we make reservations. It's not like we normally go when it's super busy either, there are other tables open but we always get stuck in the same spot. One time when we were sat at the small table we asked if we could be sat somewhere else and they said all of the tables were reserved (we were one of maybe 3 couples in there at the time) but they reluctantly sat us at a 4 chaired table - this was around 3pm on a Thursday. 5 or so minutes later a "soccer mom" and her Juicy Couture dressed kid walked in and said they didn't have reservations and they were sat in a giant 6 person booth - no one else joined them, they had that giant booth to themselves. Maybe they bribed the hostess, I dunno, the hostesses are super snooty - i'm not getting into that right now. Thankfully the food has always been good even though the overall service has been bad. Love the hot fish, the honey chicken, and the banana springrolls for dessert are amazing! I recommend savings your money and going to Pei Wei - it's owned by PF Chang's so it's the same food, but a smaller menu, in a casual atmosphere. And no snooty hostesses or waiters to tip! read more

Well gluten free abounds here at PF Changs! They have a gf soup ( egg drop) a gf app ( lettuce wraps) and quite a few entrees, my favorite being the shrimp with lobster sauce. What a savory flavor bomb of goodness! Shrimp, mushrooms, edamame , water chestnuts etc in a rich savory broth that works well with brown or white rice. I also love the street noodles gluten free and the PF Chang's Spicy Chicken gf. They also offer some fried rice gluten free as well. I can also attest to the Mongolian beef, super yummy! Who cares that this is a chain? I don't come here for authentic Chinese food, I'm never going to go to China anyway! This food is just damn good. I cannot believe the experience I just had at PF Changs. As soon as I walked in a felt as though I was in a simulation. Not a fan of the recent remodel, but that is beside the point. I should have known something was up when there were almost no other guests in the restaurant. Im not sure what was in my food that was supposedly chicken, but it was some kind of breaded beef jerky substance. My friend ordered the orange chicken and I cannot wrap my head around the fact that the would serve such a thing. I tried it and frankly threw up in my mouth. We come here a few times a year to enjoy the awesome food, very nice atmosphere, and the excellent service which is consistent whether I go here, in Tulsa, or Austin Texas; my point, I've never had an issue at any location of P.F. Chang's. In fact, the very best server I've ever encountered anywhere was here, at the Tulsa location. Our favorites are the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef! I don't know where they get their lettuce but it is perfectly shaped for the wraps (I've never been very successful at making them at home because they always fall apart), and the flavor is great with our without the sauce that is served with the appetizer. The Mongolian beef is one of the most amazing things I've ever tasted! Not too chewy, not too crisp, just right. I'm not certain why the negative reviews because I've never had an issue whatsoever. They've even brought us free meals out to try and take home with us because they don't seem to like that my wife and I exclusively order Mongolian beef every time! As part of a get together of friends, PF Chang's was our chosen destination for our meal. I'd done a little research on the menu and had obviously heard of PFC, so I had high hopes. They were well met. Having called ahead and secured a reservation for our group, we knew seating wouldn't be a problem. Arriving early on a Saturday evening (5 pm) we found our tables ready and were promptly seated. While waiting for the stragglers, we had time to peruse the menu which had a lot of options. Having done a little recon earlier on, I pretty much had my sights set on the Street Noodles, and The Wife, having dined here before, knew she wanted the Pepper Steak. Several of us ordered apps for the table, including the Firecracker Shrimp, Northern Ribs and Fried Wontons. All were most excellent. The Wife's Pepper Steak had a superb flavor, with several subtle layers presenting themselves to the palate. The beef was crispy, yet tender and juicy, and the vegetables perfectly cooked. I'm not a pepper steak fan as a rule, but I really like batting cleanup on her order. The Street Noodles were also very good. While I'm not a huge fan of the thin rice noodles in general, they worked for this dish. Plenty of shrimp and chicken were present, and all the right seasonings to make it a great dish. Toss in some peanuts and a little tamarind and it would have made a great Pad Thai. Regrettably, I didn't get any pictures, but there are plenty already for you to search through. Overall, while I'm not a huge fan of franchises, P.F. Chang's earns my respect as a place I would not hesitate to experience again. Well done! read more

The only good things were the water and the fortune cookie. The pork egg roll was okay, but the dipping sauce was eye watering hot (literally). It looked perfect but was like a mouthful of wasabi. The chicken pad Thai was greasy, example the lime kept flying out of my hand trying to squeeze it. Maybe the oil wasn't hot enough, too much grease soaked into the chicken, noodles, tofu. We had 6 of us here on a Sunday night for my Daughters birthday. We had made reservations but i dont think they were needed. No one was waiting and we were sat immediately. We were fortunate enough to get Richie as our sever. He was great. Great service and very accommodating. The food is served family style which means they bring your orders in bowls for all to try. All of it was excellent. We happened to mention to Richie that we were celebrating my 29 year old daughters birthday and without any request, he brought out a beautiful plate with ice cream and happy birthday written in sauce on the plate.
