The atmosphere here is lovely. Our waitress was Cecily and it only took her a few minutes to realize that we were going to be verrrryyyy sloooowwwww. So she timed the dishes very well! I liked her a lot. We ordered off the dinner for two menu. First we had the egg drop soup and the sweet and sour soup. The egg drop was tasty, and the sweet and sour was... different. I'm not sure if I liked it but there wasn't anything wrong with it so that's just my taste buds that are being picky. Then we had the lettuce wraps... YES!!! NOM NOM NOM. They're so good. The crunchy from the water chestnuts and the savory flavor of the chicken just went oh so well with the crispy fresh lettuce! Also... Cecily was nice and concocted a lovely sauce for us with the three options PF Changs offers... soy sauce, spicy? sauce, and some sort of dijon sauce. Anyway, that sauce went wonderfully with the lettuce wraps. For the main courses we ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Beef a la Sichuan. The Kung Pao chicken was incredible, it came out hot and juicy. The sichuan not so much... the pieces of beef were itsy bitsy and just not that great. I've been here before and their crispy honey chicken is incredible! For dessert we had little desserts- Red Velvet Cake and Tres Leche Lemon Dream. They actually went really well together. The Lemon one was a bit tart, and the Red Velvet was SOOO sweet, so they evened each other out. I really love this place... so I'll definitely be back :) read more

I went to P.F Chang's to grab some curbside. I think they have a specific department that takes all their calls. I didn't like how I had to remind the restaurant to take my rewards off. I felt like if you have a system to take orders then it should see the whole experience. When I got to the restaurant then the to go person didn't great me and then walked back in. When I asked her about it she said she didn't see me in the car and apologized. Over all the food was fresh and properly portioned. I'll be back as it is one of my favorite locations. read more

PF Chang's is definitely a great time starting from the service to the ambience. The wait staff is friendly and always makes sure to cater to your needs. I've come here for group parties a few times and the service is top notch. As for the food, I think it's okay. I haven't had anything that has totally knocked my socks off and really feel that it's just glorified Chinese food with a hefty price tag. If regular Chinese food wasn't so cheap then these prices might not be so bad. I DO want to go back and capitalize on the prix fixe menu deal for two. I might be singing a different tune after that experience. I'll keep you posted. Overall I would give this place a 3.5. read more

Surprise, surprise! More food for the buck! Haven't been back here for some time due to the previously weak portion sizes. But my, oh my! The pepper steak I ordered and the Singapore chicken my fiancé at came out nice and warm, it went perfect with the laid back atmosphere. It was when we asked for the sauce trio (no extra charge)- 3 sauces, one soy sauce, Wasabi sauces, and chilli sauce- mixed to your pleasing, that put our meal to a level only Pei Wei can offer. read more

I really enjoyed the salad before dinner. It was refreshing. The Ginger Peach Tea awesome. We started our meal with crab wontons. They were delicious! For our main course, we both got Sweet-sour chicken. It was very good, but not outstanding. The wall of chocolate was very good, but way too much even for two people. Our server was not as efficient as I would have liked, but perhaps it was a bad day. Expect a large bill as this is not an inexpensive restaurant! Will I go back? Yes. I have been to this location a few times since I have moved here. I have been to PF Changs multiple times in general at locations all over the country. I like the food here because its delicious and a good place to get chinese with people that is not take out. Only down part is that everything they make here is so high in calories it makes me die a little inside. When I was here for new years eve I knew it was going to be busy. That is why I made a reservation in advanced to ensure I would not have to wait and all my friends would be able to get what they wanted. I showed up 30 minutes before my reservation and ended up waiting an hour past my time I had scheduled. I mean I know it was a holiday, but if I am going to wait an hour or more I dont know why I would bother doing that. When we finally got to our table the manager did give us free appetizers for the table, but lettuce wraps can only fix the problem so much. The other times I have been here it was not as bad, which is why I keep coming back. The service normally is great and the food is always up to my standards. Just try to avoid going on holidays or weekends and if you do make a reservation. The last time I was here they had the new summer menu, and i tried something new. I love the pad Thai and the icecream the food is always great!! The only think that kinda sucks is the lime in my pad Thai is ALWAYS DRY I don't think I've ever ever gotten a juicy lime. Overall I will continue to get the pad Thai I'll suck it up with the lime. read more

It was my first time here (alone) but it definitelly won't be my last! My server, Jonathan, was excellent and so so so sweet. He was very attentive and amiable and made me feel as if I was important and valued. I ordered a shrimp Lo Mein with no veggies and it was pretty good despite the abundance of garlic. The music is a little too loud for my tastes but it wasn't too bothersome. The establishment was clean and I was impressed with the status of the women's restroom. Overall, I loved the atmosphere and the service, but the food could use a little work. Even then, Jonathan made my experience lovely and it made me want to come back to see him and even try something new from the menu! read more

We had chicken lettuce wrap starter and it was brought quickly, along with soup and drinks from the bar. I went on Monday night after work just expecting to eat and go home. But my server had other plans and made sure my experience was amazing, they always got me everything I needed without me even having to ask. She was very charming and made my experience at P.F. Chang's so pleasant as far as helping me choose a wine to pair with my meal and recommending what sauces are best with which food! Thank you to Lola for the amazing service and kindness! She referred to me as "my friend" from the moment I sat down until I left which made me feel right at home and indeed a friend. Such a sweet young woman, I will be coming back. 10/10 read more

Normally I would give a 5 Star but, tonight I can't. Service was very good as usual. The Shrimp with Lobster Sauce was good as always. Tonight I ordered an appetizer. I tried something new. The Asparagus. Flavor overall was good. While eating I noticed this hard substance in the dish. Not sure what it was. I asked the server. She kinda giggled and said it looked like a piece of meat that was dried up as the sauce they use for another dish was the same. HUMMM. Given that I assumed they would have suggested a replacement or even remove off the bill. That didn't happen. Then a little while later we talked about it again and she said she mentioned it to the manager and she stated it was embarrassing. Ok? I paid my bill and did not complain. The service here was amazing. I was out with a large group of coworkers. We had intended to go somewhere else but had to change plans suddenly. When we showed up at 4:30pm and asked if they had space for a party of 12-15 on December 19th in a shopping center where everyone and their grandmother was currently completing their Christmas shopping, they initially said they had so many reservations it would be 8pm before they had room, but after a minute or two of some finegling, Jennifer (a magician if I've ever met one) made space for us at a cluster of three tables which worked perfectly. With multiple people coming and going and shifting places (and tables) and ordering drinks and appetizers and entrees randomly, our server, Nicole, navigated it perfectly. I'm not aware of a single issue with any of our orders or any of our tickets, which is just short of amazing. This restaurant has some decent food. I came here with my family and we shared a bunch of dishes. We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, Chang's Spicy Chicken, and some green beans and they were all delicious (there was a bit of a mess up in the Chang's Spicy Chicken, but they luckily fixed it). The service of this place is also pretty good. The problem I have with this place is that it is kind of expensive, and I don't find some of these dishes worth their prices. The decor and service is great. However, I can't say the same for the food. As a vegetarian, this place was not worth the money at all. There were limited vegetarian options. We ordered vegetarian lettuce wraps, harvest curry, vegetarian fried rice, and vegetarian Lo Mein. You get good portions and it all looked great, but all of it was completely bland. It lacked any kind of flavor. I will say if you eat meat then you may not have any issues at this restaurant, but for vegetarians that like flavor this place is definitely not worth the money. read more

We didn't even eat all of the lettuce wraps or the sesame chicken, and haven't touched the vegetable fried rice or the wanton soup. Can you say "second meal". And it really tastes good too. First off, everything was served hot right from the kitchen which always makes dinner better and the dishes were wonderfully prepared and tasted great!! I am most disappointed on P.F. Chang's waiters. I went there and the waiter took one hour to bring the entrees and then another half hour to bring the actual food. And to top it all up, when I gave him my credit card to pay he took two hours before I got extremely mad and demanded to know what was taking so long, supposedly he had lost my credit card and they couldn't find it at all. At least, they payed for the food and took my phone number just in case they do find it which I doubt. Horrendous. Slow night, half the house was empty, I waited five to eight minutes for someone to take my order (to go) while staff walked past me not saying a word. Eventually a manager took my order. I got the food and left. All in it took nearly thirty minutes to order and receive two dinners. When we sat down to eat, the sesame chicken my wife had was ok. The vegetable coconut curry was awful. The sauce tasted like water mixed with Indian yellow curry powder over a pile of vegetables. Also, I had asked to have them add chicken, they did one better and added pork. We had our annual family Christmas Eve lunch before church service and everything was wonderful! We had a group of 13 including 5 small children. Smiley was our sever and he was nothing short of wonderful! We ordered a little bit of everything. All the dishes came out fast and delicious. My go to is always the egg drop soup and honey chicken. When you have baby who likes to especially sleep in the car, you look for a magnitude of things to do from the car. Who knew you could get curbside service from PF C's?! AND order online! It makes for one happy family. We had the beef lomein, spicy tuna roll and salmon. Everything was excellent and packaged well in our to-go order. Nothing skimped! My favorite was the salmon - it was fresh and cooked perfectly. There isn't a designated parking spot for curbside service. Just pull up to the front of the restaurant and call when you've arrived! read more

The food here is amazing! Top recommendations definitely the Mongolian potstickers! Happy hour is really nice if you like lots of food for great prices! Monday-Friday 3-6pm! Also Nicole and Mariah are really awesome servers going above and beyond what was expected. Here's the deal about P.F. Chang's y'all. The food is nothing to write home about. Don't get me wrong, it's not not awful or anything! I just very much prefer other Asian non-chain restaurants, or cooking my own Asian style food at home. Every experience I've had at P.F. Chang's has just been a tad underwhelming. They make it seem like a very fancy establishment, but it is really not even as good as your typical takeout Chinese. The one redeeming item that P.F. Changs has going for it is the lettuce wraps. They're pretty yummy and always satisfying. But when I was living in my sorority house in college, my house mom's lettuce wraps could definitely beat out P.F. Chang's in a lettuce wrap battle. If you're looking to have a nice night out, go to Flemmings. Not this subpar Asian chain. (PS Flemmings and P.F. Changs have the same owner! Who knew that the P.F. Stands for Paul Flemming?!? Crazy, I know. Especially since Flemmings is one million times better). If you're looking for Americanized Asian good go to Pei Wei :) read more
