I've only ever ordered takeout from this location. The service has been good and accurate. My favorite item on the menu is the Great Wall of Chocolate cake, which I treat myself to once in a while for my birthdays. My other favorite go-to are the chicken lettuce wraps (you can choose between iceberg or romaine lettuce). Ok, I am not sure if I should be proud of or be embarrassed, but this is my first visit to PF Chang restaurant despite its popularity, and I honestly am not sure if I'd come back. I do like the restaurant looks upscale , the service is friendly and attentive , and great alcohol selections, they also have weekend deal that cocktail & house wine starts from $8.99 which is unbelievable! I tried this location before but only got takeout so this time decided to swing by to try eating at the location. Came in for a weekday dinner and was seated right away. It was relatively empty so plenty of seats. Service was probably the part I enjoyed actually. Lady helping me was friendly conversationally and prompt. I got the dinner special with the mongolian beef, spring roll, and fried rice. For under $20 I can't ding this too much but was hoping for a little more meat. Also there was quite a lot of scallions which overpowered the dish. Didn't realize that if I got a spring roll, it'd be just one and it was just ok taste wise. The ambiance is in line with others of this chain. Not much to say otherwise. Overall, the dinner special is smaller than I was hoping and the taste was fine. PF Chang's is a very consistent chain of Americanized Chinese food. They can be found in most of the major cities in the US, along with some international locations. I usually get their Chicken Lettuce Wrap and this one time we added a Beef and Broccoli and a Vegetable Lo Mein dishes to our meal. Overall a decent meal with nice savory flavors...and as always, you can get complementary white and/or brown rice with your meal. Could not believe when I went to pick up my food order that my favorite dish, Mongolian Beef (dinner portion) is now $30+ ... holy heck! Yes, it IS delicious. I had the MB lunch bowl size today ($19), and it was just about right on portion. I feel there could've been a bit more, but that's the only potential issue really with this restaurant. I stopped here for lunch on a weekday. It was pretty empty but the staff were very friendly. My server was excellent. The place was clean. I ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce with brown rice. It was a nice sized portion. The shrimp were cooked well. The sauce was a little bland but had egg, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. I like how they have a nice variety of lower calorie dishes. I didn't eat at the restaurant I had it delivered. The ambience is very nice there and the service is usually good but I haven't been there in a while. Started with Crab Rangoon followed by kung pao chicken and I had chicken lettuce wraps all wonderful - our waiter Chris was super informative and very attentive - love that we had great conversation while he still did his job. If I could give zero I would. They have continually been "consistent" in not giving any good service. Just today my mother and I went to pick up an order and for the 7th time we have ordered from them they have never been at the entrance to greet us. We have wait around to even be noticed by a worker, only to then be ignored and then they help some one else first. Worst customer service ever. Then we ask to speak to a manager and they say he is not around. If any restaurant is open they always have a manager on duty no matter what time. Summery: -we were never greeted, Had to argue for assistance and service Refused assistance after asking for a manager Brushed to the side to help someone else even though our stuff was ready and put there first. Worker lied to us saying the food wasn't ready. Even though we clearly saw our bag with our name on it. Not only that but the food portions are not worth the money. I ordered a Mongolian beef dinner portion and got the smallest bowl size. They have done this kind of service every time we've have ordered from here. Came here just before 6pm and sat at the bar for their Happy Hour whilst waiting for my friends to arrive. Very friendly bartender who made awesome drinks. Plenty of spaces - I didn't book in advance - and I came on a Thursday night. Once my friends came, we were seated upstairs. It was a pretty nice and clean looking restaurant. We ordered the general Tso chicken, Singapore noodles, Mongolian beef and dumplings for the three of us. And a bottle of rose. All were pretty delicious and had enough for leftovers. ROACHES!!!!! ROACH INFESTED! I have been coming to weehawken P.F. Chang's my whole life and always enjoyed it. However tonight just as me and my family sat down and the waiter approached two roaches started hopping around on the table, the poor waiter tried to quickly and quietly kill one roach while the other one jumped into my fathers lap. I got the specialty refresher, and it was good, although very tart, so I'd say get a water with it. Egg drop soup tasted similar to chicken noodle soup. I tasted no egg. The pork dumplings were very flavorful, however. The Mongolian beef was phenomenal; it was so tasty and tender. I got mine with white rice, but they also have the option for brown. The cucumber salad was average. It was flavorful and refreshing, but just boring. The restaurant was clean and had many empty tables the night I went. The staff was okay as well. Some things have changed though. The northern ribs were not as dry as the used to be. The portion also got a lot smaller. My husband did not love his order of Pad Thai noodles with chicken. Last week we took family there and we left because the restroom was filthy and smelled disgusting. The water faucet in the men's restroom was inoperable. This restaurant has been a staple in the community for years but now it is awful and needs to be completely redone or closed. So disappointed and embarrassed! read more

We hadn't been to P.F. Chang's in quite a while and decided to go for their lunch special. The environment was very nice. Our waiter was very polished and professional. Based on our ask, he upped the spice level. Our lunch was tasty. We went to pay the bill using a gift card we had been gifted. We then found out we had been the victim of fraud on the gift card. Disappointed, we then proceeded to pay with a credit card. Our waiter was very sympathetic and took the matter to the restaurant manager. The manager approached and let us know that they too were disappointed in the fraud and that therefore, they would cover the cost of our lunch! ...Amazing! Just when you're reminded of the low-lifes out there, someone steps up and reminds you too that people are good and that it's a minority who aren't. We really appreciated the gesture from both the waiter and the manager. It speaks highly of the people that P.F. Chang's employs. Great job! We'll be back! read more

The food here is always great. I love the changs spicy chicken, I'll add peppers and such into the mix. My problem is with the fact it took 45 minutes to be sat down. Took another 45 to get our food. When mine came, it wasn't made right. Upset, I didn't complain. I usually love the place and come here quite often. The early lunch specials are good too. read more

Came here for lunch despite the bad reviews. It was warm enough to eat outside. I had the spicy chicken entree and my husband had the singapore Street noodles. We did NOT feel cheated with the amount of food. Unsure what all the complaints are about. Perhaps they ordered the lunch special?? Either way, we felt satisfied and honestly couldn't finish our food. The food was flavorful but rich so we probably could've had the lunch portion and been full. Our waiter was pleasant. I have to say, this location is beautiful! The only P.F. Chang's i've been to is in Atlantic City and I don't remember it looking this nice! We visited on a weekday around 5pm and it was slightly empty; no wait. We parking is in a lot so we were able to park and go in. They are seating customers at every other table so social distancing is truly enforced here. I couldn't help to notice that they now sell bubble tea - the peach boba breeze to be exact! It's black tea with popping boba pearls sweetened with peach and lemon. It was so good! You can also get it spiked with burbon. For an app, we ordered the vegetable spring rolls which is 2 small spring rolls with duck sauce. If there we're at least 4 I think I would feel better about paying the price. For an entree, I ordered the Asian Cesar salad with salmon which was amazing! I recommend it. The service was quick and our waitress was super nice. There is never anyone working the takeout in the back of the restaurant. Then I walked to the front and I look for somebody at the host front door and never find anyone. I have to go looking all over the restaurant and when I stopped to ask whoever the waiter or waitresses if they can help me, they just tell me to go to the front. So I weigh back at the front and I pick up my phone and I called the restaurant and I ask for them to get somebody to go to the takeout so that I can pick up my food. You constantly see the waiters waitresses and even the manager just hanging around and chitchatting with each other and ignoring me. When I do get my food and I do get home, something is always missing from the order. It's not worth your time or effort and especially not your money on this place. Gone are the days of any type of customer service from P.F. Chang's. They will probably go out of business soon because that's how they're acting. read more

This place has a really nice atmosphere. The service was very nice but the service was a little slow. I have had a lot of Asian food over the years and this place does tend to cater on the less unauthentic side. Our dumplings were cold in the middle and my soup appetizer came out after my meal.
