    Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps
    LaTanya T.

Usually I wouldn't recommend this restaurant but I was pleased with my meal. It was seasoned well but some could consider it over-seasoned. The portion size could have been better but I was full. The waiter was picture-perfect in his attentiveness. The ambiance is always inviting.

This was my first time to a P.F. Chang's and it was for my birthday! We had a party of 6 with a 7 o'clock reservation. We were seated immediately and within a minute or two our server arrived to introduce himself. Jeffrey was probably the best part of our experience there. He has worked there for 9 years, having been a cook and also a server during that time. He's very knowledgeable about the menu and offered lots of helpful information to help us make our decisions. (It was the first time at P.F. Chang's for everyone in the party) The food came out much quicker than I expected given how busy they were. Every single dish we ordered was not only visually beautiful but it was so delicious! I am an eggplant lover and was excited to see they had eggplant stir fry! It's included on the vegetarian menu and as a non-vegetarian, it was a great choice!!! I had a couple friends recommend the lettuce wraps and my daughter tried them and loved them. For birthdays they bring explosives to your table. Not really.. but they DO bring a sparkler which makes for a great birthday celebration photo. They also allow the birthday guest to choose from their dessert menu, which has some really great options! I asked Jeffrey to surprise me as I couldn't decide. He brought the banana spring rolls. It was enough to share with everyone at the table and so delicious! I was also given a birthday card signed by the staff! That's something I've never received or even knew about restaurants doing. Nice touch! Before we headed out, the manager was making his rounds and asked how everything was. Seeing that he is on top of the service being provided was reassuring. Wonderful birthday dinner and experience!!!

I know it's a chain restaurant but I have long loved the chicken lettuce wraps and Asian pear mojito. The service is hit or miss but today was spot on. Sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and timely during lunch. Vibe was chill. Long live the lettuce wraps! And the lunch price of $10 was a good surprise.

I love PF Chang's and this is the first time I have visited this one. The restaurant is very nice inside and the atmosphere is very good. We had the honey chicken and sesame chicken lunch bowls. It was brought out fast and the service was really good. I really like the contactless payment. I'm not phobic of contact or covid but I just love that you can scan the receipt and make your payment quick and easy right from your phone. Great addition PF Chang's!

Just meh. We had a gift card to use, so we stopped in for lunch. I will say I like the appetizers here probably the best. The lettuce wraps are good and I got the dynamite shrimp, and I wish I would've gotten that as my meal. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice ($4 up charge for fried) and it ended up coming with brown rice. I was not going to request a redo, I just let our server know so that I wouldn't be charged the up charge, and her have to re-do our checks. She was kind enough to bring me a to go fried rice and comp it off my bill, which was not necessary but appreciated. I think it was just a mistake from the kitchen. I did like dynamite shrimp and the fried rice was okay, but not really worth it for your money honestly. Our server Candace was really great. She was very kind, efficient and understanding about the issue we had. I think the kitchen was a little slow but she was on it. While I do get a lettuce wrap hankering sometimes, I think I'll skip Chang's next time & go with local Hakka Chow.

Lettuce wraps are always amazing. The sauce is a little spicy but very flavorful. Didn't have a wait time so that was a plus. The server/bartender was very nice!

Walk in and hit with wonderful aromas. Plenty if seating in: main dining, bar and two rooms for events. Practical laminated menus. I personally ordered two reasonably priced appetizers and that was plenty to eat no room for appetizers. Fantastic Aroma and flavor of KUNG PAO BRUSSEL SPROUTS (Wok Charred, peanuts, cayenne chilli pods and Kung Pao Sauce (like plumb sauce) is tasty, flavorful, beautifully presented, good sized for hearty appetites, only $9 (370 calories. Add in from DIM SUM portion of menu: Hand folded crab wontons and you have plenty full eater. I wasn't expecting fried fried batter outside but that is all good. More like Crab Rangoons with more crab than creamy (or cream cheese in Crab Rangoons) but not as overly sweet. Again more of flavor of minced Crab comes through more in this iteration. Nicely sweetened plum sauce to smear in or over. Nice combination of flavor groups. Everyone else's dishes had equally as nice presentation, and feedback. The fried rice had nice shimmer of moisture and therefore has more flavor than standard fried rice's from take outs. Nice atmosphere. Lunch prices were very reasonable for what get, especially during these days of higher inflation. I would definitely recommend and come back. If just tk enjoy the Bonsai.

This particular P.F. Chang's had gotten off to a rocky start from the first day it opened. However, I truly believe they are finally on the upswing and starting to improve their staff and speed which was the main complaint for most. My husband and I came in for a late dinner and were greeted by a friendly hostess right away and seated promptly. The restaurant wasn't on a wait but had quite a nice crowd eating and at the bar. Our server was very attentive and helped us decide what to order. We ordered the Poke bowl as an appetizer to share and the Mongolian Beef and Crispy Honey Shrimp as our entrees. We were surprised how quickly our food came out. I didn't expect it since that had been a main problem at this location but like I mentioned before, it seems like they worked it out . Our food was absolutely delicious. I could eat that Poke Bowl for lunch and be very happy. The Mongolian Beef was served with long scallions that looked like green beans. I didn't expect them to be served like that but it added a nice flavor to the dish. The Crispy Honey Shrimp were just as delicious as the name sounds. So so yummy! I'm glad we gave P.F. Chang's another try and will definitely be back.

My father in law chose to eat here for his Father's Day meal and we all had a wonderful time! We ordered edamame, chicken lettuce wraps, and pork dumplings for the table. We ordered 2 Kung pao chicken, Kung pao brussels (my fav), orange chicken, chicken lo mein, shrimp fried rice, and a spicy tuna roll for our entrees. All of us were happy with our food. The service was a bit slow but we ate at peak lunch time on a holiday and a Sunday so to be expected. Side note- the fortune cookies are

There food is rich in flavor and there cuisine is mostly known for there use of fresh herbs, coconut milk and aromatic spice paste;known as kroeung(lemon grass paste). I decided to try some entrees from the Khmer menu. I tryed the Malaysian Roti appetizer with side curry. It is so so delicous. The curry is tasty too but a little too sweet for my taste. Main entrees I tryed was the chicken kroeung (sour lemongrass soup) and the braised pork meat on bone cooked in soy sauce( Malaysian style but Khmer people have a similar dish). The chicken kroeung is soup for the soul, filled with alot of green veggies and best eaten with white rice. The braised pork meat is great too. Cooked just right and seasoned good. Its not sweet or salty. Usually I would try braised meat in soy at other restaurants either it would be way too sweet or salty but they made theres just right. Now the Southeastern asian cooking is not for everybody or those who have only tried chinese or japanese food. If you'd like to try something different but oh sooo delicous, khmer cusine is for you!! The staff is very welcoming, friendly and informative. Food came out hot, quick and tasty(bursting of aromatic flavors). I met the owner too. He mentioned he also have a donut shop called Intown donuts and Boba tea..down the road on Jonestown Road. Will definitely dine here again and try there other menu items. Next time am going to try the donut shop before I come here since it closed earlier.

I really wish Winston Salem had a great Banh Mi available. There are some good Pho restaurants but…read morethey don't serve Banh Mi usually and when they do it's not quite the authentic version I'm looking for. I had the Banh Mi at What Da Pho in the past and remember it was good so that's what I ordered this time. Additionally we ordered crab wontons and summer rolls. The restaurant is a little hidden but if you park in the parking structure adjacent to the restaurant it's super easy to get inside. First impressions are it's quiet- no music in the dining room, and the decor is sort of an afterthought with scotch tape holding LED lights to the walls and some Asian inspired pictures but not very well thought out. It's Ok, I'm not coming for the decor. The service is a little lacking. They are giving the bare minimum here so don't expect your server to be too friendly. The crab wontons and summer rolls arrived quickly. The crab wontons were super hot and crispy right from the deep fryer. They were filled with a delicious imitation crab and cream cheese mixture and when dipped in the sweet chili sauce they were exactly the thing I was craving. The summer rolls were equally as fresh and delicious. The filling of cold rice noodles, crisp lettuce and shrimp then dipped in the accompanying peanut sauce was just as delicious. We ordered one pork and one beef Banh Mi. The first thing I noticed was how plentiful the meat was in each one. Usually it's a light sandwich but these were very hefty in comparison to others I've had. My meat was very savory and had a very tender texture, almost like pot roast. It was also the juiciest pork I've ever had in a Banh mi. The picked vegetables were also really good but both our sandwiches were missing the jalapeno I've come to expect. My husband really enjoyed his beef one as well but we both noticed how the bread lacked that crusty flaky quality that Vietnamese baguettes normally have. This was more of a sub roll with a chewy texture and softer crust. The flavors were great, I just missed the textures I have come to expect in an authentic Banh mi. Our spot in Greensboro will still be my favorite but when I don't want to trek out that far, I can get my fix at What Da Pho.

They came out with crema on it when I ordered it on the side, but it was quickly rectified. The portion was good. I was full by the end. The flavor was okay. Chicken cooked fine. But it didn't have much of a sweet heat kick to it without the jalapeños added. Overall, I wouldn't necessarily get it again when we go back. My fiancé ordered the Houston beef puffy taco. He thought the taco was very filling. It had meat falling out of it, which was good. It tasted like a typical ground beef taco. He hoped the chorizo would elevate it, but it didn't. It was similar to a Taco Bell beef taco. Overall, decent tacos, and it helped that it was big for the price. We want to visit again, but we'll try other menu items and stick with water. The music was fine. Country and nothing stuck out. Service was fine. She kept only giving a small amount of napkins for a messy dish, which was a bit annoying, but she was very helpful answering our questions for our first time.
