We ordered the pho Number one, which was meatballs and beef, and a number two which was the rare beef. The broth was tasty and flavorful and came out piping hot which was wonderful on a cloudy rainy day. It came with fresh fixings like your lime, jalapeño, basil and bean sprouts. The space is quite cozy and has about 10 tables to eat there. After we ate our foot soup, we decided to get some Boba to go. The staff is very friendly and the Boba came out promptly, so did our food. I'm going to say that the Boba was not in my top favorites, but it was still drinkable. read more

Way too expensive for the small amount of food. Soups were called "large" and prices were exorbitant. We hadn't had Pho in awhile and even though we wouldn't have paid those prices anywhere for soup, we gave in. How disappointed we were when we opened the boxes and found a very small amount. Any other Pho restaurant would have called it "small". Also very expensive delivery and service fees. Too much. I ordered the P5 - Dried Noodles, Wonton, Pork Ribs, Char siu for $14. It was ok but not great. Decent flavors but lacking something. I honestly can't remember what my husband ordered. Nothing was particularly memorable. The food was probably worth a 2.5 star rating. The reason for the single start is from when, after ordering, we chose a table and my husband used the bathroom to wash his hands. He returned to the table with a photo of little black things in the corner of the bathroom. My kids had mice as pets. I know what he was showing me. He asked me if I still wanted to eat there. I feel like I've been transported back to Vietnam . During our visit from out of town, we had the pleasure of dining here for lunch three consecutive days. Food: 5/5. We indulged in Pho, Banh Khot, Salted Coffee, and Boba Tea. Every dish was a masterpiece, meticulously prepared with thinly sliced onions and perfectly shredded pickles. It felt like a meal lovingly crafted by my Vietnamese mother, with just the right seasoning and flavors--avoiding the excessive saltiness often found in other restaurants. Service: 5/5. The servers (or perhaps the owners) were exceptionally polite and friendly. When we requested more lime, they were incredibly generous with the quantity. Ambiance: 5/5. The light, charming decor set this place apart from the typical hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese Pho restaurants. It was so comfortable that my sister and I even stayed to get some work done. The name of this place does not do it justice. They are way more than just a bubble tea and sandwich place. They have a full menu of Vietnamese dishes - and if they're anything like the few I tried, they will be authentic and excellent. It's a small an unassuming place, but it is full of delicious potential. They've got a great variety of bubble teas. Recommendation, get them with half sugar (I do that will all of my bubble teas) and it still tasted delicious. The Pho Tai Bo Vien was great. I personally prefer a bit stronger broth flavor, but it was still great and hit the spot. I came back a second day to have their Thu special Bun Rieu Cua... so good! Found this cute little place near our hotel. It's a greta little spot, bright and clean. Drinks are nice and refreshing. We got the salted coffee and lychee tea, both are good and something you would get jormally at a coffee shop in vietnam. Especially salted coffee is a delicacy you wouldn't be able to just find anywhere. Summer rolls are also nice and soft, not overpowering of noodles and veggies. The pho here is so good, you can tell it's made with great care to details, the meat cuts are thick and buttery, the steak are thinly sliced, the meat balls are quality and chunky. Broth is perfect, not too sweet and salty like other places who want to overwhelm the tastebuds. Pho is more about subtle umami. They also have chin su hot sauce which is ones we use a lot in southern Vietnam. Although service can be a little slow, they took their time to really perfect your dish. And they are so so so nice! 15/10 would recommend this place!! read more

I was pleasantly pleased with P30. Wasn't sure what to expect. Lots of appealing Asian type dishes listed on their menu. It's new, clean, and the staff is congenial, welcoming each person entering and providing a pleasant good bye upon leaving. My sandwich was delicious, fresh bread and a mix of meat and other items ( my guess was cilantro and jicama (gave it a crunch and sweet taste). The restaurant front however isn't very incising, a bit dismal and hidden in the corner of the strip mall. But look for it and give it a try. Even if not up for a meal, try their specialty teas and various drinks. Next time that's what I plan to try too. read more

I was jonesing for a bahn mi and this place was near where I was shopping so I checked it out. Cute inside and a friendly staff took my order which is on a computer screen which was new to me but hey, no paper wasted. I chose a roast pork bahn mi and fresh spring rolls to go. The bahn mi was quite tasty with a nice crunch on the edges of the roast pork. I would have preferred a bit more of the veggies. My only complaint. We're from out of town and I decided to try this place since it's new and close to where we were. The place was empty and it took a long time to get two dishes. The banh khot was very greasy for our taste and the dry noodle bowl was also greasy with a lot of salt. We will not be back because what we got were not worth the price charged. read more

My wife and I stopped at the curiously named P30 Bubble Tea/Sandwich shop after eating another delicious lunch at Casa Mariachi on Saturday, 7/9/22 (see my other review). Windsor Park Shopping Center certainly has a vast array of international cuisine! P30 recently opened and serves delicious Bubble Tea and some traditional Vietnamese fare, such as eggrolls. This was our first taste with trying Bubble Tea and it was different, yet uniquely delicious. It is an acquired taste and I'm not sure everyone would like it, but it's good to try it once for bragging rights. Bubble comes from adding small chewy tapioca balls into the drink, and not carbonation. It originates from Taiwan, but is popular in Asian countries and now in the US too! The two owners are very nice people and their cafe is very bright, clean, and inviting. Be sure to check them out if Bubble tea is your thing or if you want to try something new and exciting. We'll probably be back to try another flavor or those egg rolls. read more
