Just NOT worth it... and I've never seen so many people walking in a given area... with the exception of 5th Avenue in New York during Christmas time.

We picked a vase, our colors and painted together. I received a call 3 days later that it was ready for pick-up! It was perfect!!!!! Something we will cherish for years to come! I will definitely return for a girls night or just a night out of the house. Super clean, friendly staff, easy parking in the connecting lot. You can also bring in any of your own food and drink! Wow! So happy I found this gem!

Parking is in front near the entrance, weekdays it's $4 /hr but free on the weekends. Admission is just a $5 suggested donation to support the arboretum. I arrived within the first half hour after opening to try and beat the heat. Even though it was still warm, there were plenty of shaded areas to stay cool along with benches that were great for relaxing. There was also a breeze so that helped. Thought about spending an hour there but glad I paid for two hours of parking because I ended up staying for 1 & 1/2 hours. One of my favorite moments were simply sitting on a bench listening to all the birds. Hopefully you can hear them on the video. This is a peaceful place to unwind and definitely encourage you to visit.

We spent a lot of time admiring a group of docile ducks and enjoying the shade by the water. They also have an online plant shop for those interested in gardening (with a great ongoing deal). Planning on purchasing from there and picking up so I have an excuse to stop by again. Loved my time here. Expect to enjoy yours too!

We love taking our toddler here! All the others want you to buy from their kiosks and it's never even actual meals :( they're usually just snacks. We saw 2 alpacas and 2 pigs only. We needed to pay to feed them which is fine but the amount of food they gave you is insulting. Alpacas didn't even want to eat so we just threw the food at the pigs.

I would love to volunteer myself too if I lived closer! Aside from events like the open house and summer camps for kids, the best way to get acquainted with the Little Parrot Farm is through their affordable tours on Saturdays. While it may be frustrating for some that you can't just go in and see the animals any day, it really is in their best interest that a staff member is there to supervise these interactions. Too many places allow visitors to harass their animals or feed them random stuff that isn't good for them. And if an animal reacts defensively, it can be very difficult and sad to handle the aftermath. It's also amazing just seeing the same animals every time, and not being worried that anyone is going to be taken to slaughter. My favorite friends are Andy the alpaca, the two sweet pigs, and Maya the rescued border collie. I don't know the names of some of the newer pups, but they were all super friendly. They sell T shirts with their most popular residents featured on them that make for great souvenirs to take home. The farm part of the property is also beautiful and abundant. They sell fresh veggies online for pickup that look amazing, but that I haven't had a chance to try yet. Can't wait to come back for the next event!

You get around 6 minutes of play time per attraction. To access attractions, you press a service button to call over an employee. It was not crowded on a Monday afternoon and there was plenty of free parking. + We started off our day with bumper boats to cool off in the summer heat. Each boat had built in water shooters. We were spraying each other and everyone got soaked. + We went on race cars to dry ourselves off. The cars were surprisingly fast. - For race cars, there was no working service button. Instead, there was a picture of a button taped to the wall which was a bit confusing. We ended up finding a staff member who let us in. It would be helpful to have a note with instructions on what to do. + The laser tag arena was bigger than expected with plenty of walls and obstacles to hide behind. There were even a couple of jump scare surprises lurking in corners. + Mini golf was fun with different colored golf balls and decorated courses. + Plenty of arcade games for all ages. - Some games were broken or out of service. + Clean bathrooms. + They sell Dole Whip here.
