We called them the next day, and we set an appointment up as they changed the brakes and took it to a shop to have the transmission "checked" they said it was normal nothing wrong then they try to sell me a warranty they said just in case. Fast forward 2 days later the transmission went out. at this point we've only had the truck for maybe 2 weeks when I had it towed to a transmission shop they said that the transmission fluid was changed in hope it would last long enough for us not to notice, now its in the shop for a transmission replacement which cost me 3500, would definitely not recommended this place.

Clearly, he turned it off and sold it to me. When I asked him how I should get it to pass smog, he offered for me to go to his mechanic. Great, I'm paying more money now for something that should have been fixed before I was sold the car. Also, the sensors in this car have never worked. When I mentioned this, I am asked "the car runs well doesn't it?" Sure. It drives. It's at a shop right now and later on today I'll see how much this car really cost me.. Update: Bought less than a year ago, five months as I bought in March. and they have turned the check engine light off and sent me to a smog check down the street knowing full well I'd have to pay for it to fail. He turned it off when I bought it to sell me a car that had transmission problems. Tried to tell me it was the GAS CAP LEAK when I bought it that turned the light on. LOL. I bought a car from them on March 1st…read more March 31st I called them twice to find out when will I receive my title and license plates from the DMV? April 3rd they called me back. Explained that the person handling the DMV is or had been out. I would get a call once I could drive over and pick up the plates (130 miles round trip for me), or if I would pay them $12 for postage, they would mail me the title and plates. Today May 4th, I left 2 more voice mails. I called a 3rd time and they immediately bounced me to the business owner's voice mail. I have never seen a dealership unwilling or delaying the DMV paperwork as much as these guys do. Luckily there have been no issues with the vehicle. But I had planned to take a loan out on the car, and that has been delayed now.
